Markell Designs has performed multiple jobs for us, including indoor and outdoor granite, as well as cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen. They are clean, honest, and passionate about what they do!

Our kitchen remodel is complete with new granite installed on our island and countertops by Markell Designs. They also installed a new Blanco sink and Delta faucet. One slab warehouse we visited provided us with a list of installers. After researching a number of them on the list through online reviews and the registrar of contractors we solicited bids from two installers. Based on our research and pricing estimates we selected Markell Designs. Initially Kelly provided estimates on two types of granite in which we were interested to do the island only. She also suggested checking out Monterrey Tile for granite. After our visit there we found four that we liked and eventually decided on the Patagonia granite shown in the photo. We also decided to replace our countertops as well. Kelly was very flexible in adjusting the estimate as we made changes. The install was done within 14 days after the final estimate was completed. Mark and his crew completed the tear out of the old countertops, sink and faucet on one day and installed everything the next day. Mark was able to do the L-shaped part of the countertop with no seam which really makes it look extra nice. They were very polite and kept everything neat and clean as they worked. We could not be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them. Altogether Mark and Kelly were extremely professional and responsive in meeting our needs. We could not have made a better choice than Markell Designs.
