After delaying much needed renovations, we visited North American. Family owned business.. Sammy assisted us, explaining the differences in various countertops. He's knowledgeable and patient. Picked a quartzite, then Sammy had us go and choose our slabs.. Perfect from the start. David, the owner stopped over the house for final measurements.. Again explaining the caring for the stone. What a great guy! Removal and installation on exact date. The countertops are absolutely stunning.. My gosh, not sure why we waited so long?.. I would highly recommend them, No reason shopping around, these guys and their employees were Awesome.. everything from start to finished install went smooth, Thank you, Sammy, David and Crew Rick & Dede Grosser

Sam and his entire team at North American were fantastic. We utilized their stone throughout our entire home, the quality and service are unmatched in Rochester. We stopped at a couple of larger stone yards before finding North American and the service and selection were clear from our very first visit this would be our place. Great place to buy granite from. They do have a small sample of stone in their basement level so do not let the size the store fool you. Right from the start our experience was fantastic. Kriss our salesperson was great and made the process easy. Upon first review we fell in love with a stone but because we waited to look at more options, a week latter it was sold. They were able to order two slabs and within the month we had our counter tops installed and they look great. Right from the owner who measured the kitchen for the template to the two teams they have install, each person was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Also the pricing was well lower then their competitors. If you are in the market for counter tops make sure you make a stop here.

It is so rare to find a company that goes above and beyond as NAS has for me. Not only is Sam knowledgeable, but he is a caring and honest person who goes out of his way to help in areas that really have nothing to do with the purchase of their products. I ran into some issues with my contractor and Sam helped me in ways I never expected. He, his team, and the subcontractors, all go out of their way to coordinate with one another and create a seamless experience for the client. If I could give this company 10 stars I would.

I am so impressed with this company! From start to finish I appreciated their warm generous spirit to meet my needs along with wonderful expertise. I wasn't at all surprised when I learned how this is a family business and how closely connected all the employees are as family and lifelong friendships. Ali was my sales person who went above and beyond to find me the perfect green stone counter for my kitchen. He kept in touch with me over months to search for this rare color, informing me when one turned up and offering to bring it in to let me see it in person before I committed. The second try was a charm! I was also able to adjust the layout to expose the most beautiful aspects of the piece before it was cut. The owner, Dave came to measure and I instantly felt like I was in the best hands. He was so precise and informative about the whole process taking the time to offer advice and answer all my questions. The installation was seamless. I can't say enough about the competence, friendliness and considerate care of the entire crew from the tear out to the installers to their plumber. I was impressed with how well they work together. I called in about a situation with my dishwasher that lost connection after the installation. The owner, Dave came to my house immediately. It turned out that the dishwasher outlet was not installed properly, so that any slight movements from the installation was enough to cause it to disconnect. I just assumed we would contact an electrician later to fix the situation for good and Dave would just have plugged it back in. No!! Dave spent 1 1/2 hours actually reinstalling the outlet for us in the proper place and refused to take any payment. We are absolutely in love with our new counters. I was so impressed also with their contractors, that I plan to use them all now! I highly recommend this company!

Our experience with North American Stone was positive from day one. They were very helpful finding the perfect quartz countertops to go with our new kitchen. Jeff did an excellent job measuring for both countertops, and he & Sam did an awesome job with the installation. They were meticulous installing them, and spent extra time making it look perfect. No one but the best for counter tops! I am beyond thrilled with North American Stone. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like family. Kriss actually listened to my wants and needs and never once pressured me into buying any extras. She worked within my budget and went back and forth through email as I changed my mind about what I wanted multiple times. Finally, I decided on this absolutely stunning Midnight Thunder black granite and I cannot be happier! The guys showed up exactly when I was told they would be, 9am sharp. They were respectful, clean, courteous, and put down floor protection from the front door to the kitchen. The guys even cleaned up a mess that I made from removing the previous counter tops which was NOT their responsibility. I cannot express my appreciation for everyone on the team! Please give them a call if you're considering new counter tops!

I had shopped around various suppliers for quartz countertops for our kitchen remodel and so happy we went with NAS. From our initial walk-in meeting to the final product, we had nothing but positive experiences. Ali was amazing to work with—knowledgeable, friendly, very timely/responsive and open to questions. All others in the office and those that came to our home were all professional, respectful, and helpful. All went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The quality and variety of their inventory was great. Pricing was very fair/better compared to other competitors we looked at…the standards and quality is top-of-the line. All consultations and the actual install were seamlessly planned, informative, and on time. I am confident that if we needed anything in the future, Ali and the NAS staff would be our only call. I am not going to go into a long review because it is not necessary. We were looking to have new kitchen countertops installed and visited several installers. We decided to go with North American because of people we know who had used them and due to a contractor, I know who, recommended them highly. I have been in the construction business for over 40 years and all I can say North American did a fantastic job. The countertops are beautiful and the craftsmanship exceptional. The crew was fantastic and very professional. I could have not asked for a better job to be done. Most importantly, my wife was very pleased. You will not go wrong using North American.

Our experience with Sam, Dave and Ali went beyond my expectations. Working with Sam to chose the granite for our kitchen counters was so helpful. He answered all of my questions, took the time to show me various samples, and provided his expertise on various materials and finishes. Ali worked with us to show us the exact granite pieces that would be used for the counters. It was great to physically see the piece but also have a rendering of how the granite would appear on the counters. Dave answered all of our questions when they came to field measure and provided guidance on the island counter size. The installers were amazing. I could not be happier. As stated in a previous review I am very hard to please and I am in love with our counters. You wont regret going with NAS!!

We are very happy with the installed granite countertops in the kitchen and the powder room. The company delivers on what they promised, and it is very important to us. We did shop around, and NAS was overall the BEST. No regrets. All three stages: the sales, the fabrication, and the installation were excellent. North American Stone just installed our Quartz counters in our kitchen and also the Blanco sink and faucet. I cannot say enough about how great the entire process was, from working with Janell on deciding our purchases, to Dave measuring for the template , to the fantastic install team. The workmanship and quality went beyond my expectations. Anything I asked the install team to do, they just said " We will take care of it" and with such pleasantness! North American Stone recently installed a new granite countertop and plumbing fixtures in our bathroom. The experience working with their team was nothing but pleasant from start to finish. Sad to say, I sometimes have difficulty making a decision. The folks at NAS were extremely patient with me, clearly explaining the options, showing me a number of slabs, helping me visualize how the slab would look once installed, and explaining plusses and minuses of the fixtures and sink. Without their help, I would have made some big mistakes. With their help, I was able to make selections that I am totally pleased with today. Dave and his team did a beautiful job of installation. They came when they said they would come, were respectful of us and our home. Everything went perfectly from beginning to end. I don't think I've ever had such a pleasant experience with a home improvement project. I am 200% satisfied, and highly recommend them. Thank you North American Stone!

We had our first experience at NAS, and after searching every granite store in Rochester, NAS is the absolute BEST! Every person is professional and honest. We worked with Sam Julian who was patient and offered great advice. We selected granite slabs that had fissures in them from one of NAS's local purveyors, and NAS rejected them. When we couldn't find other slabs, Sam continued to work with us to find the right slabs. NAS fabricates, takes out the old slabs, installs a cooktop if you have such, are cautious about the cupboards so nothing gets scratched, they clean up after the installation, and make sure everything is perfect before leaving. I could write volumes about our wonderful experience, but the summary gives you an idea just how great NAS is.

We recently purchased granite from North American Stone. After going to several granite installers, we came back to North American Stone. Their customer service far surpassed any others! They worked with us in every way possible! Ali helped narrow down the granite choices. They even moved pieces around so that I could compare them. When Dave came out to our house to measure, he spent time talking through the island granite and kitchen window granite. He answered every question I had- and there were many! When it came time to layout the granite I was able to choose which part of the granite went where. I would highly recommend them! I will definitely use them again. I'll start by saying I am not the easiest person to please and am fully self-aware that I can be a PAIN-IN-THE-A$$, especially when I am paying good money for something. I have nothing but glowing, positive, wonderful things to say about Sam, Dave, and the entire NAS family. They are simply amazing and I am so happy they were recommended to us. After buying a home, immediately demo-ing the kitchen, and having a ton of snafu's during the remodel over the past 6-months (absolutely NONE of which was their fault), NAS was THE bright spot in the whole process. Sam has was like a mini-counselor/advocate for us the past few months. He regularly checked-in and genuinely cared about how things were progressing. He went SO above & beyond to help us and make sure the ENTIRE kitchen turned out exactly how we wanted- not just our countertops. From helping us to navigate dealing with Home Depot to recommending a new contractor to install our cabinets- I can honestly say re-doing our kitchen would have been 56789065 times more stressful without Sam. From the showroom to the on-going customer service to the install everything was wonderful. We are SO happy to finally have our beautiful counter tops installed and can't recommend NAS enough. I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere after working with and getting to know the crew. Thank you all again!
