Amy was great to work with at the store on showing us what we wanted for our kitchen and also threw in the kitchen sink for free. We even got our bathroom vanities from there by picking out remnants from the back. The installation went smooth...very precise cutting and didn’t leave a mess. Would recommend to anyone!

When I updated my kitchen they were all smiles and everything got done quickly. I went back there when I was updating my bathroom. They weren't so nice then. I did get a quote and was trying to schedule the cabinet guy to give me installation cost. I called and left a message but he never called me back. I'll never go there again.

Amy, her brother, and the guys who came to install my quartz countertop today were very helpful and professional. I can tell you my countertop looks great for half of what Lowes or Home Depot would charge you. The labor seemed to be included in the price of the quartz which was awesome. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Amy and her crew were incredibly helpful and professional when installing our beautiful quartz countertops. We live about an hour from Clarksville and I ended up driving down a couple times to look at their showroom. I personally am not a granite fan. It is too “busy” for me. Amy helped me select a quartz countertop instead and explained the differences. Prior to my trips to National Stone World, I did LOTS of price checking. Let me just say with 100% certainty- NO ONE will beat their prices!!! In general, their prices were HALF the price of anywhere I checked. This includes places like Lowe’s and small local businesses as well. I could’ve gotten laminate locally for what I paid for quartz at National Stone World!!!
I called Amy a few days before they were scheduled to install the kitchen countertops and added the small piece for our laundry room. She added it (with a very reasonable price) easily.
One gentlemen came to measure for the countertops. He arrived on time and was very kind and helpful. We were a little unsure about how we wanted the island to look. We did not necessarily want 90 degree angles on every side. The gentleman took his time and carefully discussed all the options and gave his opinion about what would look best. We appreciated his help since he’s seen way more countertops and knew what would best fit our needs.
The day the countertops were to be installed, the crew’s truck had two flat tires on the way to our house. Despite their setback, they called and kept me informed of their delay and showed up with a positive attitude. The crew of three men is extremely efficient, kind and moved quickly. I had read reviews about how “rough” the installation can sound. Since I knew what to expect, I was ready. You have to remember, these are very heavy stones that have to be fitted into a very tight space. There’s a lot of pushing and shoving. However, it’s absolutely necessary. The crew is professional and they know what they have to do in order to complete the install.

They are very helpful, and we were able to go to Nashville to a warehouse and pick out our piece of granite. They came and measured, cut the hole for my cooktop after they arrived. Drilled my hole for faucet and soap dispenser. Installed professionally and it looks awesome! Highly recommend them!

National Stone World was amazing to work with. They were quick and affordable and each date/timeline they provided was met and exceeded in most cases. Their work is beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bowling Green granite providers could certainly learn several lessons from this company. Great job!

I was recommended to *National Stone World* (their name is incorrect on google and I’m not sure why) by my realtor.
Amy was very informative on the process and referred me to Cosmos in Nashville where I could pick out my actual slab (I chose River white granite). They always picked up the phone promptly and answered my questions, too.
I got my countertops measured on a Monday and they were installed on Thursday, which took about 45 minutes for 37sqft. Not sure what it’s supposed to look like when granite is installed but they seemed kind of rough and I thought for sure my cabinets were going to snap, or my cast iron sink would get scratched with all of that shoving across the top of the cabinets and sink, but thankfully they didn’t. Insert nervous laughter here. Whew.
There were a few dings in the granite and they promptly fixed them with epoxy and you can’t even tell they were there!
I live in a split level home and they had to bring the slab up my steps of our back deck, that is near our kitchen, and they dropped and scraped the granite along the top step of our brand new deck and there’s a decent sized gouge taken out of the top step. Not sure if they didn’t notice they hit the deck that hard, but they didn’t say anything or apologize and it’s a huge bummer and kind of frustrating. There should have been more than 2 gentleman carrying such a large slab but one didn’t show up, so I’m sure they couldn’t really help that!
They were professional and got the job done.
I called Amy to tell her about the gouge in the deck and she was very very kind and apologized and offered a discount on our next job, which we really will be using for our bathrooms. Great service, everyone makes mistakes, and great way of handling it! Stuff happens and they know how to fix it the right way. It showed their character well!
