After using my home kitchen couple times which we had problems i decide to give them another try but made a huge mistake . Product came late colors were not what i order tried speaking to manager or the owner they said the owner is in Europe. After all the frustration i had to pay 1/2 price for side panels which they order wrong and color was wrong as well. I will not use them again. Big mistake..

Mr. Burak M. Cakmak (Designer) made an amazing and perfectly cabinets match for all our appliances. My wife and I, are more than satisfied with the service, it’s a small kitchen but compared with how we founded when we moved in and the transformation from My Home Kitchen & Bath. My husband and I received excellent service from My home kitchen and bath, Burak worked very hard to help minimize the stress of dealing with a renovation. They were always available to help and were very accommodating from the moment we walked in the showroom until the moment the counter top was installed. We were able to stay within budget and are in love with our new kitchen!

This company is dishonest, opportunistic and do not care about customer satisfaction. If there was an option for 0 stars It would be my rating of our experience with this company. If by chance you have a decent experience with them consider yourself fortunate. This has been the absolute worst experience I have had and this is my 3rd kitchen renovation. I do not recommend ever using this company. My retirement gift to my mother was to help her renovate her kitchen for Christmas 2023. We began this process confident and happy as James and staff sat with us and went through design ideas. We thoroughly discussed the layout and was provided with 3D imaging. We followed all of the design recommendations. James even came to our home to do the measurements for our kitchen in order to finalize the design. Once the products started to arrive they were either an insufficient amount which resulted in us spending more money or incorrect in the measurements. The floor tile where short, which not only delayed our project with our contractor but cost more money because we had to order 3 more boxes of tile. In attempting to ensure that there were no further issues with the layout and proper installation of the cabinets we hired the guy they use for cabinet installation and paid $2500 for installation of the cabinets. The installer had issues with the cabinet sizes and was told to proceed and follow the design that was provided to him. We previously discussed that an apron farm sink would be ordered and we were even helped by James to identify the sink we would need to purchased; however when the cabinets were being installed they did not line up with the placement of the sink. When we notified them, they tried to justify the mishap, blamed us and accused us of changing the layout.There were a lot of incorrect measurement, a lot of wasted space and filler where they were not needed and were paid for. We had to order more cabinets to correct the layout at our cost of course. When it was time to do then final measurements for the countertop they accused us again of not giving them the correct measurements (despite coming previously and measuring the space) and being aware of the need for deeper counter tops. Again we were told that we needed to pay an additional 500+ dollars for additional countertops and that they would not proceed unless they received the ok to proceed although already being paid in full. The rep stating now that reason for the new charge was that they only gave an estimate of the cost of the countertop despite already having the measurement. When I asked the rep how they intended to connect the backsplash without the needed countertop she had no reply. When asked how they measured for deep countertops on one side but not the other, the rep had no reply. This is over 6 months later and my parents who are 71 years and the kitchen is still not complete. I am utterly disgusted by our experience and how we have been taken advantage of in the process. I tried to find a number to reach out to costumer service or a owner; however all roads seem to lead right back to this location. They do not care about customer care and customer satisfaction. This experience has caused a significant amount of undo stress to myself and my family. Avoid this company at all cost.

Great showroom with lots of kitchens on display. We worked with Anil (Arnold)who was very attentive to all of our needs. He is patient and welcomed us every time we went to the store....we went every weekend. He even provided us with a sketch on the very first visit. We love our kitchen and recommend Aniel and the whole My Home staff.

Senior Design Architect, Aybuke and the team at "My Home Kitchen" are outstanding! Aybuke helped us select the perfect granite counter top to match our kitchen design. Additionally, Aybuke followed-up with the hardware manufacturer to make sure our hardware ( on backorder) was delivered in a timely manner. We needed a base cabinet to match our existing cabinets; not only did "My Home Kitchen" match the existing cabinets, they ensured it was delivered to us within one week! I highly recommend "My Home Kitchen" for all your kitchen design needs!

I have had a terrible experience with this business. I bought cabinets from them in 2020. Within 2 years I had problems. There is a high turnover in their customer service. No follow up and the manager was really rude and unhelpful. So disappointing… made such a mistake.

me and my wife were passing by in front of the showroom and admiring the beautiful kitchen set ups for a long time, we thought it would be expensive to shop here, because it looks so fancy. We finally decided to go in for a quote, from the very first moment we stepped in we were welcomed with warm friendly vibes, when we took a tour in the showroom, Aybuke assisted us answering all our questions and showing us all different materials of products ,giving ideas of trending designs, and price ranges . ( Turns out it wasn`t so expensive at all) we sat down and she quickly draw our kitchen on the computer and we ended up purchasing the kitchen very same day, from pricing to ordering, delivering the cabinets and installation of the counter top everything went very smooth, there was a few minor issues but it was taken care of it by them promptly. Now we are in love with our new kitchen and i would recommend this place to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen. this is the place to go Thank you My Home!! James & Karla

This place was suggested by our contractor. Our customer rep there is Otto. He took my rough measurements and did a 3D rendering of what our new kitchen would look like. After deciding on cabinets , sink , hardware, countertop & floortiles, we were still under our budget. They worked with us. Although the countertop I thought was pricey ( Quartz) but the final result was beautiful. A good job from My Home

I worked with Arnold to design my recent kitchen renovation. He made the process manageable and an overall positive experience. Without his services I would have been completely overwhelmed (as opposed to slightly :)) The product options at this business are extensive and of quality. Overall, costs were reasonable but the customer service Arnold provided was stellar.

Absolutely Love our new kitchen! Me and my girlfriend decided to renovate our kitchen. So we started shopping around. When we walk in My home kitchens showroom from the first moment everybody was so friendly. We told them what we have in mind. And there was a 3D images and a quote in under 20 minutes. We were helped with great patience. And ideas. The whole process was smooth as butter! Would definetely recommend My Home Kitchen to anybody who needs amazing service and a great kitchen.

I bought my bathroom tile from My Home Tile Kitchen Bath two years ago (2013)wanted to wait to see the wear and tear on the tiles. I'm happy to say all the tiles are still shiny and bright looks the same as the day they were installed. The customer service was great and they delivered on time. I'm going back to buy my kitchen cabinets and tile. Did I mention the price was excellent. I have recommended this company to contractors my friends and neighbors. I live in Brooklyn NY, and had work done on an apartment in Hoboken. I dealt with the owner Cem, and his salesman Josh. They were honest, and upfront about their products (I had a kitchen installed). Other cabinet company's gave me lines of BS, and were over priced. Cem does not install the cabinets but works with private contractors who will install the cabinets. Again he states these are not my workers so I can't be responsible for their work. The cabinets were delivered within a week. Just so happened the contractor who came to install the cabinets (Rubin) did a sub-par job. Upon learning that the contractor they sent did this, they contacted him, and the next day he came over, reinstalled the cabinets (the way they were supposed to be installed the first time, and had him purchase at his expense the crown molding he ruined ) . The granite countertops were above my expectations, and installed 3 days later. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality materials, and work. Moreover an owner who stands behind his company.

These guys are great! Cem is honest and easy to work with and delivered ahead of schedule. We did an entire renovation of out apt... so we had done a LOT of shopping when we got to My Home. Long story short... Cem said... yes we can beat all the prices you have found and he did! We bought ALL of our tile, granite and cabinets for the kitchen and bath from My Home. My Home was the ONLY company that insisted on measuring my kitchen themselves and the ONLY company who promised delivery of the cabinets within two weeks (they actually delivered in one week). The other companies said 4 to 6 weeks... my entire renovation only look 6 weeks! Waiting 6 weeks for cabinets was not going to work. Go in - meet them - check out their store. It's well worth your time.

Nice place good showroom people there seem helpful unfortunately after the sale from them thats where they seem to care less. Getting phone calls back trying to get any help is a big issue especially when you have a project going on. Not having my stove top aligned with the overhead hood & a plaque on the backsplash is an issue to me which could've been avoided and and a bathroom vanity that comes out 2 more inches than what I had previously is an issue I have now. In the end I got what I wanted I rate them 3 stars & my kitchen and bathroom look great anyway but not perfect.These guys need more attention to details.

We renovated our kitchen using their cabinets- nice cabinets (pricey). The young women was very attentive when went to browse & also when returned to actually seal the deal. What I do not like is how quickly things changed once our money was taken- that attentive polite sales person now was just too busy to speak to us & answer any of our questions concerning delivery or measurements etc. suffice it to say customer service is not their strong suit & should be worked on. Every customer should have a quality experience from start to finish no matter how long it takes. Thank God for Yelp.

Started off with high expectations, nice showroom, at my first visit but when I emailed photos and measurements twice with no response I decided to go to the store. Bill denied receiving them. We were basically ignored for 30 mins. by Bill. We decided to leave after enduring the wait in terrible heat (no air conditioning, always non functioning on every visit) we left. As we left Bill saw us and we were ignored. I wouldn't ever use these guys. I can only imagine what they are like after you give them a deposit.

Unprofessional at best. Stay away and save your sanity. They measure incorrectly, then bully the customer. Takes months to get situations that they screwed up straightened out. They transfer the cost of their mistakes over to the customer. They tell you that you are taking time away from their customers, conveniently forgetting that you, too, are a customer and that they already have your money. DO NOT pay these people with cash because you will need the credit card company on your side when you have to file a dispute. That is the only way to get any satisfaction out of these people - threaten them with legal action.

The worst experience ever!! Stay clear away as it's the worst company ever. Jim who is one of the managers is the worst ever he should be fired!!!!!! he's rude he's mean and he's in sensitive to people. I spent $13,000 for my kitchen set and because they made a mistake on the valance he had me remove a small piece which cost five dollars before he gave me the right one. Today I still have issues and I can't get anyone to help me because Jim is not allowing me to speak to anyone else!!!!!! If the owner is reviewing these reviews I would wish that someone would give me a call back so I can give them my experience. I work with Dennis who was very very nice and I experienced Jim being brutally mean it to him while I was standing there and felt sad for this worker jim should be ashamed of his self on how he treats his employees. Someone fire him he is so rude to both his employee and customer as I have seen both !!

Very poor customer service once your money is in yheir hands. Poor time management. Poor follow through. Lies and delays to the point to frustration. Was actualy told that the managager sets that there are more important projects being handled and mine could wait. This is after my 4k plus had already left my hands and was in their pocket. I was never notified of delays had to call several times and be placed on hold for 5-10 minutes. As a large company I would expect that they were know the hours of their suppliers and have an open line of communication, however I am being told that they went to pick up my cabinets and that the company was closed early and that they won't be open on the Friday after thanksgiving this after being assured by the salesperson that my cabinets would be in my home on the Friday not10 minutes prior. So now the delay is until Monday. I wish I could say this was a good experience but unfortunately this was and has been the most concentrated bag of incompetence ,, poor customer service, and down right disregard for customer satisfaction I have ever encountered. I would like to know if this company is under the misguided impression that they are the only prociders of this service in the Bromx or if they think that the local people don't have a voice. Wrong on all counts. Get your act together My Home Tile Kitchen And Bath. The community is watching you closely.

After posting a bad review, this company contacted me. The manager who I believe said his name was Gim came to my house and even played the piano with my kids. He made me feel very at ease promising that he would fix all the problems with my kitchen. I paid this company to install all new granite and cabinets and my granite was installed incorrectly and a couple of my cabinets have holes in them. Gim promised everything will be handled and in two weeks he was going to return to see that the kitchen was done. After weeks of not hearing anything from them Gim called me to ask me if my kitchen was ok. I told him nothing was done and he came over again with a so called contractor to show the contractor the work that needed to be done. My kitchen now looks worse since one of the corner cabinet sides was removed to look at the damages and it hasnt been replaced. Now i just have a disgusting looking gap between my walls and the cabinets on top of everything else! Gim told me "the reason why I didnt call was because I went on vacation but i promise you Im not going on vacation anymore". After that conversation it has bern weeks and nothing has been done. I haven't gotten any phone calls from Gim or the owner or anyone involved with the store. What a pathetic joke this company is and their managers and employees. They are like well trained thieves! Shame on me for stupidly thinking that those liars would actually take care of the problems they created. Feeling cheated......

A Turkish guy sold me cabinets in December it was the worst cabinets the frames are warp and the doors cannot close.The cabinets have so many scratch and imperfections it is unbelievable.We called and went in and ask him to help us he said he would send his carpenter and no one came.It has been months and I don't know what to do the cabinets look absolutely horrible none of the doors closes and I spent $9000 plus on these cabinets.Do not shop here the products are very poor quality.I wish this store would please help me to get my kitchen right .I gave him my money and all I want is my cabinets to be right.Please fix my cabinets.

I dealt with an employee named Josh and also someone named Jim. I got a contract for cabinets and granite. I was promised in my contract that items not up to par would be repaired or replaced. It has been a year and i am still waiting for my kitchen to be repaired by these low lives. They sent over an asian male to measure for my granite and when my granite. The day my granite was to be installed they brought into my house this huge machine used to cut granite and set it on my marble floors cracking my new floors. Their contracts states they are not responsible for floors but yet they also say the granite is cut prior to delivery not in the customer's kitchen! They began to install and pushed the granite into my chimney wall (picture uploaded) causing the wall to crack and now i can hear it crumbling on the inside. That granite slab also left a wide gap between the wall and the cabinets and when i complained they dared to tell me, "just fill it with silicon" Then they placed the other piece of granite and instead of properly cutting the granite they cut my window molding and went through my window frame causing that wall to also crack! The 3rd slab on granite they placed was also cut incorrectly and now i have a gap, they put so much silicon to glue it down that it oozed down my walls and looks disgusting. I called, emailed, etc., to get a solution and Jim always pretended not to know there was anything wrong with my kitchen. Then I tried Josh who was always "out" and ignored my calls but through emails he promised to take care of it and replace, then i get another email saying they cant replace they can only repair. I explained to him that repairing was not possible because that would mean cutting the granite down more than an inch and that would leave my cabinet tops uncovered. Then they said they couldnt do anything but try to cover it up with silicon! They use the cheapest granite installers available and take a cut of the money, and when i informed them that the granite people they sent over knew nothing about granite they didnt care! On the cabinets that i ordered, i was promised the work would be done that same day cause i have a small kitchen, but as expected the professionals in the store messed up my order the cabinet install guy had to go to new jersey to pick up my correct order and even when he returned i realized the store gave him the wrong hardware so what was suppose to be one day turned into 3 days. Buyer beware, signed a contract for kitchen and counter tops for a price they told us, when the counter top came they said it was $1700.00 more then contract, salesman said he estimated wrong, and would not deliver items unless I paid him, not a way to treat a customer, now I'm stuck with a unfinished job. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had. Please do yourself and your sanity a favor and stay as far away from this outfit as possible. 6500 dollars and 3 months later i still do not have a full kitchen and what i do have arrived damaged. From the beginning : My kitchen was measured wrong by their staff which meant i received the wrong cabinets. When the right ones were ordered, a few were back ordered - fine not completely their fault i understand but one week turned into a month and the communication was not upfront. Never received a callback when I was told I would get one and constantly had to be on the phone calling this place to try and find someone who knew where our cabinets were. When we finally got them - two of the drawers were damaged and I needed to bring them back. another three weeks goes by and I don't get a call but during my usual phone campaign to reach them i get told that they are in. I drive back to the store and they have the faces but they aren't attached and i'm told to attach them myself. (You know because I did not pay allot of money for fully assembled cabinets or anything). I get the faces and drawers home and it turns out they ordered the wrong size faces. So I drive ONCE again to the Bronx and brave trying to find a spot to park to drop them off and say that I want them assembled this time and it is ridiculous. Another three weeks, must be some kind of cycle, and I have just brought the drawers home. I wish i could post pictures because they are scratched and dented even WORSE than the ones I originally dropped off. I had decided to order a kit directly from the forever mark company to just touch it up myself because i cannot deal with those people at My Home. Well guess what, the drawer faces are put on completely wrong and they do not fit. By the way - my sales rep is on an "extended vacation" not sure what that means. The only manager is in the "hospital" and the only employee who cannot make any decisions is a woman who made it very clear that she "needs a day off". Well I need my goddamn kitchen finished. Frankly I am at the end of my rope Go somewhere else and save your sanity.

I left a review on here previously and I'm not sure how it got deleted. The owners called me everyday for weeks begging me to remove it and somehow they must have gotten it taken down. First off, I had a horrible experience with this company. They took my full payment, and ordered my cabinets a week later. My stuff arrived late and my cabinets were scratched. My granite was installed improperly, and was not properly sealed. I called and called but noone would return my calls always saying they had to "check with the manager". Josh never returned my calls or replaced my stuff. Till this day my cabinets are scratched and they only repaired the granite, refusing to replace it although it was below standard. In fact, the ONLY reason they did anything at all, was because they read my online reviews. They then proceeded to call me everyday asking me to "edit" my review. I had a loss in my family and asked them to back off. Now I look to see my review which was taken down. I do not want to change my review only because I wouldn't want anyone else to be a victim like I was. It is heartbreaking to feel so helpless when you've given all this money to a company and they just ignore your calls, and tell you they're not sure they can help you, and then they say they'll call you back or that they're coming to your home to inspect but never call or show up. I had a sit down with a representative, I gave him measurements and supplied all necessary needs to build my Kitchen, Me and my wife we're really happy and agreed to a total amount. He took a $500.00 deposit never once told me details of supplying my own contractor to install Until after a home visit. This company is a waste! BAD customer service, Don't give details of work orders, Treats customers as if they not needed. Treated me like garbage. I Told Owner or store mgr he lost a customer upon my down payment refund, His professional response was, I am not the first and won't be the last. Never will I even look in window.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! They Promised cabinets and then did not deliver on time. the cabinets that did come in were wrong, mismatched, scratched damaged and just pure garbage. They refused to give me my money back. Josh is a total AHOLE. DONT , DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM or you will truly regret it
