MSI AUSTIN COUNTERTOPS AND TILE FLOORING

MSI is the most incompetent company we've worked with. They have a call center that is in India, and that's always a problem. Hand you off like a hot potato when there is a problem from region to region... call here, call there, call this rep, leave a voicemail...oh I didn't get your message. Bill your account way more than the quoted price automatically without explaining anything. What a joke! NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with great kindness and care. Sam was amazing. She listened to our ideas, looked through all our pictures, and just heard us out. Sam took us through all the slabs in the warehouse and new exactly where and what inventory they had to view. We had a fantastic experience and look forward to doing business with MSI Austin.

Connor took us on a tour of the slabs in the warehouse. He’s the one to ask for a tour. Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming it was a great experience picking our counters! Warehouse is beautiful clean and organized.

BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH MSI SURFACES OF AUSTIN ! We were recommended to the company by a contractor that has used them in the past. I was directed by the installer to go to MSI warehouse and pick out the material we want as our counter top. So we proceeded to pick out the Slab of Quartz for our home. While we were there I took a picture of the Slab which had a tag on it to show the installer what we picked. When the counter top was installed we noticed that it was the wrong material. Because it was immediately absorbing everything, finger prints and water stains and even and imprint from a piece of paper we put on the counter and based on the very first statement on the Care Page of how durable and stain free, scratch free Quartz is supposed be. That statement does not hold true to what was sent out by MSI. When we took closer look at the picture and we notice that what we picked out was tagged wrong. So I went in to speak to management about it and was greeted by Jason Moore the Sales manager. Who found out from the greeting associate that their material was tagged wrong and so he came straight out and admitted that it was tagged wrong and for us not to worry that it would be taken care of. So I questioned him of what that meant and again he assured me to not worry about it, they would replace it. So now I'm hearing from the installer that MSI will not pay for labor to install the replacement and NOW they won't return my calls. SO WE WERE FLAT OUT LIED TOO ! WHAT KIND A BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING OVER THERE??? I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE Joe Moreno

MSI is a great source for tile and countertops. I am an Interior Designer who has worked with them for years. Their showroom and warehouse is very clean, welcoming and laid out in a functional and aesthetic way. I have worked a lot with Conner who has always been so helpful.

My wife and I arrived with a piece of discontinued tile from another manufacturer. A delightful, warm and courteous sales team member welcomed us. She invited us to tour the showroom and encouraged to ask any questions. We browsed for nearly an hour. When we left, we not only found a selection we very much liked, but three other samples of tile that could very well compliment the decor of another room.

Fantastic customer service, from the sales associate to the manager who helped us also. The gentlemen carry out our stuff, they are amazing here! Beautiful showroom, all so very nice and professional. Happy to have found them!!!
