He was very helpful in helping us determine astecthically what color stone would pair best with other materials we've chosen. Raul is a valuable asset to the MSI team! This place is huge! You'd never know it from the road, so drive aaallll the way around until you see the entrance. Keep driving. Nope, keep going.... there it is! See it?? Wonderful customer service, in particular "Q" and Kirsty looked high and low for a tile that we'd had our eye on for years. They even offered me their cell phone number so I could text measurements and offered to look for similar tiles in case the older tile was no longer in stock.

Very helpful staff!! Fantastic set up that allows you to see large slabs instead of just little samples. After seeing a large slab of the color I thought I wanted, I changed my mind and went with something else they had. So glad I got to see it full sized! I would have been unhappy with my original selection if it had been installed.

My visit to MSI was very welcoming. Once I signed in I was escorted to view the granite section. The host provided me with samples of the granite I was interested in. All of the samples where not available, she offered to have the granite samples mailed to me. Excellent customer service.

I visited the showroom with my wife to pick out a new countertop. We were greeted by Raul who was very accommodating and helpful. He gave us time to look around and we were amazed by how many options they had. Raul gave us some recommendations and also valuable insight to help us make an educated decision. Definitely 5 star service and he gave me his e-mail if I had any other questions or concerns. Kudos to Raul!!!!!! By the way - the coffee machine at the front produced a fabulous coffee for both my wife and I. Definitely worth the visit and will be sourcing my countertops from them. I visited the Baltimore showroom on 2/9/23 and the service I received by Kirstie Derossett was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, excellent service to quickly have granite slabs moved around and allow me to select the pieces I liked. In addition, her response to additional questions and concerns over phone and email were very prompt and provided me with all the answers I needed. Once again, excellent customer service.
