Great and prompt service! Armik and his crew took over after the company I had initially hired told me, last minute, it would take an extra 2-3 weeks to install due to them not having good slabs (that's after having ordered the slab 2 wks before). I found LA Countertops and was immediately able to go chose a slab, was measured promptly and installed in a few days (not weeks). They really saved us a lot of trouble and delivered as promised. We are very happy with their work and promptness. Would definitely recommend them.

These guys were the best. They had great prices and did same day cutting of the quartz countertop I needed for my bathroom. Super friendly and they had exactly what I needed. It was the best, most straightforward experience I've had while looking for a slab.

Now, when i arrived (nearing the end of the advertised business hours) i was worried that the last task on my to-do list may well not be completed. Where it may not have been a largely time consuming task to complete, the size adjustments required were specific and required specialist machinery. Within 5 minutes of explaining my needs, the boss was beginning to handle it with impressive haste, no hesitation with turning on huge 300,000$ fabrication machines for me and my retail scale needs (it seems clear upon entering the warehouse that they are normally seeing to a larger scale of customer than myself). Reasonable price, great service, will be a repeat customer for sure!

Armik was so amazing to work with. We had picked out a piece of quartzite and when he went to pick it up, he was honest with us and let us know that it was of a poor quality --not many contractors would be that honest! He even helped out with the edge design so the quartzite would have a nicer finish. His crew was polite and precise and showed extra care when cutting the pieces around the farm sink. We would highly recommend his business, not just for the quality of work but for the quality of his customer service! Thanks for a beautiful install Armik and crew!!!

It is an expensive decision to spend money on new counter tops. Once you choose the pattern, the next concern is proper installation. For peace of mind, hire MARBLE & GRANITE Fabrication & Installation to save the day. Professionals, Josh and Abraham, did an incredible job installing our new counters. They were very careful carrying our counter-top pieces, paid attention to detail, and they were focused on doing a perfect job in a timely manner. Josh and Abraham were respectful of our home and very polite. Before leaving, they cleaned their workspace and the floors. This company has a wonderful, broad selection of granite. I was able to pick the perfect one for my kitchen. The installation team was outstanding. In four hours, my countertops created a whole new look. The price for the slab and installation was reasonable. They also installed my new double sink and in-counter blender assembly, and re-installed my range at no extra cost. Perhaps, most of all, the owners and installation team were professional, efficient, and very friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This was my first remodel & I was both anxious & nervous. Armik was responsive, super helpful and explained everything. There was a bit of a hitch with the backsplash, which ended up being resolved beautifully. Armik held off processing final payment until I was 100% satisfied. Demo to install was 7 days & 10 days to backsplash resolution. I would highly recommend this company for service, quality & price. Thank you.

Great company!! Armik took care of us - first class. Installation was scheduled right away, installers showed up on time, very professional installed our countertop right away. We went to their warehouse first and picked the granite slab; however - we were not 100% positive and were still shopping around and did not pay for it right away. After looking at other companies - we decided to go with Marble and Granite Slabs because of the price and variety of slabs available. When we called to order - the slab we selected was already gone. Armik said not to worry - the same day he sent us a picture of another slab (that turned out to be even more beautiful) - same color, name and quality. I definitely recommend them - they have great selection, highly professional and very timely.

Although it was touch and go about the install date, my granite kitchen counter was installed by the date promised; thank you Armik . The counter was installed perfectly, the sink installation and faucet hole was completed professionally and with precision, the installers cleaned up every spec of dust, and the kitchen looks great. I called marble granite slabs and a few other marble installation companies, armik was fast efficient and always picked up or returned my calls with any questions I had. They did a very clean job and the main reason I went with them was there pricing and they beat all the other estimates I had gotten. I'm glad I went with this company and my new kitchen looks beautiful.

As an Architect i have very critical view of static as well as craftsmanship. Marble granite Slabs, impressed me . I called for my kitchen counter top and installation. Armik gave me an estimate that was very reasonable, he send his installer, Jesus (very knowledgeable and competent installer) measurement and to make templet in my home next day! Jesus, arrived right on time, prepared, and got my kitchen counter templet done and left. Next week my counter top and installer crew showed up on time with my countertop fabricated and got my kitchen done in exact estimated time they promised. They have great customer service as well until you are 100% happy with the end result

It was a real pleasure to work with this company. They have better pricing than any other company I found and they took real pride in their work. I am in the middle of a major home remodel and when the installation crew arrived I was so impressed with the pride they had in their workmanship and how they totally respected my home. They were a much cleaner than our regular construction crew are. They cleaned as they worked. They even vacuumed out the cabinets when they were done. They washed the floor and even swept and hosed down my driveway. They did a beautiful job on the edge fabrication and the Ceasarstone install and were very careful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great communication by phone and text whenever I wanted to reach them, they met their install date and worked with my schedule for timing.

Chris and Armi were very helpful and informative as I made my selections at their showroom. Roberto made sure the demolition and installation went like clockwork. Marble granite slabs did a very nice job in my kitchen. Overall it looks very nice. I had some trouble with the hood vent and they were willing to come back to complete the job at a discount. My only complaint would be that they didn't always return my calls as promptly as i liked. Armik was very helpful with choosing a design.

After making a special trip to Sun Valley to pick out our quartz counter tops (we need 4 of them), our experience with Rico and Armik was great, we walked to the wrong address (because the only address on their website is the fabrication shop, not the showroom), we called them and they came to pick us up (we had taken the train, so we didn't have a car). They were very helpful in picking out the quartz, then Rico graciously gave us a ride back to the train. Awesome customer service up to this point !! We quickly created a professional layout on CAD of how the counter tops would be cut out of the slab and e-mailed it to Armik, per his instructions. After two days, we hadn't heard a thing, even after several e-mails, texts and unanswered phone calls were made to inquire on the status of our quote. My husband did finally talk to Armik on the phone a few days later, he stated that he wasn't near his computer right then but would be later in the afternoon and would get back to us as soon as he did. More than a week later, we still haven't heard a thing. Sadly, he must not need our business....

I chose LA Countertop (Marble Granite Slabs) based on the mostly decent reviews and reasonable price, but I'm disappointed by my experience getting countertops in 2 bathrooms installed. Everything started off great. Armik was responsive, and it was easy to get the job scheduled for this past weekend. His installers were very nice and showed up on time on Friday to demo, which went well. The next day (Saturday) for installation is where things started to go downhill. The installers showed up early at 8:30am instead of 11am like they said originally, and told us they wouldn't be installing the master bathroom countertop until Monday because they couldn't get ahold of Armik to confirm which quartz was going in each bathroom. Apparently, according to them, they called several times on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning (starting at 5am). I confirmed the quartz and asked, since they arrived earlier than planned, if they could come back later that day to install the master countertop. Unfortunately, the main installer said the fabrication process for our under-mount sinks takes 5 hours and he had other plans in the afternoon so Monday was the earliest they could arrive. I continued to try to call/text Armik Sat morning and couldn't get ahold of him either. We scheduled a weekend installation because we work during the week, so having to push this to Monday was a huge inconvenience. The installers said they'd come back at 6:30am on Monday to do the installation before we'd have to leave for work (at 7:45am), and said it would take about an hour to do the job. Armik finally called me back Sat afternoon and apologized, and said he had to deal with an emergency which is why he didn't answer the phone. I get it - life happens and they seemed to be trying to work with our schedule. Well, Monday (yesterday) arrived and the installers show up almost an hour late. Luckily my husband took off work or the installation would've been delayed again. They installed the master countertop; however, when my husband tried to hook up the faucets later in the day, we found out that the installers didn't cut out enough of the plywood base next to the faucet holes, so we couldn't connect them. We called Armik and he told us that WE would have to saw out or take a screwdriver to chisel out the extra wood. Unacceptable. He obviously thought it was an easier job than it was, even though my husband texted him pics. But I couldn't understand why it should be our responsibility to fix his installers' mistake? My husband asked Armik to send back his guys the next morning (this morning), and he confirmed they'd arrive at 7am because of our work schedule. His installers showed up almost an hour late again! I called Armik about 30 minutes into waiting to see where they were because we're on a time crunch. He didn't answer at first but then called me back with an attitude, and blamed traffic. First - we were clear about our work schedule and the installers were late to fix something they didn't do correctly, so I don't need the attitude. Second - traffic is not an excuse... the installers were driving AGAINST traffic to get to my house, and should've known the timing since they came the morning before. It ended up taking TWO professional installers 35-40 minutes with a saw and drill to fix this "small" issue, and they were rushing since I kept telling them I had to leave for work. I still don't know if the faucets can be installed properly since my husband had to leave before I did to take our daughter to school and then head to work himself. So far, our 2 day installation has turn into 5 days without the full use of our master bathroom. Very frustrating.

Well after a full year of trying to just get back in contact with these people I have fully given up. I purchased our granite and quartz and waited to 2-3 weeks for installation. Everything was great they did a fabulous job. Then after 2 months I notice a crack in our granite. Very small hairline but also had a little chip. I was so upset seeing as I did go out of our budget and splurge on our kitchen countertops. I called Armik and left a message. Called a couple more times and emailed. While waiting for any kind of response I notice 2 more cracks in different areas show up. Finally he answered my phone call. Told him what happened and emailed him pictures. He said that it shouldn't have happened and the cracks shouldn't worsen. Told me he can have someone come out the next time they are in the area to fill them in so they aren't noticeable. Well after a couple months and no response back. I call and call. Email after email. My husband tries numerous times there is no response. Can't tell you how disappointing it is to save up for your dream kitchen and spend most of it on nice countertops for them to be cracked after a couple months and the installers do nothing to help. Can't imagine what would even cause the cracks. Has to with shotty work on their end. If had my choice to do over I wouldn't have worked with these installers. Do yourself a favor and go wth someone trustworthy Edit: just so everyone knows the owner did respond to my review and said he was going to look into it. Never heard back after a year. The more I talk to people and the more people that actually see my counters in person(like contractors) are blown away. I 100 percent think we got totally ripped off. They're also shocked at the price we paid as well.

What a nightmare of a company to deal with. This started off great. Armik seem nice and is very easy to get a hold of. The quote is a great price. You give him a deposit. The first hint of an issue is trying to get a time scheduled for him to take measurements. It is a back and forth that takes a while. Measurements done he charges your credit card for the full amount of the stone immediately and without your approval! Then he slowly becomes very difficult to get a hold of. I called and called trying to get an install date. Days become weeks. I ended up using other phones to call him in order to get him to pick up so he would not recognize the number. Finally, you get an install date. Then on the install date, they never show up. You call and call and of course no response. You get a different install date and this time you get a call in the morning saying again it needs to be rescheduled. When they finally arrive it is about 3 hours late. Guess what the stone was damaged so they can only do some of the install. Oh and the stone you somehow has marks which means you have to redo it. I will say that once it is done the work is quite good, but it is just so difficult to get that point. I would avoid them the way Amrik does with your phone number once he has your money. EDIT: He threatened to sue me if I did not take down my post. I refused. I suspect there would be many other bad reviews because he may have threatened them as well.

I wish I could fairly rate this company but I haven't received a call back to set an appointment since I can only make it down to their showroom on a Saturday due to work and distance. Per their website, the showroom is available on Saturdays by appointment only. I emailed them with a request for a quote with my measurements months ago. I also left a voicemail and a fb message. So I can only rate on customer service alone, which has been non-existent.

Worst customer service ever. Armik will answer your calls when he is trying to get your deposit but after that. Never. During installation they scratched the side panel of my brand new cabinets that had just been installed prior to the countertops. I was told by the installer they would deduct the replacement amount from my balance. Rudy was very gracious and felt very bad. His installation other wise was good. Armik also told me he was looking into the matter and would get back to me. I let Rudy know the amount and then waited for an invoice, which never came. Then my credit card is charged much more then i was quoted. I call Armik. 4 times. I also sent numerous emails and texts. Finally, I leave a semi threatening voicemail basically stating I would reverse charges if I did not recieve an invoice detailing the amount my credit card was charged. A day later I was emailed an invoice, and of course, no deduction was made for damages. Now I am still trying to get ahold of this company, hoping to get something in compensation for the damage to my brand new cabinet side panel. Please do not use this company. This is one of those, "you get what you pay for" kinda deals.
