I had a very positive experience with this family-owned, local company. Andrea was a pleasure to work with and I felt throughout the process that they were deeply invested in making sure the customer is happy with the result, nomatter how many twists and turns of decision-making that entails. The installers were also friendly and efficient. The finished product is slick and clean-looking (note: pics below show gorgeous solid surface counters; ignore the wacky wall colors, as both rooms are still in progress). Tile-setters from a contracted company also did a beautiful job of the tile backsplash. They accidentally scratched the countertops with the tiles, and McKenzie kindly sent some reps in to buff out the scratches for free, which I appreciated. The only thing to be aware of is that their showroom boasts a larger selection of countertops and stone than tile; they do have several major suppliers and access to samples, which they can order for you. But it's worth knowing that they seem to really specialize in stone and solid surface. If they have the tile you want, you couldn't pick a better company to work with.

We had John and Julio come out and install a island countertop for a kitchen remodel, they were fast, friendly and did a great job. Totally recommended them for any countertop install.

When I was ready to order, our sales rep was able to meet our tight timeline and have the tile shipped and delivered to their store within a day; really going above and beyond! True professionals, our sales rep, the gentlemen who templated our quartz counter top, and the install team were all wonderful to work with.
