We used Choice Granite to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms. We worked with Annie who is an absolute pleasure to deal with, she is very responsive and knowledgeable. Robert and his team did the installation and they were very accommodating to our schedule and fast timeline. We looked at several different companies and picked Granite because of their customer service and price. When they give you a quote they stick with it 100%, no hidden charges down the road. Also, I appreciated that their team could do almost all parts of the remodel, including things like installing new tubs and gas lines for the oven, etc. so I didn't have to deal with several contractors. For minor issues after the job was completed they've been very responsive. Would highly recommend them.

I'm pretty sure a few words of a Yelp review will not be enough to convey how happy I am that I found these guys. From the beginning, Annie took the extra moment to really hear what I was trying to do with my kitchen. And then Robert and his crew showed up to do the work, and I could not be happier with the result. As others have said - on time, on budget (reasonable for sure), great attitude, respect and care for my home, and wow amazing craftsmanship with the huge piece of quartzite I chose for my countertops. There were a few places where they could've taken the easy way, which would've been fine and totally expected, yet they took the extra steps to make my counter tops amazing. Twelve stars. I've done some major remodels in recent years. Unfortunately, 'you get what you pay for' doesn't apply to highly skilled jobs such as countertop installation. Robert and his crew did such a spectacular job that I feel I got something that I didn't quite pay for. His price was very reasonable and I didn't have to pay extra for the very dense and heavy quartzite like the other bids I received. After taking the measurements, Robert picked up the stones from the yard and took them to his fabrication facility. They installed the main kitchen counter, guest kitchen, laundry counters, 2 bath counters, and the bar in 3 days. For the big 11 ft x 6 ft island, 6 strong guys handled it with care. Nothing was broken and everything turned out better than expected. I needed an extra hole for a sink and some minor polishing. Roberto sent his main guy back promptly the next day. I didn't have to nudge him. Many aspects of this big remodel was not smooth sailing, to say the least. However, Robert and his crew was definitely a very bright spot. It was the most enjoyable part of the project. My wife and I are grateful. Bravo, Roberto!

Of all the contractors we worked with on our house remodel, the team at Mega Granite And Marble were some of the nicest, most professional, most skilled, and just all around pleasant to work with. Annie is incredibly responsive and approachable. Robert is a skilled craftsman and he is also knowledgeable and kind. Their crew are all the same -- just good vibes all around. Mega Granite And Marble fabricated and installed our marble countertops for our kitchen and they even made us a beautiful built in sink out of the same stone. We LOVE it! Annie quickly responded to us after we initially reached out and got us an estimate quickly and at a very fair price. The lead time for fabrication and install was very reasonable. MY HOUSE LOOK FABULOUS. I am incredibly happy to have found Annie's team to do my kitchen & bathroom counters!!! The pricing is very fair and on par with similar competing quotes that I had from other companies. After researching and looking at nearly alllll the countertop companies in LA, Mega Granite gained my trust not only because of their transparency, but I could get the sense that they were experienced enough to do the job well. Annie is also super responsive and communication is clear from beginning to end which made them a breeze to work with! Actual demo & installing took 1 week and everything went so smooth. Annie stopped by after the demo was done just to re-take and confirm measurements. This team is so meticulous and I can tell that they just want to get the job done perfectly. The contractors that came in were great as well- they are courteous and efficient, and made sure to lay out paper around the work area and vacuum up large pieces so clean up after is minimal. The kitchen counter piece is extremely heavy (over 1k lbs) and 2 of the guys worked hard to move it up the stairs to my apartment seamlessly. We definitely made sure to tip them after for their hard work as they did an incredible job! What is normally a stressful process of renovating a home was made an ez one with Mega Granite. I highly recommend them!

Mega Granite and Marble just finished their third project for me in the past 4 or 5 years. Obviously I wouldn't have used them again a second time, let alone a third, if I hadn't been happy with their work. But once again, they came through for me, big time. They replaced my shower tile surround, put in a new valve and fixtures, and replaced the old framed shower door with a frameless one (plus installed a new over-the-counter microwave and re-sealed the granite kitchen countertop they installed last year). The crew was always on time. They all cared about their work, knew what they were doing, wore protective equipment, and kept my worksite clean. They were all courteous and friendly, and asked questions to make sure that everything was just the way I wanted. Everyone was great, but special shout-outs go to Annie for keeping me informed on the schedule, to Robert the master tile installer, and to Chris, head plumber and problem solver. I don't plan any more projects for them (though you never know!), but I recommend them whole-heartedly to anybody reading this review.

I'm very happy with my experience here. There was plenty of parking either at meters or side streets. I set up a time to meet and the service that was provided was excellent. I was looking for a small slab of countertop to match some floor tile I picked out at Home Depot for my guest bathroom. I went to several stores including Home Depot, Lowes, and a couple of others in North Hollywood and either they had a horrible selection, or they wouldn't let me use them (Home Depot) unless I ordered a bigger piece than what I needed. Also, Home Depot wouldn't let me order unless I would let them install and I already had an installer, so either way Home Depot wasn't an option. The nice lady who helped me gave me a recommendation based on the color of the tile that I was reluctant at first to use, but I went with her expertise. Now that it is installed it looks wonderful and matches the tile perfectly. I also thought the pricing was fair. I guess if there is any negative, it's that I had to send my contractor all the way to Rosemead to their warehouse to pick it up and I was hoping either that the warehouse was closer or that they would delivery, but the end result and the service deserve recognition. I would have scored 4 1/2 stars based on this paragraph, but since Yelp doesn't allow 1/2 stars, I'll let them have a 5, some of which was also due to the fact that the competitors were horrible or didn't offer what I needed at a reasonable price :-).

You've heard the old adage--Fast, Cheap or Good. Pick Two... If you go with Annie at Mega Granite, you can get all three. She's incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, a good advisor without being pushy and listens to what you are trying to accomplish. She met me on her day off to look at samples and was patient while I picked the perfect marble. Be aware, they are so precise in their methods that they insist on doing the demolition before they measure. It works out very well for them and is worth the inconvenience. A quick turn around--even for custom makes it painless.

Mega Wonderful! I am so happy with the results of my kitchen upgrade. I source three business, and got estimates. They were similar, but Mega was first to respond. I visited their showroom, and found they had the product I wanted, they also had Annie. She is very knowledgeable of materials, and helped me through my decisions. Mega was right on schedule, from demolition to installation. I felt so bad given my supplier of a sink failed me and that delay was just a bump in their schedule. Yes!! indeed, it is woohoo, as good as it gets. We initially went to Home Depot. We met the designer at Home Depot. She quoted us for $500 tear down. She did not explain about tear down process. She asked question if we want them to remove the counter top. We said yes and we thought "tear down" includes removing appliances. I followed up with Home Depot outside vendor about tear down process. They do not remove appliances. They only remove counter top and we have to remove appliances before they take counter top away. I have no help to remove these appliances. I immediately cancelled the order. I went online and found Mega Granite. My first question to Annie was "do you remove appliances? She said yes and we also install new appliances. Thank God!! She also provided me with new hinges at no cost. I am very pleased with the product, quality and service. Her team worked hard to deliver excellent service. Mega Granite deserves two thumbs up. I highly recommend Mega Granite. Two thumbs down to Home Depot.

Great place! I am so glad I found this spot...and true to the reviews I saw before going in, Annie is amazing! They were able to give me a very competitive quote and speedy turn around. (It took under a week - from looking at samples to the completed installation) The workmanship was very professional and my new counter looks great. What I liked most was the honesty - we had over measured but Annie found a way to cut down on material and give me substantial savings in the process. This is the second time that we've used Mega. This will be a long review, but bottom line, they are AWESOME!! We first hired Mega to redo our kitchen countertops, new sink and backsplash, and a tile wall behind our stove. We LOVE white subway tile w/bright white grout and used that for the backsplash. We choose concrete color ceasarstone (quartz) as the countertop. The work was top notch and price was amazing. Now, after that, we then decided to pull the trigger to demo our existing bathroom and linen closet that abutted it in order to create TWO brand new bathrooms in our previous 1 bath place. Here's the basics: You call Annie and go by her shop to select stone,etc. If she does not have what you've found elsewhere, she will find it for you. It may be from another vendor or stone maker, but it will basically be the same product (this happened with our white tile porcelain/quartz floors). Robert will also come and give you a bid. Once you give the go ahead, the crew shows up. In our case this was Chris (main guy), Ruben and Roberto. Chris and Ruben gutted the whole area to the studs and added plumbing, built a new wall, raised our ceiling, closed a wall, installed new tubs, sinks, vanity, installed our fancy (& kind of hard to install) toilets, and basically created two entire new bathrooms. We are beyond thrilled!!! Robert will come meet with the city inspector if you pulled a permit and we passed each time. There were minor corrections (which is par for the course w/any city) but they were so minor and we got our final permit with no issues at all. Exhaust fans were installed as well. Roberto does the subway tile work and it is AMAZING!! I've actually had 2 other vendors (unrelated to the bathroom) ask for his number. Bottom line, we received top quality work at an AMAZING price and the guys that come to the house each day are wonderful, nice guys and very hard workers! Annie will check in with you each day about the next day's schedule or the schedule for the week. She was also very good at expediting any issues that came up. We selected all our fixtures via amazon or home depot or wherever we found what we liked (faucets, tubs, sinks and toilets) and they installed them. Even when some of my sink connections did not work on the sinks that I loved and ordered, Chris made things to make them work perfectly. I bidded our new bathrooms out to 2 other companies and their prices did not come close to Mega. I also had the great experience with them since they already did our kitchen counters. I highly recommend Mega and its team. You will get top quality work at an Amazing price!! Happy remodeling!!

My husband and I recently decided that it was time to remodel our rental condo's kitchen. We think the kitchen hasn't been remodeled in over 30 years, so it was definitely time for an upgrade. After looking at many different vendors, we decided to work with Choice Granite Hollywood. Below is a bit about our experience. Free quote experience -- There were a few vendors who charged for quotes. Choice Granite was able to provide a free quote when I emailed a photo of our current kitchen with rough dimensions. We also included a photo (found on internet) of what we wanted our kitchen to become. Choice showed their level of experience as they were able to take our photos along with some simple measurements and generated a quote that was indeed very accurate. Shop selection, colors -- Their selection in store was quite large. They had tons of samples to make it easy to mix and match styles, stains, counter tops. We did not know if we wanted granite or quartz counter tops, so Annie gave us the pros and cons of using each material. With Annie's help, we were able to settle on a very modern Shaker style cabinet in espresso with a quartz counter top. Communication with Annie Robert -- My husband and I have worked with more than our fair share of vendors over the years and we find quick communication is the biggest key to a successful job. Communicating with Annie and Robert was a piece of cake as they were always available via voice, text, or email. During our remodel, they found an issue with our overhead oven vent and that we would probably need a new one. Not only did they quickly communicate it, Robert went out of his way to find alternative units for us to purchase. With other vendors, this could have taken days to resolve, but with Choice Granite, we knew the issue, the measurements for a new one, and with one Amazon purchase, it was all solved. Schedule -- Choice Granite also worked very well within our schedule. They were able to work around our busy schedule to get the keys and begin work. They kept to their original estimate and finished the project in the time they said they would. As many people might know, what seems like a simple project can always balloon out of proportion, setting the schedule back many days. This was not the case with Choice, even with our small vent issue, they were still able to finish when they said they would. Workmanship -- Soft close drawers! The cabinets and countertops look great! Need I say more? Their attention to detail as to prevent any chips or scratches was superb. They were very careful not to damage any existing drywall or tile in the kitchen and made sure to cover the walkways within in the condo to prevent any stains. You can tell they take pride in their work and it shows off nicely (especially to perspective tenants!) Price -- We shopped around. Very, very competitive pricing. We have already referred a couple of our friends to Choice Granite for their homes would highly recommend landlords work with Choice Granite. Thanks Annie and Robert!

After years of thinking about remodeling my kitchen I finally pulled the trigger and went with Choice Granite. This wasn't your typical countertops and backsplash job, I'm talking taking down a wall kind of remodel. My kitchen is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire Choice Granite! Beginning with Annie, who walked me through the tile and counter selections and made sure I stayed away from any and all bad taste decisions. After receiving what I thought were outrageously high estimates from several contractors I found on Angie's List, I did a trusted Yelp search to get a few more quotes from qualified companies. Choice Granite was one of about six or seven companies I contacted, and I'm so glad I got in touch with them. Annie was attentive and friendly from the first call until the completion of the project. Her team knew that we only had one bathroom in our home and to remodel it would cause a huge inconvenience for my family. Annie and Robert let us know they could complete the job in 5-7 days causing minimal disruption and they kept to their word and completed the job in six days! The work they did to the bathroom is solid, it looks beautiful and their prices are way under what other companies quoted me. Really happy with the work Choice Granite did for us and I would recommend anyone getting a remodel job done to at least get a quote from them and compare to other companies.

I was looking to upgrade my kitchen countertops and backsplash so I spent a lot of time researching different companies and prices. After all my research, I chose Choice Granite Hollywood and was definitely not disappointed. They are definitely the epitome of a true professional company that puts its clients first. While I was doing my research, I spoke to a lot of different companies and received a ton of different estimates. Some other companies provided an estimate and then later tried to charge me more for plywood, thin set etc. which should have been included in the original estimate. Other companies told me later on that I would not be able to choose the specific granite I wanted. When I finally spoke to Annie from Choice Granite Hollywood who was amazing, I knew I had found the company I wanted to work with. She provided me with an estimate within 30 minutes that included everything I wanted with no hidden costs. She spent time explaining to me the different options I had and was never pushy. What exceeded my expectations was Annie's patience. It was obvious to me that Annie was not interested in just making a quick buck. I could feel that her number 1 priority was making sure I was 100% satisfied with my decision and with the product I was getting. She picked up the phone every time I called and responded to all my emails within 30 minutes. You would not get this level of service at any of the big box stores. She sent us to a granite yard where we were able to select 2 slabs of beautiful granite. The crew did an amazing job during the demolition and the installation process. Special mention goes to Robert who paid so much attention to detail installing our kitchen backsplash and did such a great job. After the installation, Annie made it a point to make sure the whole house was clean, there was no damage and that I was 100% satisfied. Most importantly, the pricing for demo, granite, installation, etc. was less than the estimates I received from other companies. There is a reason Choice Granite has such great reviews on Yelp. We recently remodeled our kitchen and hired Choice Granite of Hollywood to install our granite countertops. It was an all around excellent experience. Annie was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, had good ideas to contribute, and offered amazing customer service. The installers forgot a piece of backsplash and to secure the dishwasher (not a big deal at all). Annie got them back with a smile and all was made right. Oh yes and the price was about half of what H Depot quoted me. My wife and I couldn't be happier.
