Likely the most unprofessional salesperson I've ever spoken with. Completely un-helpful. He sounded appalled by me, a local General Contractor, asking about their product; because "We only sell to the big builders". I didn't even get his name as all he offered up when answering the phone was a "hello", with the 'why are you bugging me' tone/attitude.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with in terms of the quality of their product, installation and payment. Essentially, everything. I originally hired them in August of 2017 to install formica countertops in my subdivision standard house. Nothing extravagant. The entire countertop with install was a few thousand. I paid a $1000.00 up front and the rest after installation. It took 7 weeks for them to install. A little lengthy but I was continually told, "production", "production", "the warehouse is delivering it", "everything takes a long time"... Okay, no one else when I collected quotes took this long, no one. The day of install arrives. My countertops are intstalled but a section around the island buckles and cracks. I catch it the next day. I call my salesperson and ask, Hey can I get this fixed? Sure. I call again and again and nothing. They call me and ask about payment, I explain I need this countertop repaired. Our agreement was I paid for a complete job, this is not complete. I call 8 times over a 6 month period and no one calls me back. I get a phone call from a collection agency. Mesa Fully Formed sent me to collections but wouldn't repair my countertop. I would not pay the collection agency. It is now April of 2018 and they have finally repaired my countertop. Stay far, far away from this company. I can tell you the Countertop Center is leagues beyond and I got countertops in 10 days....don't make the mistake I made. You will seriously regret it.

Unprofessional company and employ. Needed some work done on a cultured marble counter in a new build so had no choice, was given this company by the homebuilder. They don't contact you the day prior, no contact when they will arrive that day. They just leave a hanger on your door saying to call them to reschedule. When an employ arrived, he heavily smelled like smoke and showed no interest to perform a repair. I showed him the other counters to see if he noticed damage, which their was, he glanced at them and said all good. Was here for 2 minutes.

This company is absolutely atrocious. They were contracted by my builder to do all the counters in my house. They installed all of them incorrectly. Before we even moved in they didn’t seal the counter top correctly in the kitchen, and they had to come out and redo their work. Now 5 months later the counter in the bathroom is warped and pulling apart, due to their faulty install which was allowing water into the seams whenever we used the sink. They are now not warranting their faulty work because I quote “You can’t get your bathroom counter top wet or it could do this.” So I’m being told by this company that makes bathroom counters, that you can’t get them wet? This house is less then 5 months old. And to say you can’t get a bathroom counter wet is completely ignorant.

We have a double shower in our master bathroom. The base near the draw developed a crack. After trying to get plumbers to fix it and getting nowhere, I finally discovered Mesa Fully Forms. They were WONDERFUL! Moe came out and took measurements for the new walls and base of the shower. Due to the company being busy, it took a while to get the new walls and flooring made. The entire old shower needed taken out and the new one installed. I also wanted to save the triple wide shower door as we had just replaced it last year. Moe and Steve did the teardown, Skeeter and his brother did the install and Moe came back and installed the shower door. Mesa Fully Formed did an excellent job and I can't thank them enough for the beautiful shower. They are true professionals!

From my first encounter with the salesman Robert to going in to finalize my order to the installer Santos everything was absolutely amazing. The customization of my countertops was explained in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. The installer installed the countertops and went beyond to make them absolutely perfect. I could not be happier.

Although they did a great job on our kitchen counter tops. We were supposed to use our remaining granite slab to do our bathroom counter tops but they never got done. The granite slab got broken and that meant we had to go look at replacement options. I have a crazy medical condition and I wasn't doing well physically. So my health was holding up the job. It takes a lot to drive across town and walk around the huge warehouse where the granite is sold. I had young kids at the time and survival was top priority. But we had already paid a $500 deposit and now had a huge credit for replacing the granite slab. We wanted to get the work done- it was just a very hard time. Then we had a death in the family. The family member who passed away happened to be the person who had put the deposit on their credit card for us. We attempted to arrange for a refund but it couldn't go back on the card & with the slab replacement it got complicated. I got very unwell and was fully disabled. Our whole world was turned upside down and so our bathroom remodel was not important. I tried working it out with Mesa Fully Formed and thought they were going to make it right. But the last time I spoke to them they told me their records showed the work was done, 2 bathroom counter tops and I think they said they also did our fireplace mantle. The job was reported to them as completed on the original date. I explained to them that none of the work was done and that their guys had also taken our sinks. They said the guy who was in charge of our job was no longer with the company and so they were going to investigate the situation. It seemed pretty simple to me- just send someone to look at my 1970's bathrooms and you'll know they didn't install new countertops. But no one ever came to see. They had said they would try to locate the sinks and the information about the granite slab situation (the slab was $28 per square foot and it was a full slab). But then they didn't call me back. I've never stopped being sick since then. And the disorder that causes me to be sick all the time turns out is genetic so my kids have it too and are now unwell teenagers. The bathroom remodel has been low on our priority list. Until now- we had a pipe leak last week - so as I'm typing this the mitigation company is finishing up demolition of both bathrooms. We now have to do the remodel. It would be great if Mesa Fully Formed would refund us the deposit, cost of the slab and the sinks since it's fairly easy to prove we never got the job done. I will say I LOVE my kitchen counter tops that they installed (thru a general contractor).

MFF installed over $9,000 kitchen countertops a few years ago. Just discovered problem with initial installation. Corner of island countertop is not flush with cabinet top and deflects under pressure, risking breakage. MFF refuses to correct their error.
