Beware! No contracts given. Improper and unprofessional installation of an Exotic level of quartzite, purchased at Francini’s. They did damage to other appliances in my kitchen as well. My sink is held up by a 2x4. The overhang standard is 1 1/2 inches, my overhang was different on every piece of stone.

Made two appointments for estimates, they didn't show for either one of them, then made another appointment, they showed up, took measurements, and never heard a word. No estimated given. I used them a couple of years ago and the did a good job on a renovation project. But today, not so much.

Absolutely wonderful people to work with! Did my very large kitchen and I really couldn’t love it more. Albert and Steffanie were perfect professionals. I saved about $2,000 off other local companies and all work is done locally. Save yourself some money but you’ll have to get over needing a fancy office as you won’t find one here.

I really can't say enough good things about this company! The office girls were very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. The install was completed in a very quick and timely manner. The team did an amazing job in our tight space. They left us the sink cut out which we brought back later to have cut down to top a small cabinet we added afterwards and they did that for us at no charge. Who does that now a days?? I highly recommend this business!!

Have used Larenzo and his crew for over 10 years at my personal homes and investment properties. Best price in town and the quickest. Highly recommend them for any of your projects

Pros: Best price, by 600 dollars. They also had the granite slab we liked the best. They appear to be the only place in Wilmington that has granite on-site, and also installs it. There was a guy out by the airport that had granite on-site as well, but he just told me he wouldn't be close to their price, and we didn't really like anything he had on-hand. Cons: From my experience, the entire company is Mexican. There were many calls to the owner, who I never spoke with. The person who came out to do the template (what they use to cut the granite), ignored the cut out I had made for the sink. He only paid attention to the outside boarders of the countertops, so whoever cut the granite, just put the sink where they wanted to. "This is how we always do it", is the only explanation we received. This was a very big deal, because when they came to install, the sink cutout did not match up. Long story short, it cost me hundreds of dollars, and three extra days to get my sink in, and it would have taken the installers about 3 minutes to avoid the problem in the first place. (The faucet cutout was partially ontop of a 2x4, that I could not access between the sink and the back wall). My other option would have been to have them redo the whole thing, but then I would have to sacrifice the slab that we loved, the very reason we picked them in the first place. So I just had to solve the issue myself, and deal with the sink not being where I want it, for as long as I live here. I would recommend Mid-Atlantic if you speak fluent Spanish, AND if you have a very straight forward job. If you have require any alterations, or need to speak with someone as you go, I would not recommend Mid-Atlantic. Being able to have a conversation with the people working on your home is something I under-valued. Lesson learned. And yes, I agree with all of you shaking your heads at me...you get what you pay for! One more thing, and this goes for every granite countertop company...ask for the 'out the door' price. They all nickel and dime you....sink cut-out, dish washer bracket, removal of the old countertops, hooking up the sink, faucet, rounding the edges and corners....the base price is only 70% of the actual bill. Every time they say, 'oh, yes, we can do that', what they mean is, 'oh great, we can bill you for that'.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. So responsive and easy to communicate with. So painless. So well priced. No bogus add-on fees or charges. Good selection. After 6 weeks of spinning our wheels with Lowe's we bailed on Lowe's and came to Mid Atlantic. Mid Atlantic did the job within 10 days and for about half the cost. We noticed a scratch a few days later. They came right back and buffed it out free of charge - no questions asked. We are very happy with the result and we feel good about what we spent.

Bought countertops for Kitchen counters and they did a great job. Came back and had them make a double sink for my bathroom in marble. Again, great job and most reasonable prices.

We're Happy. From start to finish, no complaints. We were doing a DIY replacement of two bathrooms vanities and needed some flexibility between placing the order and the eventual installation, Mid-Atlantic was flexible with our schedule. The process was smooth, the initial estimate before we ripped out the old vanities was done and very cost reasonable. Once we had the old vanities out of both bathrooms, Mid-Atlantic came back out to fine tune the measurements and got us scheduled for the install ASAP. Before the install, Mid-Atlantic called to tell me the actual cost would be lower (based on final measurements), nice touch. -The Install - Perfectly performed by a professional crew of three gentlemen. These guys came in, laid out floor covers and went to work on both bathrooms in such a coordinated fashion that you know they've done this a few times. Quartz counters and sinks installed in just over an hour, no collateral damage to walls or cabinets, and then cleaned up after themselves. We've had work performed in the house before, these guy's were the best, just focused on doing the job and doing it right We're happy with Mid-Atlantic , easily recommendable.

What a find! Shopped all around for fine quality granite and discovered this two brother owned company. Great selection, price and excellent installation. Our kitchen counters look awesome... special thanks to Isaac who helped us through the entire process.

I am not a "revenge" reviewer. I never review actually. But I would like to confirm with the other reviewers to stay away!!!! They sold me "quartz" which I found out later was not quartz. it is more like granite expect when broken the internals show it is super porous and more like brick. Because of the porousness it absorbs EVERYTHING and stains the countertops. They promise to come out and reseal (which shows a lack of knowledge because real quartz has resin throughout and doesn't get sealed) AND they said they would fix the stains which occured from the very beginning. I have taken them to small claims court...without an attorney. Big mistake. They have one that will win everytime and they know it so they have no accountability to make things right....and they know it. I will appeal again just on principle. If anyone knows a pro bono attorney that likes justice please email me below. Besides this matter, the people that cut the countertop measured wrong for the sink and had to cut my cabinet to make it fit. They are not craftsman and do not speak English. They had a young 20 yr old in charge and he was the translator which made it very confusing to work with them on what to do. I wouln't have cared if they were skilled and knowledgeable, but they weren't. I am going to report them to1. better business bureau 2. chamber of commerce locally 3. report for an investigation for undocumented workers and 4 report for investigation into tax evasion since they discount for cash and barter that you don't get a receipt for cash... which you would need in a court case and 5. blast social media with my experience. I might not have won in court but there are other ways unless they decide to reach out to me and make things right. So I am left with a stained counter, no recourse unless I want to spend alot on attorney fees. I had spoken to other granite companies and they don't even know what the material I purchased was. one believed it was a piece that was stained with veins to color it which makes sense since it is so porous. I will be standing in front of their business on market to let others know that they are crocks. Very sad. If anyone wants pictures or proof you can email me at speedmama24@gmail.com. I don't want any more locals get such poor experiences.

We hired them to put in quartz countertop, paid an additional fee for tear out , which wasn't explained in detail to me that they would undo the plumbing but the additional fee didn't include reinstating the plumbing. Once I called the office to see if they would have a resolution in regards to my current situation, they were rude and dismissive. The customer service is horrible. I will not recommend them to anyone!

I have been dealing with Midatlantic for several years. Up until the last few years, I would have written a decent review for them. However, the last few orders have been problems, the attitudes of the people are complacent and the level of customer courtesy and professionalism is completely lacking. There are plenty of other granite companies that want your business, MidAtlantic acts like they could care less about you, your business or whether you work with them or not. I will go elsewhere in the future and would suggest you do the same.

Absolutely terrible. Original installation left a drawer completely out of the kitchen cabinets, broke the range display, left the dishwasher severely unleveled, and pieced together the quartz for one bathroom. THEN, because the dishwasher was moved with no care, the water line was broken and leaked for two weeks (it's an unrented vacation condo), causing extensive water damage not just to our condo but the two below us as well. Once discovered, Mid-Atlantic refused to provide insurance information for over two weeks then refused to respond to his insurance company after daily phone calls and two letters from the claims agent. When we confronted him in his store he said the pics below were not damage and showed us a chip in his tile floor that he defines as damage. We are now like going to be forced to pursue legal action to avoid being held personally responsible by other condo owners. I understand that accidents happen, but refusing to respond and shirking responsibility is unacceptable. I'd be more than happy to provide additional pictures and supporting documentation of this mess (as well as the very poor workmanship) for anyone considering using this company! BEWARE!!!

The granite is well done, BUT what they don't tell you is that supports for a breakfast bar are NOT included. Would you want this in view of your dining area? I was told they are "temporary; that I need to find my own. NOT what I consider professional. They did mention metal braces, but Didn't show them to me & explain how they would be installed. I thought they would be like these temporary ones; external, & didn't want that. Actually, they are attached to the cabinets, horizontally, & don't show... but now, it is too late for that, for me.

Horrible experience! I've never in my life written a poor review but I can't help but want to warn people about this place. We waited 9 weeks (9 weeks!) to get our granite put in and then they cut our granite wrong and wanted us to pay for their mistake. It ended up not being installed right and the owner pretty much said sorry but that's that. It was a huge stress in our moving and we feel we were treated horribly. We are reporting this company to the BBB. Do yourself a favor and use another granite company! I've told all of my high end interior design friends what happen and they were shocked by the level of service.
