Dale and his assistant Cecilia were great, knowledgeable and patient. Dale showed us various materials and explained the pros and cons of each. With our rough dimensions, Dale was able to use an application to superimpose the pieces we would need for our kitchen countertops on photos of slabs we selected, helping us make a decision. When the slab that we selected wasn’t available, due to it already being purchased, Dale took us to another yard to select the same material and completed the purchase for us. Dale works with top notch fabrication and installation contractors. In our case, ESQ Stone Surfaces, performed the templating, fabrication and installation. Freddie and his team did a flawless job. We highly recommend Dale /Marble Yard.

We worked with Marble Yard for our kitchen renovation. Weeks after installation the countertop began to chip. Had I known it would happen I would not have picked this material. Then Dale promised to make it right and have a repair man come take care of the chips that were after a few months in several spots. I waited until the timeline he recommended but he didn’t fulfil that promise. My many calls and text messages were ignored. This was the repair that I was going to pay a share of so I’m not sure why we were ghosted. I tried to be understanding and have waited long enough but now need to leave this review.

We have been having a very good experience working with Dale at The Marble Yard. The fabricators for our first two bathrooms have done an excellent job. They work together well and are very respectful of taking care of your property and cleaning up the area when they are finished. Dale seems to be very dedicated to what he does and works very closely with the fabricators to make sure that they are "on the same page" with what has been decided and what he has ordered. We are looking forward to the last of our three bathrooms being completed.

Onyx and Limestone bathroom remodel. Dale's attention-to-detail, creative flair, and expertise led to an amazing bathroom remodel as shown in the pictures. There were some delays in keeping on schedule, but overall well worth the wait. Lots of compliments.

We purchased the granite counters for both of our bath rooms from Dale a couple years ago. Our master bathroom has a very big counter and Dale suggested to use a beautiful green honed granite. Honing gives the granite a flat finish and in the case of a large bathroom counter does not look like a kitchen counter. He also suggested the honed rope for the wall inlay and honed inlays for the floor. It is absolutely stunning. For the second bathroom he showed us a brown/black/rust colored granite which is a piece of art by itself. We get so many compliments on our bathrooms, especially the counter tops and they still look like new. This month we will be remodeling our third bathroom. We won't even waist our time to look anywhere else. We go right back to Dale at the Marble Yard.

Dale and his team are great! The yard is filled with fantastic slabs. You can't even Compare it to other slab yards in Anaheim. He takes time to make sure he finds exactly what you are looking for, for our kitchen we showed him a picture and he was able to get 4 slabs even better than what we had imagined and for our bathrooms even though we are architect couple, he explained why what we had in mind wouldn't be so good, he has great suggestions and ultimately I love what we found. His installer is very good too. 5 star all the way! Thank you Dale!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dale while looking for quartzite stone slabs at a reasonable price. I was in the area looking at other slab yards and decided at the last minute to stop by the Marble Yard without realizing I would need a reservation. Fortunately for me, I ran into Dale in the parking lot as he was packing up to leave. He was kind enough to show me the (large) selection of quartzite. They were all truly beautiful and although it was difficult to decide, I was able to make a decision before leaving (after searching for months!) Even more fortunately for me, or rather my boyfriend, Dale was able to create renderings using my cabinet design and the actual slabs I was purchasing. These renderings looked like actual pictures and made it so easy for my boyfriend to visualize what our kitchen would like. During that time, we ran into an issue with our cabinet company and Dale recommended we use Edgar of Madrigal Cabinets, with whom he has worked with on multiple occasions. Not only was Edgar wonderful, but our cabinets turned out absolutely beautiful. We also worked with Dale's fabricator who was amazing. He even created my sink out of some of the quartzite slab, customizing it even further to incorporate our workstation sink components. Dale gave us the name of our slab sealer, Jorge of Stone Restoration who was willing to come back to seal a small area of the counter top that needed to dry out after someone left water on the yet unsealed countertop. And lastly, Dale also worked with me on marble counter tops for my bathrooms as well as helping me find a beautiful black quartzite to use for my hearth. It wasn't until after working with Dale that I came to find out he, Edgar and Victor all work with such HGTV designers as Jasmine Roth. I can not recommend Dale, Edgar, Victor and Jorge enough. Thanks to them, I truly have the kitchen (and bathrooms and fireplace!) of my dreams.

I am so grateful to The Marble Yard! Dale is absolutely amazing. He was able to guide me and my wife to an amazing piece of stone that has transformed our kitchen. He took the time to really understand our project and to understand us. Not only did he show us what we told him we wanted, he also showed us a few things that his expert brain found for us. We are so glad that we followed his expertise. Dale really loves to make sure that any seams flow and his artistic touch is gold. Run, don't walk to the Marble Yard - Dale is so amazing and honest! I have been searching for a less than full slab of black granite for a small project we are doing. Our go-to guy didn't have anything available, so i started researching on Yelp. Dale and the Marble Yard came up a few times, but I looked at previous questions customers have had and realized the Marble Yard didn't have what I needed, but saw Dale had offered others such as myself to text or call him and he would help referring others. I sent Dale a text with what I was looking for and I was amazed he got back to me shortly. I told him I was looking for a leathered black granite partial slab, which isn't common. He immediately offered a couple of options, found a leathered partial and tagged it for me at another supplier under his business. I checked it out and was what I needed. Asked the company if I could have the contractor we use call and arrange pickup. They said NO! This is for Dale and only he can approve this be sold to another contractor. Clearly I get this as they know Dale and understand he would most likely buy it and sell it marked up to us, which is fair business. I reached out to Dale and asked him if our contractor could work with the slab supplier directly, essentially cutting him out of the deal. We even offered to pay him for his efforts helping us out. Guess what? Dale said no big deal, glad to help you out and I won't accept any payment for a few calls and texts. He is an honest and a good guy as you can find. He has found a place in our go to for future projects! 10 stars, not 5!

Dale at Marble Yard is amazing! He works by appt only so you get great service, as he truly wants to help you find the perfect piece for your project. They happily move slabs around for better lighting and to compare different slabs side by side, plus recommend which slabs will work best with your cabinets/tiles etc to assist in your decision making. I am now confident that with his guidance we have picked the perfect slabs for our kitchen. Plus he has truly beautiful and unique quartzite slabs, yet very reasonably priced. Looking forward to updating this review once we've completed this project with Marble Yard.

He has a vast knowledge of all of the available types of marble as well as what options are available to protect our countertops. He was never in a hurry with us. Start your search here, and you won't need to waste precious time at other Anaheim slab yards. The selection is excellent, both indoors and outside. Pricing is extremely reasonable, and the slabs I liked were much less expensive than the 'big name' showrooms on State College. Plus, Dale meets you in person and is a wealth of knowledge and expertise - he listens, shows you the selection and provides terrific guidance. I wish I had gone here first - it was the best, by far!

I met with Dale Yanda at the marble yard, and he was very very helpful. And he did something that was amazing... He took a photo of the slab of quartzite I was considering, he put that actual photo into his computer along with my kitchen measurements, and did some magic with his software, and I could see how the actual piece of quartzite would be cut for my kitchen. Please see my attached photo. It is the coolest thing ever! Highly recommend!

What a relief to find this gem! I started my kitchen countertop search with a different company that was so unprofessional and then I got on yelp, which led me to Marble Yard. Should have started here. From the first call, Dale was so easy to talk to and so professional. He was upfront with cost and expectations. Next day I had an appointment to look at some stones. The selection of stones was impressive - both the outdoor space and the indoor warehouse. I met with both Dale and Rodrigo (who is such a sweetheart!) and Dale had a stone picked out for me. Although the stone wasn't what I had in mind, Dale explained how it was a better fit for my kitchen than what I had originally wanted. I'm SOOOO glad I took his advice! Before long I had Hugo (the installer) and his partner coming to measure my counter tops and we met again at the warehouse to map it on the quartzite slabs, highlighting the veins and areas I wanted to keep. It was such a fun process -- I loved being about include my input and to watch Dale, the creative genius, at work. Cecelia was available via text to coordinate everything and was so quick to respond to questions. The end result was beautiful! If you are on the hunt, look no further! I would highly recommend Dale and his team to all my friends.

You will not regret choosing Marble Yard. It's been a month since our quartzite countertops were installed and we could not be more pleased with the results. Dale and his team (Cecilia, Freddie, Jorge and Rodrigo) are simply excellent. They have a huge selection of slabs to choose from. His entire team is professional and show care in their work. They are responsive to any questions or concerns. Dale, however, takes the experience to another level. He is truly passionate about his work. He did not try to upsell to marble (which was what we were initially interested in) knowing that our son likes to cook. He came out after the countertops were installed to bring backsplash samples to match even though we went with a different backsplash installer. Btw, we regret not having his team complete our backsplash. We would choose Marble Yard again in a heartbeat!

First time home owners and since we were building small we decided to go big on kitchen material. We originally sought after Super White Quartzite but after going to Marble Yard and meeting Dale it was like fate that we choose this slab. Couldn't be more happier with the finish project. From concept to finish, after sitting down with Dale and learning more about our ideas and color preference although he had Super White available he suggested Bianco Superiore (Quartzite) since it was a beautiful natural stone. We glance at in person, did a double take, visited a few other yards after and decided Dale and his slabs was the right fit for us. He then discuss with his fabricator, and plotted the cut out and manage to fit everything we wanted: countertops, full backsplash, and waterfall island with extra BONUS our vanity top with the extra pieces. No wasted material It was like Tetris how they taped the cut outs and learning about the kitchen slabs and piecing together the book match veinings in the natural stone. In the end we were super pleased with the outcome and couldn't ask anything more. Dale was a pleasure to work with keeping us inform with every step of the way.

This is the best place you will find if your looking for new countertops. They gave a huge inventory, everything is organized. The owner, Dale is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up liking quartzite buying 2 quartzite slabs. Dale scheduled fabrication and the layout. This was a worry free process. When the job was finished, we were able to stay in touch with Dale, they were nice enough to also fabricate additional quartzite slabs for our fireplace and staircase ledge. Who does that nowadays? This business knows how to treat their customers and prices are extremely reasonable.

Working with Dale, Freddy, and Cecilia was a pleasure. Dale was extremely responsive when we first reached out, and he found the perfect two huge quartzite slabs for our kitchen remodel. After a slight communication snafu regarding timing, we got the project rolling. The demo was clean and quick, and Freddy was super professional, accommodating, and easy to work with for the fabrication and installation of the stone for our kitchen counter, island, and pocket bar. We are super happy with how beautifully everything turned out--a complete transformation and a sparkling kitchen! Would definitely recommend the Marble Yard!

We did not ultimately use Marble Yard for our countertop, but I really appreciated Dale's service and wanted to leave a few words here. Dale immediately responded to my text messages and scheduled a time to come give an estimate. He showed up on time and had a detailed estimate with schematics / measurements within an hour (IIRC) of leaving the house. He was full of detailed information when we visited the Marble Yard. He told us about Anti-Etch treatment applied after installation that would give us more peace of mind about our marble, in terms of things not staining and NOT ETCHING. Note that he works closely with his installers, and his reviews reflect the final installed product, not just the slabs.

We met up with Rodrigo and Dale this morning, just to see what types of slabs they had. These guys are just ahhhh-maaaazing!!!! Rodrigo is very knowledgeable about the different types of slabs best used for countertops, showed us a video of how engineered quartz is made, and helped explain the differences between the different materials. We were blown away by his enthusiasm and honesty. Dale is amazing with his eye for beauty and is definitely an interior designer at heart. He explained how the process works, encouraged us to be involved by providing as much information about our dream kitchen and listened!! We aren't starting our total kitchen remodeling until later this year, but I am definitely coming back to these guys!! They truly made the experience fun, exciting and enjoyable!! They are a must if you're thinking of changing out your countertops or need ideas!!! At least check them out. You won't be sorry!!

We decided to enlarge our peninsula and use white quartz, which I love. I didn't think it would be a problem to find a slab, but as its large, it became an issue. I spent hours on the phone looking for the white quartz in correct size. Then I happened upon The Marble Yard & read some reviews..I called Cecelia By now I was panicking as our contractor was about to take out my granite and peninsula & I cannot locate a large piece of quartz. From the moment Cecelia picked up the phone, she was the calming voice I needed to hear and she assured me The Marble Yard can and would help us. Dale met us at the yard the next day and helped us choose the perfect white quartz countertop AND hooked us up with a wonderful fabricator, who cut the quartz. We were also able to coordinate the installation in a timely manner. Both the quartz and the fabrication was reasonable, in line with what the cost should be if buying direct, so we were happy with the price. Our white quartz was installed 2 days ago and we could not be happier. Once I foundThe Marble Yard, Dale and the awesome Cecelia, I knew our project would be perfect and it is. Dale made my kitchen dreams come true! He was patient with me as I searched several sites for just the perfect slab(s). And the installation was perfection. There were several marble veins that needed to line up perfectly, and the result is spectacular. And to top it off, the corona virus shut down happened the week my counter top was to be installed. Look no further for your one stop shop. Purchased the most beautiful porcelain from Dale and he set me up with a fabricator and contractor in order to get our kitchen, bar, and bathroom redone. He also recommended the backsplash (which turned out beautIful. Dale and Cecilia coordinated everything and they were able to get the entire job done in 2 weeks! There was a minor blemish with the job and dale immediately called the fabricator to come out and fix it without question.

The fireplace turned out beautifully! We are so happy with every detail of the process and the end results turned out even better than we had planned! Thank you for such wonderful work. The fireplace is perfect. Even better, they used the unused piece of marble from inside the fireplace to cover an existing end table so now we have a beautiful end table that coordinates with the fireplace! The Marble Yard in Anaheim is the best place to shop for stone slabs. I went to five other yards and most of the slabs were damaged and chipped. The other benefit of The Marble Yard is after you purchased your slab, and specifically choose where you want your template to be placed,any of your left over stone is displayed on a remnant section of their lot, and they give you a check! Be sure to ask for Dale. We bought granite from him at The Marble Yard 12 years ago for our kitchen counters and he is still the best there is in the business!

Dale guided me every step of the way beginning with a visit to my home to see my demolished kitchen, reviewing the marble slabs that would work well in the space, spending countless hours with me going over all the details and the final installation. After Dale and his team did an excellent job with marble in our bathroom 5 years ago, it was only logical to go back to Dale when we wanted to remodel the kitchen in our new home because he carries such a wide selection of quality products. This time we opted for Quartz, and we found these gorgeous Italian quartz slabs that looked 100x better than all the cheap looking Chinese quartz we had seen in other places. This has beautiful veining, depth and detail and looks totally natural. And very price competitive for the huge step up in quality! Dale took great care in working with the fabricators about the layout, making sure we needed the minimum amount of slabs (3) for the maximum effect we wanted especially with double and exposed waterfall edges on our island. This quartz is definitely one of the highlights in our dream kitchen. The pictures say the rest. Exceptional! Dale took me directly to the perfect quartzite slab in the yard for my kitchen after I emailed him a photo. He designed the layout to take best advantage of the veins in the stone & sold me one & 1/2 slabs instead of 2 full slabs that would have wasted material & my money! Dale, his crew of installers and finishers are truly exceptional - the best in the business. I have done two kitchens, a fireplace and 4 bathrooms in 2 separate houses with the Marble Yard and several of our friends have also worked with them - they are the best kept secret in So Cal marble. Dale's design knowledge, color sense and commitment to seeing your project successfully through has been a life saver for me. And if he doesn't have the stone your looking for on his lot, chances are he'll find something even better than you imagined out there. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Dale's patience, eye for detail and knowledge of stone. Thanks again Dale! We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and I saw Dale on HGTV's Hidden Potential with Jasmine Roth. I am a huge fan of the show and I was hoping Dale could help us find counter tops as beautiful as the ones I saw on TV. I was not disappointed! What a great experience! Dale provided suggestions on what would work best with our new design and cabinet color. He thoroughly explained the installation process and answered all my questions. With Dale's help I found the perfect quartz counter tops. They are beautiful!

Oh my gosh, where do I begin? I can't say enough good stuff about our experience at the Marble Yard. What I thought was going to be a quick trip to get ideas with my husband, turned into us picking our materials and hiring Dale within 5 minutes of meeting him. I should preface this by sharing that we live in the area, but are remodeling a home more than 350 miles away, so I really thought this visit was to get ideas and we would pick our materials closer to our project. However, we fell in love with a porcelain slab for our master bath shower walls and a marble for our kitchen counters and Dale reassured us he was the right man for the job. He was helpful in sharing the pros and cons of different materials and introduced us to his fabricator, Freddy, who would also be a part of this project and make the trip up North for the install as well. While Dale may be a TV star on HGTV's Hidden Potential (one of my favorites), he's still humble enough to work with the average homeowner who walks in unannounced, without an appointment (me and my husband). We're so excited Dale will be our designer on this project and are going to be anxiously awaiting the months before it's completed.

I saw Dale on Jasmine Roth's HGTV show "Hidden Potential" where he applied UV activated silicone to marble to permanently prevent etching. Impressive technology! I spoke to Dale and he took the time to explain the entire process to me, and even offered to connect me with an applicator here in NJ. Nice service! Thanks.

We are beyond excited for our Calacatta Alabaster Italian Marble to be installed in a few weeks. A huge thanks to Jasmine Roth from HGTV's Hidden Potential for the reference. We have been trying to decide on a natural look to go with our new kitchen and Dale was so great to work with during our decision process. He came out to our home to talk over details and slab sizing. Within a hour after he stopped by he emailed a detailed quote and design for our countertop lay out. We were so impressed with his experience with the stone and vision for our kitchen. We loved selecting the sections for our seamless counters. Can't wait to see the final product!

My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and were feeling overwhelmed by the whole countertop shopping process. We went to a local countertop place where they were not very friendly and helpful. So we told our friends about the bad customer service experience we had at this other place. Our friends recommended this place and spoke highly of both the service and products they offer, so we decided to give it a shot! Needless to say, we were not disappointed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped by Cecilia, who was super friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike the other place we went to, Cecilia took the time to show us all of our options and enthusiastically educated us on the various types of material that they offer. She asked questions about our project and used our measurements and drawings to help us find the perfect counter top. With the help of Cecilia and the owner Dale, who is also super nice and helpful, my husband were able to find a Quartzite slab that is going to great with our new kitchen cabinets! My husband and I are very grateful for all of their help!

I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen, half bath, and fireplace area. I am also redoing my flooring. Needless to say, it has been so overwhelming. I called the Marble Yard based on the Yelp reviews. Dale picked up my call right away even though he was not at the Anaheim location. He said to ask for Cecilia and she would be able to help me. She was so kind and helpful. I didn't feel rushed and all the staff went above and beyond to help me understand all my options when picking my countertops. I did not meet with Dale yet but walked away so excited with our next step. Cecilia suggested I have Dale come to my house to help me because I was struggling with ALL the decisions I had to make. I called Dale on Wed, met with him at the yard on Thursday and he was out to my house on Friday. Dale came to my house and started guiding me with everything, and I mean everything! For the first time in this process, I was able to take a breath because I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he was so patient with all of my questions and concerns. I suggest if you're looking to start a project like one of mine call Dale first!

Dale is super helpful and having excellent service. He walked me through the marble yard and explain the pros and cons of different stones, and gave me some recommendations of which stone works better with my design of the house. He also responds promptly and shows care with my problem after we purchased the stone from him. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Let me just start by saying if we ever need anything again this will be our first and only stop. We were remodeling our kitchen. We had some older granite that we already had for our kitchen top that we were trying to match. We had been to several places with no luck. As we were getting ready to give up and find a complmentary piece we found this place. From the very first call he was very helpful. Right away he said he had a piece and to send him a picture. Just like that we had our finishing piece. We went out a week later to take a look and we were amazed how HUGE his selection was. He took us right to the peice and it was as perfect of a match as we were going to get. The price was very reasonable. To top it off we didn't even have to take it off the lot. He set us up with a fabricator that would come to our home for measurements, pick it up from the lot and then deliver and place it. The experience was easy and simple.

Dale is the best! We used him 13 years ago and when we needed to redo the kitchen after a slab leak we went straight back to him. They have the best selection of stone including many you just don't see elsewhere. Dale came out and measured our kitchen and said we needed two slabs. Our contractor hired some fabricators who said no way you need to purchase one more. Long story short Dale convinced our contractor his fabricator could do it with two. Not only did Dale's guys do it with two they offered many suggestions and the job was done better than we imagined.
