I used Milestone Granite for a second time for a partial kitchen remodel where I replaced the existing granite along with minor construction. Marina again was an excellent source of knowledge and went out of her way to help me with the granite I purchased from Granite Imports, one of her suggested stone vendors.Marina was patient and followed up with each step of the project. The person who made the templates was through, timely and obviously did a great job as the installers had no problems removing my old granite and installing the new stone. Milestone Granite was able to make only one seam on the entire project and the installers were so good, people have a hard time finding the seam. It's nice to use a local company who employs caring, knowledgable people who make sure the customers are happy with the outcome. From start to finish, an excellent job!

Milestone Granite has become our 'go to' place for our remodels because of pricing and quality work. We've referred friends and family and they're happy with their results. We love working with Naomi - she's excellent with planning and communicating. Our layout was perfect. Jorge and David went the extra mile to make sure we had a meticulous installation.

Working with Milestone is truly an exceptional experience. As a designer my expectations are quite high but Milestone does not disappoint. They go above and beyond on both fabrication and install. I have a laminated edge throughout my kitchen and the seam is invisible - which still blows me away every time I look at it! Such craftsmanship. On install day, the owner, Xavier, showed up to ensure all went smoothly. We were so impressed by his hands on approach and his dedication to his clients. I also can’t say enough about Kate. An exceptional partner to her clients and an ambassador for the company. Such an amazing team. I will continue to use Milestone not only for their quality and craft but also for their integrity and passion for what they do. They are a cut above the rest and I look forward to the next time I work with them.

We can't say enough about how impressed we are with our experience with the Milestone Granite team. Being first time granite shoppers we looked all around, and HAD to check out Milestone due to all the great reviews. Xavier and Kate are wonderful to work with, spending time and answering all kinds of questions. Taking Xavier's suggestions we chose a granite from Precision (across the street) and were able to get a beautiful "leathered" Cafe Brown. On install day I got worried when a piece was forgotten, but Kate was so calming and reassuring saying "you know we will take care of you". They had the piece fabricated and installed with the rest of the kitchen counter that afternoon, and it all looked beautiful. The install team of Victor, Alex, and Anthony were wonderful making the on-site custom adjustments required. Anthony had some excellent insight and solutions. Marina was very personable and comfortable to work with on our payment. We are so glad we chose Milestone, not just for their reasonable pricing, but their expertise and the feeling of working with a family. We will certainly use them again, and recommend them to others. Kate and Xavier are amazing!

We reached out to Milestone Granite after our previous fabricator fell through. Marina was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and had quotes to us within 24 hours for multiple materials. We went from quote to install in less than 30 days! Their template specialists worked with us on the spot at our house to design the island shape exactly how we wanted it. The entire install team was friendly, punctual, and experts at their craft. Overall a wonderful company who values the customer experience and delivers fantastic work. Would recommend to anyone, and we will be using them again in the future for our bathroom remodels.

I am very pleased with the overall experience working with Milestone Granite for my kitchen countertop replacement. They came out perfect! The process couldn't have been easier. I met in-person at their store to design the countertops and pick the slab on a Thursday. The template was done the following day on Friday. On Monday they fabricated the countertops and installed them on Tuesday. I think this shortened timeline was a special case in their schedule due to some cancellations, but it worked out great for me. DESIGN & PLANNING: My kitchen was just over 50 square feet and was very close to the maximum to fit on the single slab of the granite I wanted. Xavier at Milestone was the only one willing to get it onto a single slab and saved me thousands of dollars on the project compared to going with another company. It was close, but it came out great. I especially appreciate the advice and insight from their team in the design process. INSTALLATION: As mentioned, the project was approved and installed in less than one week. They installation was painless from my end. They tore out my old stone countertop and in the process took care to not damage the existing backsplash at all. The installed the undermount sink I picked out and consulted me on the spot about the holes to drill and where I wanted them. Overall, it took just a few hours for tear out and installation. They workers were professional, pleasant, cleaned up and were on time. RESULT: I am extremely satisfied with the result --- the kitchen granite is beautiful with expert crafting. The new granite went in with only a single seam that is barely noticeable unless you look closely. The team at Milestone Granite kept me completely informed along the way and I will definitely be a returning customer for my future countertop needs in my own home and rentals. Thanks so much!

We had a great experience working with Milestone Granite! Xavier was a referral from my in laws who worked with him a few years ago. You will not find a nicer guy! Both him and David answered ALLLL of the questions I had (which were many). It took me quite a long time to choose our slabs and they were very patient with me :) Install was completed by a great team and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Milestone Granite - their team was amazing from the start of our project to the very end! Thanks guys!!

Milestone and working with David G was a great process. Not only did he respond promptly and effectively with a good price, but he followed through with what I had chosen. The installation was very impressive has I had several angles and a change of granite color. They followed a designer's idea and created two wonderful kitchen/bar counter tops that carried the angle from one to the next. Thanks, Jean F. ASID

I had a great experience with Milestone Granite this summer. I worked with Marina who was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Marina gently weighed in to my plans and helped me avoid a lot of mishaps in my color selection and choice of sink, even though she could have just chosen not to offer her input. She also answered a ton of questions and mocked up several estimates as I went through the selection process. We landed on something we love and I'm glad we went with them. Xavier did the templating and he was quick and professional, even offered a suggestion to modernize our island that updated the look of the room. The installers were friendly and prompt and did a great job. All around great experience!

Kate at Milestone Granite in Denver was fantastic to work with for the installation of our kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity. She was extremely attentive, always quick to respond to an email or return our phone call to answer all of our questions (and we always have a lot of questions!). She was very detail oriented and we appreciated her consultation immensely.

Our entire experience with Milestone was amazing - from the quick turnaround of their detailed quote (provided itemized costs plus how the slab would be cut and configured) to exceptional customer service to highly accurate templating and to top notch installation. This was our first experience and we could not have asked for anything better. Kate Learn's high level of expertise, attention to detail, and patience guided us through what can be a daunting process to first-timers. She was also highly responsive, frequently responding to us within a few hours of an email or voicemail. Xavier's accuracy with the templating is impeccable. I could not believe how tight his template was able to get with some of the obstacles he had to maneuver around, which made for a streamlined installation. I highly recommend Milestone and honestly would not consider other fabricators/installers as Milestone has such a strong team but is also competitive on pricing.

Milestone Granite was awesome! I started my kitchen project by calling over 8 recommended granite fabricators. Marina the office manager told me right away the prices of their granite and the cost of labor per square foot. She told me she would have my quote ready for me in a couple hours. I received my email with a quote and a sketch. After meeting Kate and Marina, we decided they were the right company and they scheduled us on their calendar as soon as possible. They had our counter tops installed within 2 weeks right before the busy Thanksgiving week. Kate was very responsive to emails and calls always answering our questions and getting back to us. The template person Xavier was knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself. He made sure to explain all the measurements and made sure to show me where all the edges would be. They do not install corbels, but recommended Granquartz to buy counter top support brackets. I was able to get them installed before they measured the template and it saved me a lot of money by not ordering them online. We were originally told that our counter top was too big to carry and would need to be seamed. We were delighted on installation day when our granite came in one full piece and was not seamed. Victor and his partner did a great job. They protected our floors with drop clothes and worked really hard carrying the oversized counter tops. They made sure everything was laid out right and installed the sink and drilled the holes for the faucet. Victor explained the sealing and cleaning process. He cleaned the counters and picked up all of their supplies, they even used a shop vacuum to minimize the dust. The installation was quick and probably only took an hour. They didn't bring our remnants during the install,l but we scheduled for them to come back on another day. Our remnants were very large half slabs. They told us they would need to be cut down for transportation. We were again delighted when they showed up with the remnants in 2 full pieces! Each piece is around 24 square feet and they had brought 3 guys to carry the stone. Most places would have made us pick up our stone or pay a delivery charge. I was so happy with Milestone Granite. My counters look beautiful! Their cost was thousands of dollars cheaper than other fabricators not to mention other places took a week to get back to me or did not call me back at all. Kate just seemed really trust worthy telling us where to buy the under mount sinks for less, where to get the brackets, and did not over charge us on a window sill like some of the other fabricators wanted to.

Milestone provided countertops for our new kitchen. Kate was super easy to work with, and they accommodated a late-stage change of material without any issues. They showed up when they said they would and did first-class work. On top of that, they were way better priced than anyone up here in Summit County.

HUGE shout out to Kate and Xavier at Milestone Granite!! This is our second purchase from them and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Two years ago we met Xavier and he helped us with updating our kitchen. He spent 2 weekends taking us to literally every granite warehouse in Denver. He was extremely kind and patient with us and he wanted to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. So when it came time to update our master bathroom, I knew that we had to go back to him. It was during this project that I met Kate and she has been nothing less than awesome to work with - very kind and super friendly! She was 100% on top of our project from start to finish and her responses to questions were lightening fast. And, I don't want to leave out the install team either. They were friendly, professional, courteous and checked in with me a couple of times to make sure everything was being done to my satisfaction. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. You won't regret it! It's people like this that make remodeling/updating easy.

Milestone granite did a great job on our kitchen countertops. We shopped around quite a bit and choose Milestone after much research and getting a lot of estimates. We picked our slab at one of the large warehouses and then contacted Milestone to do the installation. The whole process went great, including taking the templates and installing the granite. We had a very long counter and were worried about having a seam at the sink, but Milestone did a great job and the seam is quite invisible. Will definitely use Milestone granite again in the future.

My experience was mixed. The price is mid range high. The company is focused on getting the job done but the culture is no nonsense straight forward and not intended to be any other than a business transaction. There are numerous expenses and they even charge to offer hands on input on placing the template prior to fabrication. OK relationship with employees but they got the job done so I suppose that is all that matters.

I understand Milestone stated they did not get all the information for an accurate bid. It makes no sense to send incomplete information to different countertop fabricators and installers if the purpose is comparative pricing. I have photos and illustrations from the emails sent weeks prior and in my opinion I continue to have mixed feelings about Milestone. Please leave your experience and opinion if you decide to use them

I have mixed feelings about Milestone Granite. I recently remodeled my kitchen and put in quartzite counter tops (similar to granite but better). They turned out nice, but it wasn't a great experience. I comparison shopped at Granite Liquidators and Granite Direct based on Yelp reviews, and also checked in at Granite Depot out of curiosity because of their TV ads. Granite Depot has an amazing selection and beautiful slabs, but are ridiculously expensive. I visited Milestone based on comments in a Granite Direct review, and ended picking them even though they were a little more expensive because I thought their particular Taj Mahal slab had a better appearance. Both companies are competitively priced and get good reviews, and I liked the fact they both do their own fabrication and install, so your contract is with one company. That was important to me, because I didn't want to get caught in the middle if the stone were to get damaged during the fabrication or install phase, which is what happened. I also like the fact that Milestone had a very clear and fair contract detailing all the responsibilities and risks of both parties, whereas Granite Depot's representations were all verbal and not in writing. The fellow who measured my counters exercised bad judgement, and rather than dividing the slab into 3 pieces with 2 seams, he chose a configuration where there was only one seam for the installers to match up. However, that resulted in having to haul one large, incredibly heavy hunk of slab up a flight of stairs, and the installers ended up dropping and breaking the slab. Initially there was a little finger pointing and blaming, but they ultimately stood behind the mistake and didn't attempt to charge me extra--which really affirmed my decision to use a company where all the services were provided under one contract. However, I was then given second class treatment because they were underwater on the job and losing money. So instead of pushing my replacement slab to the front of the line for fabrication, I had to wait a week for the install even though my kitchen was torn apart and unusable. The other complaint is that somehow one of the angled cuts they made to match up to a corner that wasn't square was done incorrectly, so I ended up with a fairly large gap along one wall (see photo). Fortunately, my backsplash tile was thick enough to cover the gap, but it limited me on which tile I could use since tile widths vary. Also, even though we were fortunate enough to find a replacement slab that was supposedly from the same slab, it was darker and not quite as nice. As a result, it doesn't exactly match the two smaller elevated counters which had been installed prior to the main piece breaking. Lastly, when they were navigating the original large piece in the door to the stairs, they dented my front door. When I mentioned that to management, they made no offer to replace it. By that point I just wanted to get the project over, so I ended up eating that cost. So if I had it all to do over again, would I still use Milestone? Probably not, but based on other reviews I've read, I'm not sure my experience would have been much different at one of the other shops. Because granite slabs are incredibly heavy and vulnerable to breaking (until installed), it's a difficult product to handle. But once in place, they're great!

I could never recommend Milestone Granite. I placed a deposit on a slab of granite for them to hold it. It appeared the granite was cracked and looked liked they applied filler. When questioned he said all natural stone has imperfections, etc, but never denied the filler. I found a nicer slab at another granite company and decided to go with them. Milestone granite would not refund my deposit fully and charged me a $750 cancellation fee, where all other granite companies charge between $100-200 for a cancellation fee. I spent a total of maybe 30 minutes in their store. They never came to the home, never took measurements, they had virtually no time invested in me, yet those greedy people took me for $750. They said they would refund me part of the deposit, they said they would do it that same day I called to cancel, or early the next morning. However over a week went by and still no credit. I ended up having to phone my credit card company and get them involved which they did and were successful and getting part of my deposit back. I thought about going to my attorney because I know for sure if I got an attorney involved they would refund fully, but I didn't want the headache and just decided I would tell my story and the terrible mistake I made by going into Milestone granite. All I can say is they demonstrated to me they are greedy, dishonest, and have no integrity. Thank you for the opportunity to tell my story.

Horrible. These guys did a free hand cut for my counter top backsplash and left a large gap. Additionally, cut the opening for my stove small in the front and large in the back. When called for service said they cut it to the size of my stove, what a joke. The measurements were off all over the place on install and I'm still finding problems. These guys are not upfront and like to play games when they mess up!

Be prepared for games, Games, and MORE CHILDISH GAMES if you walk in the door of Milestone Granite. If you seek two or more fabricator quotes, the quote from Milestone Granite is guaranteed to be your highest quote due a huge commission; sometimes 40% over the base cost of stone; paid to your salesperson. Alternately, other fabricators will only charge you a nominal fee to pickup the slab, with zero commission. I arrived on a Saturday and manager Marina quoted $19 per square foot for Blue Dunes. I freely admit that I had done no research prior to my arrival at Milestone Granite. Manager Marina made a great impression, so I returned the following Saturday with my designer to pick out a stone. Salesperson Natasha was working the following Saturday. Natasha's price for the exact same Blue Dunes (literally the same stone) was $26.95 which is a 40% increase in price. Natasha quickly informed me that different sales people have different prices. Of course, this means that the SALESMAN AT MILESTONE GRANITE ARE COMMISSION BASED--THE MORE MONEY THEY OVERCHARGE YOU, THE MORE COMMISSION THEY RECEIVE. I replied that a 40% increase from one week/salesperson to another week/salesperson makes a poor impression. Let the childish games begin! Realizing that she was not going to make a sale, Natasha became defensive and started saying NO to every one of my questions. Can you let me know which stone is priced in the 20's? NO. Can you let me know which stone is priced in the 30's? NO. Can you flag the stones that are priced in the $80's? NO. Will you walk me through the stone in your showroom? NO. Can you identify the names of the unlabeled stone in your showroom? NO. I asked every question a second time, and got the same--NO. I really didn't appreciate the childish games of Natasha at Milestone Granite. In disbelief with my unprofessional treatment by Natasha, I pushed the record button on my phone which made a small beep. I asked the questions a third time with a much different response. Natasha immediately became the perfect employee. She answered all my previous questions perfectly, politely, and professionally while my phone was quietly recording. Once again, I didn't appreciate the Natasha's childish games. Upon receiving my information and picking out a stone with my designer, I politely thanked her for her time, and left the store. Neither Natasha or I spoke of the phone recording. While I was prepared to 'sign' with checkbook in hand when I walked in the store; obviously, I didn't sign after my overall unprofessional experience with Natasha. I contacted manager Marina requesting a quote (her prices are 40% less!), and she failed to provide a quote. I made my request a second time, and once again failed to receive a quote at any price. I quickly moved on to find an honest fabricator from a list provided by Daltile. After all, fabricators are a dime a dozen. I would recommend doing business with Milestone Granite ONLY if you or your client are willing to pay the 40% commission.

Don't use this company, they are totally incompetent. I had purchased the perfect remnant from them and a couple of months later when my contractor was ready to pick it I find out that my remnant was sold to someone else. The idiot salesman obviously had no idea what he was doing so I had to start from scratch in order to complete my project. You'll be very sorry if you use this awful company. I went with Cornerstone Granite instead and so should you!
