They are the best! After spending over 6 hours at Home Depot and not even getting a design, I went to Metro Cabinets and had quite the opposite experience. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and patient. The best customer service!! Love my cabinets and the price was cheapest around. They measured and created design in no time. I received the stock cabinets I wanted in a week and my countertop in a few days! You won’t be disappointed!

I spoke with Jane about getting cabinets Lee came out to do the renderings and I had a problem with the contractor. I went back to Jane two yrs later and Lee came out to remeasure my kitchen. He was very rude and “ told me it’s not worth his time to measure I was suppose to demo. He then called Jane and speaks in his native language With an angry tone. “ I told him to leave my home .. I’m not spending money and having someone speak to me in that tone in my house”! He walked out and slammed the door. I would NEVER waste my time or money with Metro .. the customer service was horrible, extremely ignorant!!

I was skeptical at first because the price was cheaper than their neighboring competitors but wow the quality of the cabinets and stone are amazing. They were very punctual and quick. Delivery was within days! Not weeks like the other ones. They answered all my questions and gave me advice (thank you). Definitely 5+ stars. extremely happy consumers.

FOLLOW-UP THREE YEARS LATER - REMOVE 1 STAR FOR LONG TERM DURABILITY AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE So we've had the cabinets and counter top for 3 years and while they're ok, the cabinets have chipped in quite a few places - some within a week after install - and the counter chipped as well. The company offered to fix the stone for $150 per chip and would not help at all with the cabinets. Also, as it turns out with the design, the cabinet layout around the stove did not take into account that doors open and hit the hood and basic things that the designer should have mentioned during design. ORIGINAL REVIEW Excellent prices and good service. Final kitchen and counter came out very well. They installed too for an extra fee which was very reasonable. A place definitely worth considering if you're doing a new kitchen.

I remodeled my kitchen using cabinets and the countertop from Metro Cabinets! I would definitely recommend them. The service was fast and very professional and at a great price. Jane answers all your questions and trys to help you design your place as best as possible to please the client. They absolutley meet my expectations! I love my cabinets and countertop!
