Went there to look at slabs. They were very helpful and accommodating. The woman that helped us at the front desk was so great.

Very nice show room with exceptional lighting to view the products well, both in the showroom and warehouse. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We really appreciated all of Trang's help in finding the perfect slab for our Kitchen remodel.

This place is for those "pretentious weiners, with too much bloody money!" Don't waste you time. They refuse to tell us the price on anything. When we asked they said "You pick what you like, then tell your contractor and we will give them a quote on the price". What is that? Just because I can afford a $40/sq. ft. Tile, doesn't mean I want to. Even if you have a bulk discount you should know the price per sq. Ft. of materials based on amount purchased. Why waste time picking something only to find out the price is unreasonable... which I now assume it must be if they won't disclose prices. A quick bit of research and you can find that a lot of their "top quality" tiles are sourced from the same manufacturers as the stuff you can find at Floor and Decor

MSI showroom was a fantastic resource in the selection process for tiles for our renovation. They shipped many samples to my home as well as provided samples from their showroom. We chose Canyon Creek stacked stone for our fireplace and Cicely marble tile for the kitchen backsplash. It was very helpful to see many different options in our home and with our new countertops.

Isindu was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a great experience and he helped me pick out the slab that I wanted. He was also very knowledgeable.

What a fantastic place! We came to choose quartz for our new home and loved browsing through all the different options. Walking in we were just sent to the back with a sea of quartz and our samples we bought from home. Once we got connected with Katie, who was SO helpful, it seemed so much less overwhelming. The other staff wandering around in the back and doing their work were very helpful too! Thank you Katie, for making it less overwhelming and explaining things to us!

We’ve come in twice so far during our home construction project & have had excellent service. The store is well-laid out and it’s easy to request viewing a slab if the one you like isn’t visible. You can take samples home & every employee we spoke to has been patient, offered advice and been great to work with. The store is quieter on weekdays so I’d recommend visiting during the week if possible.

Nice showroom, high quality material. We ordered from MSI several times and were never disappointed. Will recommend to our clients with kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
