Middle TN Granite has done our countertops in kitchen , bathrooms now twice over the years ... They even did our laundry room and butler pantry this time. They did an absolutely awesome job every time. Their customer service is excellent, friendly , always on time, and so easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

I’ve wanted to upgrade my kitchen island for years, which turned into a complicated ordeal but not with Middle Tennessee Granite. They had a great selection. Came on time. Cleaned everything up. And the granite is gorgeous. The appliances in this picture are not installed yet but you can see the island well. Very pleased.

Wonderful experience. Worked with Anna - she was the best. Constantly in contact and easy to reach when I had questions. Great selection of slabs and they work directly and quickly with many distributors in the area. Price was reasonable. Installation was effortless. They showed up when they said they were going to, installed and cleaned up after themselves. So glad I found this place!

Thank you for nothing Middle Tennessee Granite. The back and forth with your company has cost me several additional weeks without counters in a remolded kitchen. Not that it should matter, but I was buying an extremely expensive countertop material (Dekton) and should have been dealing with professionals. I will ensure that Cosentinos (supplier) and Dekton are made aware of Middle Tennessee Granite's incompetence. I only wish I could write a review on their site about talking with 3 different people at your company and getting 3 different answers for what you can and cannot do only to be given the phone number of "the boss" for clarification who failed to answer the phone or respond to a voice or text message. As unprofessional at that sounds, the person answering the phone, Ms. Elsa Guevara, should be avoided at all cost, she is probably the most incompetent person at the company who told me she is "feeling too much pressure talking with me" while I was merely asking tough questions such as "how do I pay", "how much is the down payment" and "can you update the quote" To everyone, take your business elsewhere. ​Martin Sidor
