We looked at a few different places and decided to go with Mill Creek carpet and tile. They had exactly what we were looking for, even though it wasn’t the same tile we had. It matched almost perfectly, even though everybody that I talked to told us we would never find something that looked even remotely similar to what we have in our house right now. We had to wait an extra couple of months because the tile was on backorder, but it was well worth the wait. We had three different rooms done in our house and in the pictures below it’ll be a Bedroom, flex room, and Office. They came on Monday morning and finished around six P.m. Tuesday night. That includes bringing all the furniture back into each of the room. Dan helped us and made everything go very smoothly and pleasant. he was great to work with. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with choosing this company and we would go back again.

From start to finish, a very positive experience. Dan, the sales person, was very knowledgeable of his inventory and provided some insight and helpful suggestions during the home visit to measure my floor. The installers were professional, polite and efficient. They cleaned up inside and out and did a great job. I’m very pleased with my new flooring and will recommend Mill Creek in the future.

We had top notch service from the time we entered the door.. Mark Rogers met us the smile on his face and ready to help he showed me all the carpets. I thought I was interested in and then showed me other choices and told me the difference between all very knowledgeable very helpful and very kind kept in contact all the way up to the day of installation called to check on everything during installation and checked on us after You can’t get more personable than that I will highly highly recommend Millcreek in Norman. Great place for flooring! We had our carpets replaced and the process was so quick and easy. Dan was great to work with. He listened to our needs and there was no pressure. Once you select your carpet, they’ll schedule a time to measure your rooms and provide an accurate estimate. Afterwards, they got us scheduled for installation very quickly. The people who installed it were very kind and courteous. Thanks again!

Dan Dunson, manager of Mill Creek, Norman, OK made our Karastan carpet purchase and installation a seamless pleasure from the store visit, to selecting a new Karastan product to measuring our 17-year-old Karastan carpeted areas. Arnold, the lead installer and his team were also a pleasure. They offered friendly smiles and were careful in removing and replacing furniture in exacts spots. All three were professional installers who vacuumed the newly carpeted rooms and thoroughly cleaned, the prepping area, our garage. Dan and his team were exceptional.Thank you!

Mill Creek installed a large dining room window for us many years ago with a lifetime warranty. The window lost its seal- but Mill Creek doesn’t back their warranty because the glass company they used is no longer in business. Be careful what you buy from them!!!

Went to the store in Tulsa off Memorial. Bob was my salesman. I do not recommend for several reasons: -He acted irritated that we were there in the first place and began telling me how this was going to go. -He overbid our home by 153 sq ft then tried telling me it was only 5%. No. I have the plans drawn by an engineer, that was more like 12-14%. He then got cocky via email telling me that his numbers were NON NEGOTIABLE, and that I could add the numbers up myself from his hand drawing....basically treating me like a stupid woman who would believe his hand drawings over my official drawings of the home. He also kept adding in fees that were already done, such as undercutting the fireplace when he estimated it he saw that there was already laminate underneath. He was trying to double charge me. Then he added other unexplained fees. In the end, once I kept asking about these fees, asking why he was double charging me, and then why he was overcharging for an extra room he said it would be better for both of us if I went elsewhere because I refused to believe his hand drawings. Was that a threat? Did your salesman threaten me on email to which I have the words written? Why do you keep salesmen like this around? Be accountable and ethical.
