This is an Edit* Previously Gave them 5 stars when Erin worked here . Poor customer service and waited 4 months and never got the job done here!!! First off…. I am a loyal customer. When Erin used to work in the front desk i had liked this place. This is my 3rd purchase here. I am upset to inform you that an instock stone i had put a deposit on 6/8/23 has yet to be installed its almost 4/5months today is 10/13 and was supposed to be installed first week of October. Now they say 10/16 but called 2 times for an updated and than emailed and left a voice mail all was ignored today and the Woman Amanda was super rude when i came in. Today i kindly ask For an update than i get a run around that it wont be until the end of the month. I have asked for the manager multiple times and is denied. I have been moved in the que so many times. Everytime they tell me next month ,next month .It seems i will never get this stone for my kitchen. I rather hear them say wait 4 months instead of telling me One month than tell me that again over and over. I am Displeased at the unprofessionalism Amanda displayed today she was awfully rude and would not give me any information as to when my project will be done and where i was on there install Calendar . I asked for my receipts i paid 2 deposits as my project was modified twice. I asked for a copy of a document and she gave me a different one i asked for a certain one she got mad and proceeded to slam the copy machine. After waiting 4 months not receiving an instock stone , they didn't refund me the right amount i deposited about 4,900 dollars and they kept 1k. They wouldn't let me speak to the manager and the managers never reached out. The reciept they gave me with the sorry excuse of a refund didn't make any sense. They said a stone they purchase for me was 600 something dollars and the template was charged to be a total of 1k in services. I do not recommend this place as I personally think the manager is a coward for not resolving or finding a solution to any of my concerns. We have put 50k in remodeling our home and i have ran into this poor place of a counter top service.

Checking out countertops. They were very helpful in explaining the difference between Quartz and Granite and the different services and how you clean them and how you take care of them. Super awesome customer service. I will definitely will do business with them in the future!

So very happy with their customer service. Crystal's suggestions not only gave me a great look but also directed me of where to go for other changes I was wanting to do. Work was done clean and fast. 5 stars indeed

Mountaintops Countertops are awesome from sales, service, templating to installation. Amanda was super helpful in showing us styles and options in their showroom. Their outstanding crew flawlessly installed our kitchen countertops and island last year, and did another bang up job this year with Paulo and Kurtis installing our bathroom vanity and sink. Well done and keep up the great work!

Super friendly and professional. The install was seamless. I used them in 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms & multiple window sills. They installed a waterfall counter top in my kitchen that’s just gorgeous. Even my contractor was impressed. Thank you for traveling all the way to Homer for the job! 🙌

These folks were a delight to work with. Very professional. And the end product beautiful. In 4 hours they had removed the old counters and installed the new.

I can't say enough good things about Mountain Tops. From the very first phone call to the completed bathroom remodel they were with me. Erin was fantastic to work with. She didn't hesitate to answer questions, and she made everything clear and easy to follow. We started off by visiting the showroom to pick out the style of counter we wanted, along with the sink. Then we began making sure we had enough material to cut higher backsplashes that I wanted to give the bathroom a more polished look. We even expanded the project and Erin worked with us to find matching pieces of quartz, sending texts, emails, photos so I could determine if the color was right, and if we could get what we needed out of tow pieces without there being a single indication the pieces of quartz were from a different batch. She and Paul both were a delight. Paul, came and measured everything and was had a great sense of humor. We understood exactly what we was going to do before he did it. Everyone was neat, professional, and had a good sense of humor. No surprises on the project and we knew what to expect at every turn. Always on time, if there were any changes or shifts to the schedule, we knew in advance and they coordinated around our working schedule. These folks know what they're doing and it shows in the pride they take in the finished product. I couldn't be happier with my bathroom. This is the second bathroom project I've done with them, the first was years ago and there was a reason I came back. I hope to engage them for my kitchen next!

Amazing and beautiful work!!! 1. Crystal was awesome in matching colors to my freshly painted cabinets and my weird orange walls (that I love) 2. The guy that came into measure my kitchen took my wonky cardboard cutouts and odd directions and knew exactly how I wanted the shape of my counter to go! 3. The 4 guys that came to install were respectful, clean and honestly a lot of fun!! They answered my every annoying question with a smile and knowledgeable answer. Explained the dos and fonts of my new quartz countertop. They were quiet so I could continue to work remotely through meetings and we even shared a few laughs! I would 💯 recommend for any upcoming household project!!!

Couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with for kitchen and bathroom counters. The whole team is top notch, and the service is excellent.
