I ordered kitchen cabinets and quartz for my remodeled kitchen. My lower cabinets weren't leveled and I didn't figure this out till the back splash guy came to install backsplash. When he was installing the back splash it looked off. Now I feel horrible since I had reffered my mom before my job was completed. My moms kitchen quartz was installed and the hole they had made for the faucet wasn't cut straight so when my mom would wash dishes and cause the glue not to completely dry for under mounted sink. Called isreal and he promised to order some "special" glue and fix issue and here we are 3+ months later and no isreal. Feel cheated after all money spent for my kitchen and for it not to come out right and also not doing my moms counters correctly.

Was not a good experience doing business with Monin Marble & Granite Stone, INC. We paid in full for a slab and found a hairline crack down the middle. When we asked for a refund we were informed that it was a final sale. How can this be final when the item is damaged? Problem #1. We picked out another slab and negotiated a price for the new slab and cutting/installation. The Slab was paid for in full, but Israel (owner) wanted another $800 paid in full to cut and install. That was not agreed to. Problem #2. I informed Israel we would pay after the final installation and inspection. He told us "if we didn't pay then have someone else pick up and do the installation". That's what we decided to do and give someone else the business to do the cutting and installation. Why deal with someone who's attitude is less than professional and overall poor attitude. I don't recommend this business to anyone. Overall the experience was a waste of my time. I've also reported my experience to the BBB.

Israel (owner) gave us a great deal on a slab of quartzite that included installation. His team installed my countertops as promised. There was a "SLIGHT" error and my stove would not fit as designed. Israel had his team IMMEDIATELY rectify the issue and my wife and I could not be happier. Very pleasant to work with and highly recommended!!!!!

I been looking for a piece of Marble & Quartz A small piece to use for baking. I wanted something to roll out my dough. And I was driving on Main Street here in Chula Vista. What a good find! Not only did get what I was looking for I find a stone company for future work to be done for our Kitchen. Once it all safe. Come check them out. They have beautiful tiles from Italy & Spain & USA. floors and all different types of flooring. Bought this piece for $30 for Quartz 2X2 ft.

We had a very small job - replacement of a marble top on small antique chest of drawers. Evelyn was very helpful in helping us select a suitable piece. Israel was great to work with. It was finished quickly, at a reasonable price and it fit perfectly. They also wore their masks when we were with them, so that was great! We will definitely use them again!

They did a great job installing quartzite countertops in the kitchen. Additionally, the price could not be beat. Israel took the measurements the next day and I was able to get the install done in less than 2 weeks.

I went to several different places & received numerous price quotes. Isreal had the absolute best price & had a beautiful selection. His customer service was superior. He also offers new cabinets & the quality of the quartz was evident & remarkable. Isreal & his team were so friendly & efficient. They completed our kitchen demo, installed new countertops, kitchen sink, backsplash, island with an added extension & completed new quartz on our desk. Isreal called to confirm our appointment & was very punctual. Isreal was very professional throughout the entire process & a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him & will definitely use again when we remodel the bathrooms.

I head a great experience in this shop. Edgar and Israel were very friendly and knowledgeable about their business. I was looking for marble for a dining table top and ended up buying a slab of quartz after Israel explained the benefits of quartz versus marble for the project at hand. Not only I ended up with the dining table top I also have them fabricate a coffee table top and two side table tops and the turnaround of the job was fast. The experience, professional, friendliness and reasonable prices will make me come back for future projects to Monin Marble, thanks for the great job Israel and Edgar.

Wife and I went to like 10 places to get kitchen estimate. This place had the best selection and by far best prices. The guys were super quick and friendly. Israel was a pleasure to work with. He even recommended a good and affordable plumber to hook up all our plumbing. I always recommend Israel to anyone in need of a kitchen. 2 years later and kitchen is as great as day one. Thanks guys!

I wish I could give 5.5 stars. I was comparing prices by sq. Ft. I found them on offer up. Their European quartz, which is better than the big box stores came in at $40-50 less per sq ft. My experience in the showroom was amazing. Edgar immediately knew what we wanted and showed us a model kitchen with the same or similar quartz. His dad came out to measure and showed us a few upgrades which we never thought of but love. The fabrication was 7 days, not 14-21. Huge bonus when you still live in your house during remodel. The installers were here early and worked all day with no break. Everything looks amazing and these installers worked clean using a shop vac to clean all the way. Very personable and diligent. They worked hard all day and checked in with the wife (the picky one) with approval and questions. Cannot be happier!

I stopped in looking for a stone counter for a table I was building. I was greeted by Edgar, who was super friendly and helpful despite my table being a small project (and thus, not anything they'd really make much, if any, money on). He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for in the subsequent weeks. I have a bathroom remodel in the future and definitely will be coming back! Great service!

Worst decision made. He always made excuses of why they couldn't work on it. When they finally showed up they removed the cabinets and never came back for 3 weeks, we were left without a sink for almost 2 months. Also said latter they don't do plumbing so you have to install your sink. They would leave a mess and left all the saw dust inside the cabinets when they finally installed them and just left without completing anything else. I had to go look for him at the business several times since he wouldn't respond to our calls to see when he would complete it. We had to tell him when will you fix this or when are they going to install the handles for us to be able to open them. He came up with the excuse they normally don't install handles. I thought I was paying for new kitchen yet when they installed the cabinets they damaged it themself causing dents and being uneventful. We sing to get it done the middle of March wasn't completed till late June and that's only cause I kept going and demanded his business license because we payed for a service that wasn't being done.

We were taken advantage of. We entrusted them to install some cabinets and countertops and it took them over three months to get it mostly done and then still, they lefts things unfinished. They began back in 2019 and it's now close to the end of 2021. We've gone to them several times over the years to ask them to come and complete the work, phone calls have gone unanswered or ignored. The last few times the manager had to "leave for an appointment," as he saw us approaching. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for work. The cabinets they did install are nothing more than cheap particle board. On top of that, they were poorly installed with most of the backing being cracked on just about all of them. One particular cabinet had to be redone 3 times and even then one we have now is still not the right size. My family and we're totally let down by Monin.
