Working with Ardash and Marble Granite Direct was a great experience. They have a large selection of granite and quartz to choose from, and once we decided on what we wanted we were able to go see the slab before it was templated and cut. Install was fast, professional and well done. The end result looks great, and it was even installed a few days earlier than originally planned. A wonderful start to our kitchen remodel. Very happy with our experience and would be happy to use them again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ardash and the installation crew from Marble Granite Direct. I came in with dimensions of what I needed and he understood exactly what I wanted and drew up a quick sketch. The showroom has a variety of materials to choose from and he sent me a quote the next day. He had me choose 6 or 7 materials for the quote so I'd be able to pick something within my budget. The installation crew was thorough and professional. I am very happy with the finished product!

Buyer beware…I had my countertops replaced in December, don’t get me wrong, they are beautiful. However, since 4 months in, I’ve had issues with the work that was done. In the spring, I reached out to Ardash about an issue with the seam cracking. He sent a team out to redo the seam and while they were here, I showed them how my dishwasher was no longer connected to the counter. They repaired the seam and added a screw for the dishwasher. A few months later in early July, I called Ardash back. The other seam had the same issue and now my faucet was coming loose. They had contracted a plumber, but said the faucet was no longer his issue. We scheduled for the crew to come back to fix the seam. Shortly before they got here, I had an emergency and had to take son to ER. Talked to Ardash and asked him to find out when they could come back. Never heard from him. Tonight while doing dishes, my faucet totally snapped. My seam is still a mess. I am so disgusted that things are falling apart not even a year after spending all the money to have my kitchen done. I am off to buy a new faucet and have a reliable plumber install. Buyer beware - normal use of a kitchen should not see these issues. While the product may be beautiful, the workmanship is definitely not. So many other companies to choose from - go elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience using MGD for my countertops in my kitchen remodel. I found exactly what I wanted from their full range of choices. I am extremely happy with the sink I purchased also. Ardash was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the buying, measuring and installation process. When I ran into a post-installation issue, caused by kitchen contractor not MGD, he was able to refer me to a specialist who handled the problem easily and quickly. I highly recommend MGD to all customers looking for stone products for their home.

I had granite issues with a recent install, and the focal point of my kitchen (the island) had at least 5 large defects. The patches were very apparent. Although the staff in the store and the install personnel were courteous, they were unable to resolve it. I spoke to the owner on the phone, and when I asked if he would offer me a discount, he became belligerent and abusive. I paid my bill in full and moved on. I do not recommend this business, and will never use them again.

Everything from product selection to installation was seamless, fast and inexpensive. Working with Carol was a delight! She helped me immediately narrow down the choices within my budget then exceeded my expectations when I received my quote. The follow through from the owner, George, was the unexpected but very much appreciated customer service. Carlos and Elias were quick with installation and a pleasure to have in my home.
