We found Bel Air Marble and Granite when problems with another company became too much to put up with. Ashley called us back on Monday morning after I put in a request from a distributors website. She had someone at my house quickly to measure, immediately put the material I needed on hold when the other company said it was unavailable, and we had a beautiful countertop within a week and a half. She was always on top of returning calls and messages. The installers were top notch, courteous and made sure they checked in with me on even the smallest detail! AND we saved money over our original company. She also let us know we would need to take care of the plumbing as they only take care of the countertops. We highly recommend them!

The staff is very friendly here and have a wide knowledge of the different types of granite and quartz and other stone. They gave me a wide range of prices for the different colors of granite I wanted so that I could see the difference in price ranges. Marissa is the one who helped me pick out the granite for my kitchen. I had a lot of questions in which she was able to answer and the final product was amazing. I would recommend everyone to go here and make sure you talk to Marissa she will help you out with all your needs

Great customer service. We worked with Jackie in selecting the counter top material and scheduling the installation, which went seamlessly. We didn't go to the showroom but Jackie mailed me several samples of quartz counter top, and we are very happy with what we choose and how it looks.

The final product looks great, but we had quite a few hiccups along the way. Every single time frame window that we were given was missed and not just by a few minutes, but several hours. No one called to let us know they were running late and/or to reschedule. Then, the installers were rude when we said that them showing up 5 hours late was no longer a good time. We also had contracted to have granite around our fire place installed but after being given a price, were then told it was no longer possible. Something didn't really add up there. I will say that Ashley, who I believe is the manager, seems to really strive for high levels of customer service but the issues I encountered seemed to be out of her control.

I don't recommend this business at all. If you have any expectations for professional and reliable work/service, go somewhere else. We hired them to do our Quartzsite countertops in our newly remodeled kitchen. This is a very large kitchen and the tops were not cheap. However, they were significantly cheaper than a very reputable stone countertop company in Owings Mills, who my contractor highly recommended. So I gave them a chance. But they proved after all that you get what you pay for. They messed up the waterfall edge 3 times. They measured incorrectly on 3 pieces of countertops along the wall. They ended up having to order an entirely new slab from the supplier because they messed up so many cuts. And they tried to leave me with seams on the 2 of the tops that were about 1/8" to 3/16". All together they had to come back about 7 times for installs or re-installs. So finally we settled with what was tolerable so we could be done. And good luck getting them to come out when they say they will. We accidentally chipped the edge about 2 weeks ago and they've missed 3 appointments where they were supposed to come out to fix it, which I clearly was expecting to pay for. Bottom line, stay away if you want any quality whatsoever!

Smoke and Mirrors... They talk a good talk, their prices are good and the showroom is nice, but their fabrication is sorely lacking. It turns out most fabricators use lasers for accurate measuring, they create digital templates, then cut everything accurately on a CNC machine. These guys measure with a tape measure, they don't create templates, and then they scratch their heads when nothing fits the way it should... After a failed install, we ended up cutting bait and going else where. I would recommend anyone looking stone countertops to go elsewhere.

I was so excited to start this process and have beautiful new counter tops but, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a company. From the very beginning it was a nightmare, first after reviewing other companies in the area I sent an inquiry on their website. After a week with no response I called and spoke with them and they said that their website wasn't working....ok no problem, I understood. Jacky then sent me an email with the sink options and scheduled the estimator to come and take measurements and that she would send samples with him..... he ended up being 3 hours late and didn't bring any samples. After another 3 days and no quotation, I had to call Jacky again, I then had to go to the showroom to look at samples. Finally scheduled installation, 3 days before they were supposed to come they call and ask to reschedule for the following day. Installation day comes, Jacky calls to confirm....right about the time they are supposed to be showing up at my door she sends me a picture of my broken counter top. She then calls to apologize and that she would call back in 1-2 hrs with the reschedule date........no phone call until the following day. So we are now on rescheduled day #3 and again right about the time they are supposed to be showing up I get another phone call asking if they could reschedule again to the following day and that they could offer me a 100.00 discount.... I informed them that I wanted my deposit refunded and that I would find another company. Thank you Bel Air Marble and Granite for turning what was supposed to be an exciting experience into a horrendous one!

Can't even find the showroom. The sign out front says Bel Air Marble & Granite, but the doors are locked and it's dark inside. Oh wait, there is a dilapidated sign that says showroom is at the main entrance...but where is that? And when I called, no one answered and it went to voicemail. Poorly run...come on guys. Do you even care? FYI: There is another granite store in the same business park.

My clients hired this company to replace the counter tops. The first meeting with the stager they were 3 hours late and did not bring samples . They cut the corners wrong and did not follow simple instructions. It's been a nightmare trying to get the job done. The last appointment they did not show up to recut the marble. Then they missed another appointment. Don't hire these people.
