The marble.com team did a great job with my granite installation. It was a very smooth process from selecting the slabs, getting pricing, templating, scheduling the install and doing the installation. The team was very professional and quickly responded to all of my questions. The finished product is beautiful!

They will not match veins unless you pay them extra as a “custom job” despite it just being how the tape the cuts. Will not do countertops and backsplash in one installation making it a 2 week job when it doesn’t need to be. Also they may just choose the sink for you without asking which resulting in me have a beverage sink installed which was half the size as the sink I owned.

Did my kitchen back in 2012. And have been back twice recently for repairs. No complaints. Easy to work with. Price is fair. And the workers were prompt, very respectable, and did great work. Fixed a crack I had in my granite kitchen counter, in a very bad spot, and the repair exceeded expectations.

Excellent selection, wonderful customer service, and extremely fast turnaround time. This was a first time and big decision for my husband and I so we had a lot of questions and the sales and service staff were always very responsive and helpful. We are so happy with the quartz we picked out. They also stand by their work and if/when any issues occur (that’s life, things happen) they are quick to fix it. The workers who came to our home were also all professional and did a great job. A very professional and efficient operation and I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family in the area (our contractor recommended them to us after he saw how quick of a turn around time they had on another job). Can’t go wrong.

Very happy with my experience. I was skeptical of using them because of the name but was pleased by the response I got from their team in NJ. I was also contacting the LI team but I never heard back from them. Easy to visit the stone yard with no appointment needed and got my questions answered on the spot. Would defiantly recommend.

An unbelievable selection and a wonderful knowledgeable staff make this place a must for stone. I hate driving there but the prices are fair and if it is not there it It isn't anywhere! Once they measure you will get your stone very quickly. They are tidy during installation and if the measurement is not quite right they will make it right. This is the 3rd job in as many years. When currant project is done I will add pics. They made for me a nano stone table top, marble backsplash and 5 quartz window sills. The installers, Eddie and Maynard are amazing! They take tremendous pride in their work and do not leave until you are happy.

The staff was great and returned messages. Jeremy and Bob responded quickly and I chose all of my questions were answered. The install guys were wonderful and answered my questions about maintenance. I was able to wire the money ahead of time to ensure ease of delivery and not worry about a check. There is a small chip taken out of the granite and I’m waiting on a call back to discuss it.

Excellent from beginning to end. They are a well-oiled machine and I have not seen a company run this well in decades. They ANSWER the phone, and call you back as promised. They are great communicators and you know the when and where and why of every decision to be made. If you don't understand the process fully (they have the materials and are the fabricators and the installers), then you may not appreciate how much better the pricing is since they there is no middleman. I have used them over 10 times and have always been 100% satisfied every time. Their selections of stones are second to none.

I visited the Ridgefield Park location and found two slabs of Quartzite I wanted to bring back a client to look at. I asked to have the 2 slabs put on hold and was told I had to put down $1000 (yikes!) by Jeremy Coello. VERY unusual for this industry but I had no choice since the client was out of town. We soon found something else. I emailed him to release the hold and refund my $1000. A month and two phone calls later I am still waiting for my $. This is really unethical and sketchy behavior.

This was our first time using this company. We had a piece of our countertop in front of the sink that was damaged, and a countertop piece in the bathroom that had a crack. Our plan was to get the insert in front of the sink in the kitchen replaced and get the complete top in the bathroom replaced. I reached out to the company via email, they responded, sent someone out to take measurements, and then asked us to come to their office to select stones and move forward with the project. My elderly mother and I did everything, and everything went very well. The countertop in the kitchen that we previously had was easily findable and able to match, and the choices for the countertop in the bathroom were superb. They scheduled the job for a few days later. Three people showed up, and the job went very quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with this company and highly recommend them. I do not know why they are getting such bad reviews on here, but they are a standup company, and I highly recommend them.

The counter was cut and installed very quickly. They came out twice to measure because we had to adjust cabinets slightly. Very quick and painless process and the slab wasn't outrageous $$. Only issue was the selection for what we were looking for wasn't amazing. There were so many slabs to look at just not too many in the schema we were looking for. Love the place and would recommend them and use again.

What an amazing company. Always showed up on time, called to confirm the night before and also called to tell us that they are on the way. I can't believe how great my kitchen and laundry room look. I also had them install the granite for my outdoor grilling area and a custom piece to fit over my outdoor refrigerator. Thanks again to everyone at All Granite and Marble. "Grill Master"

My wife and I have done two major renovations in the past five years with all the stone countertops sourced and fabricated by All Granite & Marble at their Ridgefield Park location. This included full kitchen and bath vanity countertops, and two fireplace surrounds. They have a large selection of stone and we had no problem finding a beautiful slab of Black Cosmos granite we wanted for the kitchen, and the marble we wanted for the fireplaces. We love their pure white NanoGlass for vanity tops. Matt was patient and helpful on the sales end and Bob, the manager, communicated with me promptly and as often as I required regarding the fabrication and installation. The installation crew did a great job and spent extra time buffing and polishing for me. We came to All Granite & Marble, originally, because they allow you to buy a portion of a slab for a small countertop, rather than charging you for the entire slab which is the policy of most stone suppliers. A big cost saver. The other plus was their rapid turnaround time. The stone was delivered and installed within a week of placing our order. Overall, we got great results at a reasonable price.

I am a kitchen designer who recommended Marble.com, All Granite Marble Corp, to a client. The kitchen was delivered later than expected and we needed the countertops "yesterday" because my clients were getting married the following week. I talked with Matt who heard my need. All granite templated on a Tuesday night at 7 and installed the tops three days later on Friday! And.... the client lives in Connecticut!! Their professionalism and workmanship was/is excellent! I will enthusiastically continue to recommend All Granite Marble Corp to future clients Special thanks to Matt who made it all happen!

These guys saved our holidays! We had a flood in our kitchen and had to replace everything, including countertops because they cracked. This was 3-4 weeks ago and by the time the contractor finished with cabinets it was already week and a half before the holidays. The stone was the only missing piece and we asked everyone but no one was able to get us a definite install date, plus we had to drive around warehouses to first find the stone. Thankfully we came across marble.com, found the same stone and were able to get it installed in less than a week. Right in time before holidays. We are coming back when we are ready to redo our bathroom. Thank you!!

We had nothing but a great experience with these guys. The stone is all outside and there wasn't as much marble and quartzite as I'd hope to choose from but we picked a beautiful slab and got a reasonable quote. When we were ready for templating a very nice man showed up and gave me three designs to choose from (as I couldn't decide so he did all 3 for me so I could get a better visual) installation was quick and easy. Everyone showed up early! After installation we noticed there were weird ghost lines deep within the marble that couldn't be cleaned (the straps may have marked the stone or since stored outside maybe rain, not sure) but customer service was fantastic and they brought someone over the next day first thing in the a.m to address the issue. And like magic he got rid of the weird lines and a new deep scratch that happened that morning from an appliance. You can't see anything! Its good to know If anything else happens to the stone it's fixable and Marble.com will do it asap! Btw we paid exactly what was quoted. I thought a bait and switch would happen too especially after you pay the 50% down but nope just as quoted. Very happy overall.

I guess we were lucky! From the moment we walked in our experience was positive in every way. The price we were first quoted came very close to the final price. Robert, who came to measure arrived on time and was very helpful in advising us and informing us of the process, he told us installation will occur within 3/4 days. Unfortunately, the first slab we had chosen was damaged during the cutting process and we were invited to come back to the yard and choose a different one or they would send us a picture with the tapes in place to show us exactly how it would be cut, we opted for the picture and approved it. Our countertops were delivered as promised within the window promised 2/4 pm and installed by a very professional crew. I love my new countertops and are especially in awe of the striations (imperfections) in the stone created by nature.

Had no problems here what-soever. Stopped by to look at samples and thought maybe I had picked one. Went back a 2nd day to look again and decided on another. Went out to look at slabs in minus 10 degree weather and it was WINDY. Looked at one - not the right one - looked at another - still not right - they came out and moved some slabs back and finally found the one. Took about 45 minutes outside and to be quite honest, I felt bad for being such a PITA in frigid temperatures. When they came to install they were pleasant, efficient and did a fantastic job. I thought prices were fair and as a matter of fact, when they went to tally us up, they told us the color we wanted was marked wrong in prices saving us about $500. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have used Marble.com in Ridgefield-NJ twice. They have done a great job turning around the order, and installing to perfection. Both instances, my kitchen countertops looked great! They have the largest variety of stones, the reasonable prices (they charge per square footage, not per slab). The yard is huge, you are free to roam around and pick your samples, then head back to the office and they show you the prices based on the code of the stone. All very transparent and easy. In the 2 times I bought from them, they had a promotion to get a sink for free included in your order.

We are overall extremely pleased with our experience. They have a great selection, installed promptly and professionally and addressed issues immediately and fairly to keep us satisfied. The sales process could be improved. You get a different person each time you interact and we were given some conflicting information on the templating process. The bottom line is that this should be done according to their recommendation and the stone should only be selected once they have done measurements on site (we were trying to rush it). That said, they were unable to let us select every piece and they did one for us. When they brought it to the house for installation, we saw that it had a large vein/defect in it. We sent a picture to the customer service manager, he immediately agreed to have it replaced and said that any piece like this was supposed to have gotten his personal approval to be used and it had not. We also had them resize the island stone at our request and cost (not their issue). They gave us a reasonable cost, carefully removed the top, resized it and replaced it in line with our timetable, even delivering the remnant to us in beautiful shape in case we want to reuse it later. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering buying countertops.

It took 3.5 years to write this review We purchased granite countertops and master bath countertops from Marble.com in 2011. At the time we were impressed with selection and the ease of determining the cost. The folks there were helpful and cooperative when we selected the granite and marble slabs. Then I went back to see the cutting templates positioned on the slabs (this is highly recommended to be sure you are getting the slab you selected and to approve how the marbling will appear on your counter). The scheduling and installation went without a hitch. The counters still look great. Now, 3 years later I noticed moisture under the kitchen sink and realized the sink was loose. I called Marble.com and the next day they called me to schedule a repair visit which took place the next day. So 2 days after my call they repaired the sink at no charge. The technician explained that the weight of the disposal hanging from the sink combined with its vibration could loosen the epoxy adhesive. He recommended a block to support the disposal weight. So they stood behind their product with no questions asked. That's worth a positive review 3 years after the purchase.

We recently purchase and had installed a granite countertop and table. When it came time to measure, they showed up on time and used a laser to accurately measure. The installation a few days later was also on time and the pieces fit like a glove. We were concerned about the seam. This concern was needless since they did an expert job in concealing. All in all a good experience and we would recommend them.

Needed to revamp our NYC apartment. I was hesitant because I didn't know where to start. So I started on their website, the online chat specialist answered all my questions and helped me get started. I came in last Monday with a floor plan from my kitchen guy, got an estimate and chose my stone all within' one hour. The salesman gave me samples, and even sealed them so I could see how they hold up. The templates were quick and I was even able to chose my quartzite stone the same day of measurements. I am defiantly going to be using these guys for my Jersey home!

Excellent selection of granite and marble on site. Very high end quality with competitive pricing to boot. The staff was very courteous and professional, happily showing us through row after row of granite slabs, and fielding our numerous questions without any problems. They also throw in a free kitchen sink if you buy counters with them. Working with them on the phone was a bit more difficult than in person, but still a good experience.

Would I use them again or recommend them to others? Yes, however I'd include some caveats. Pros: they have a wide selection of granite, some of the onsite personnel are very helpful and professional, the finished product is good and they appear to be less expensive than other vendors on a $'s per sq ft comparison. Cons: they over-promise and under-deliver... administration: we had to make a lot of phone calls as they ignored their own schedule for following-up on stone selection, final balance due, etc. and all these items have to be reconfirmed after you pay a 50% deposit and before they start working on the countertops timing: we waited much longer than promised (8 days vs. 3 days) for installation pricing: we paid significantly more than the estimate - the initial quote is based on some default factors that are rarely applicable and not explained until after you've started the process (and paid the 50% deposit) So... not a raving review HOWEVER we are happy with the finished product and the major issues could be resolved if they were more upright and forthcoming during their sales pitches and at the start of the process.

I am very happy with the granite I selected and it looks beautiful in my kitchen but I am not as happy with the customer service. I picked out my stone and was ready to leave a deposit several times (6 weeks prior and 2 weeks prior to my installation). I was told don't worry there were plenty of slabs. Guess what when it was time to have my slab installed they didn't have any because someone "reserved" multiple slabs of the stone I picked. Initially they wanted to give me someone else s remnants which wouldn't have worked anyway since they didn't have enough. After much back and forth they upgraded my stone from a double silver to a single gold, because it looked exactly like what I had originally picked, for the same price. But initially they wanted to charge me the difference even though it was their mistake. I was disappointed because I felt like my kitchen job wasn't as important as someone who was using three slabs. I wasn't given the same option of reserving the slab. To this company $3000 may not be a lot of money but it sure is a hell of a lot to me. After much stress it worked out and the granite looks great!

The 2 stars is only because of their selection! Don't be fooled by the granite yard as the selection means nothing when the quality isn't good & it's not installed properly! After selecting the granite (with Matt - who was great) we scheduled the delivery/ install. Never got a call with delivery window the day before so I called the morning of.. they didn't have me on their schedule and said it was the following week.. I had taken the day off work to be there & pleaded with them to deliver that day.. after several hours of back and forth they said they could come. Keep in mind, when you put the deposit down they have you sign waiver indicating they are not responsible for any damage their workers may cause with their 'steal tip boots' as it is for their safety. I should have put a stop to the install when these amateurs showed up in flip flops! I even made a comment and they joked to themselves in a foreign language. One of the 3 of them did the install. Nothing out of the ordinary (footwear aside) for the install.. once done- in fairness I did a once over with the 'lead guy'.. he was rushed & rushed me.. asked for the check and they were on their way.. immediately, I looked closer - noticed cracks in the granite.. a few days later, noticed the gap by the range, a few days later the uneven cuts throughout.. should I have caught this upon install - maybe.. However, when you live with it for a few weeks and all the sudden it's all you can see - it's infuriating.. Bottom line - it's the quality of work I take issue with. They are totally ok with poor quality install. Let this be a warning.. when you are paying money to build / renovate your home - the devil is in the details.. after thousands of $'s - do you really want to be looking at cracked granite with uneven edges? Make sure your dealing with a company that stands behind their quality rather than more concerned with you signing senseless waivers! Yes, large selection of granite - more than most.. but does it matter when it looks like shit in your home?

i have got the whole house granite done from marble.com.beware of them firstly when they take your sink for measurements.i got a chipped ceramic basin back.i realized about it only when it was completely installed in the bathroom by them.too late and too expensive to do anything.secondly my whole kitchen had the granite installed by them, including the granite backsplash.after installing the granite the backsplash and the counter granite had cracks.i mentioned it to the service guy and the manager ,but he gave me a long story about how difficult and expensive it would be to change it now.finally I am living with it.i spent over 30k on my granites with this company and in return I get crack granites and broken sinks. I would think twice before going to them again.

Walk in to their room, you will be impressed. Lots of selections. You get what appears to be a straight forward quote. You make an appointment, they sent a guy for measurement, you pay the deposit. So far so good. But the mess starts from there. There is no way to part ways at this point since you have paid the deposit and you lose part of it. To cut the story short, you would have to make a lot of phone calls, wait much longer than promised for the installation and in the end pay MUCH more than the estimate (of course, they have excuses). Stay away from these guys. I would have given them 1 star. The 2nd star is for their showroom.

Picking out the slab was a great experience, but after that it was all down hill. When it came to delivery day that told us it would be between 2 and 4. Two o'clock came and went, Four o'clock came and went. After calling them a bunch of times nobody knew where the delivery guys were. We finally got a call telling us they would be there at 7:30. They didn't arrive till 8pm. They installed it with no problem. After they left we noticed a chip in the countertop, we called the next day and they told us they would come next day to fix it and would call to give us a time. Well next day came no call!!!! After calling a million times we finally got in touch with them, they didn't even have us on a list to come fix it. They finally came another day and fixed the chip. All in all a horrible experience!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They installed a quartz slab that was cracked and obviously refurbished and repaired prior to install. Their solution is to give us a credit toward future purchases from their company. I've just completed the project and have no need for any more quartz in my house. This solution is just spitting in my face. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. BUYER BEWARE. They will happily take your money and offer you zero support or recourse afterward.

We have completed many house renovations and projects and have never had the poor customer service experience we had with this company. Edgar was rude and disinterested in making a sale. We wasted an hour drive to the Ridgefield Park location to leave completely dismayed by his behavior. We called the Stroudsburg location and dealt with someone who was knowledgeable and seemed concerned with the way we were treated. We sent in a check for 50% deposit to begin the process. We were then told to deal with Ridgefield Park whose estimate was unexplainably $350 higher then Stroudsburg OR pay a $250 fee for the slab to be transferred from the Ridgefield site to Stroudsburg. This fee was not disclosed prior to sending the check. I called and spoke to Jeremy who could care less about his rude employee and told me the owner didn't want to do anything to help me. I said so I have already sent a check and am trying to do business with your company and your response to poor customer service is to not do business with us and he said exactly. Had I read their poor reviews prior to going I would have saved time and aggravation! STAY AWAY!!!!

Garbage absolute garbage place. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere ever! Everything I picked was out of stock. They sent me outside in the freezing cold while they take phone calls to look for a slab myself. I wouldn't be able to move those slabs with a train. Absolute garbage customer service go elsewhere. Called to speak with the owner and the woman said he wouldn't care. #nicecustomerservice

Worst company ever. Bob and this other guy Walter lied to my wife about our Qurtzite saying seal it every 3 months. We use a product called "Bulletproof" every month and it still stains. They never mentioned it takes 20 mins for something to stay on it to stain. Then I come to find out that they lied and are selling Quartzite as Marble. This place can't be trusted. They almost had me sign a disclaimer for Quartzite saying that it stains. QUARTZITE DOESN'T STAIN!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Place is ridiculous. Believe everything you read on here.

Marble.com was recommended to us by contractor. We picked out stone from the many that were stored on their site. We were told the price for the stone we chose was the next tier up and so price increased by alot. Three installers came to install one vanity. One installer worked on fitting the stone, one chatted up the contractor which left another all alone in the room..big mistake ! What you stole was very precious to me ! Did you sell it off or give my jewlery to your wife or girlfriend? If you still have it please give it back to me..just bring it back no questions asked. Please read all the reviews and check out BBB.. and go elsewhere. Wish we had ..

Con artists. They will give you a price quote, and then when everything is all ready to go and you've paid your deposit, they will change the quote and tell you that the stone you picked was actually in another price tier. Some employees are very rude, aggressive and especially after they get your deposit, forget it the little customer service you were receiving is all gone. Not cheap, definitely NOT fast, and too many lies and attempts to scam you.

They first messed up on the initial taping. I was there for three hours since they were shortstaffed, but that wasn't a problem, I wanted to make sure everything was right. Also, make sure you familiarize yourself with the price tiers they offer bc they won't tell you unless you ASK. I came for one granite which I didn't like, so I spent 30 min walking around until I found something I loved. At no time did they let me know that what I chose was from the highest price tier when I originally came in to look at something from the second highest price tier. There was over a $2,000 difference that they only made me aware of a few days later when they sent me a new estimate. While out in the yard the sales person made good conversation but went through two rolls of masking tape channeling his inner NBA star in between taping the slab by crumpling wads of it & "free throwing" them in between surrounding slab groupings. Because of this, instead of going inside to get a third roll of tape we decided to call it a day since it was 545 & we were both sweaty and tired. He said he would cool off and finish up. He did not. A different person finished up the taping. Then a manager called me to ask if I could confirm the tapings before cutting. The halfway taped kitchen counter transformed into another bathroom vanity. I was super surprised that three people didn't double check the work & it was sent out to the customer like this when the plans clearly state what is needed & if they just looked at the plans they would see that a piece was missing & that there was only one bathroom vanity ordered. Luckily I didn't have to go back in to re-tape. For installation, I did not get a time of arrival until 4pm the day before. They did not call when they were on their way. They came 45 minutes early. I was not on location. Then SURPRISE: supports are needed for both the kitchen and bathroom. The template guy did NOT tell us that was needed at time of measurements. According to one of the install guys, "this is has been happening a lot lately, and it makes us look like assholes", which is quite true! So now they have to use pirated pieces of Formica from the old countertops to use as temporary supports that I hope holds until my contractor starts. I was slightly upset at this news and made it known. One tech understood. The other, the one who just complained how the measure tech has been making them look bad, took it personally when I referred to the company as "you". Voices were raised, creating some uncomfortable tension. ANOTHER SURPRISE: the template guy didn't take proper measurements of my bathroom sink. There is a slight curve to the sink, yet it is a very standard rectangular undermount porcelain sink. It was on site & physically measured, however it was cut with a 1-1.5" overhang. Not the standard 1/8" overhang. Of course now the piece of granite had to be taken out & re-cut. We brought our sink in as soon as the instal techs left to show the production manager exactly what we wanted. He tried to explain his way out of it saying that bc of our sink it had to be made that way, which of course is false. I'm glad I took pictures so I could show him in person how much of an overhang it was. He then said his guys said it was only 3/8" over, which the pictures proved otherwise. Fast forward to two days later, they were supposed to come between 8 and 9. They didn't get to our unit until 9:25. The defensive tech didn't reply good morning nor make eye contact. My fiancé was taking something off the front door and without even saying excuse me, he squeezes past & opens up the door, squeezing him between the door & wall. We dropped it. Then work is about to begin & the tech storms past us, slamming a power tool cord in the wood floor to cut something outside. My fiancé alerts him for the second time (I told him yesterday and he ignored me).. and the guy completely ignores him. My fiancé repeated himself & he replied, "that's nice". Mamdooh gets up & pulls the plug out & says "use the plug outside man, what's with this attitude, we can go to anyplace else & get work done better than what we have been experiencing here". The tech then loses it and calls him a "fucking asshole" while walking to plug the tool in the exterior outlet. We ignore it. He walks a few steps back towards us & says "FUCKING ASSHOLE". Mamdooh & I both get up and Mamdooh proceeds to kick this Neanderthal out of our unit as I make sure to plant myself between the both of them just in case anything happened since I don't know that tech from a hole in the wall. The nice tech finished the job on his own. Poor guy. The recut bathroom sink is much better than before, but it is cut uneven on one side. I just wanted to be done with this company, so cutting my losses. The granite itself is gorgeous but the quality of workmanship, attention to detail & service is below average. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I would not recommend anyone to this place. Yes, they have a great selection, yes, it is cheaper than most places. That should've been a red flag righ there. Buyer beware! We bought quartzite for our kitchen. After 6 months of use, there are water stains or I don't know what other kind of stains on the stone. Yes, I understand it is a natural material. But, real quartzite is NOT supposed to stain. After speaking with them, they made it a point to tell me I signed a form stating "they are not responsible for ANYTHING". Now I need to find a stone restoration company to fix their crap.

Front of countertop cracked the complete length of the sink, a common area to break if not installed correctly. There's a metal rod in that area and if exposed to water from poor installation it rusts and breaks all the stone apart. Instead, they said it was a natural flaw in the stone and that it was my problem. We now have to spend thousands to again replace what should have lasted generations. Run the other way!

Had them hold a slab for us - a perfect match for one we installed 5 years earlier. What we got was something different but they claimed was the same. The installed countertop had several imperfections in the polished surface. Not happy at all. IF you go with them be sure to take a nail and scratch your initials in the back and take numerous photos of the slab you want held - all corners and surfaces they could possibly cut and deliver. The problem is that when it comes time to cut and deliver your countertop you have little recourse if you don't want your project interrupted for weeks while you find a suitable slab.

Buyer Beware !!! Believe ALL the Negative reviews posted here. These guys will try to bait and switch you and will sell you crap material, and will not stand behind their subpar worksmanship. Also, DO NOT give them deposit when they measure because they will raise a price on you and charge you to cancel, they are a bunch of crooks. I had done decent amount of work with this company over several years and can attest to other reviewers opinion that the company went downhill in pricing, and quality of work and customer service. Customers that i sent there complained about attitude and how unprofessional everyone is, and when i went there with my most recent customer i was shocked. The salesman acted like he was doing us a huge favor by helping us, prob because it was a small kitchen this time. The guy that measured was polite and measured fast, even though he was late. When it came to finalizing the price, it turned out it was $300 more than estimate, and "manager" tried to say they measured more area and more edge, even though it was not because we gave them cabinet layout. After arguing he said the price is the price and if we canceled they would charge us. They require deposit at measurements, and later if you dont like the price you are screwed. We felt we had little choice and went with it. Very unprofessional. The installing crew looked like some randoms you pick up from the corner, and none of them really spoke a decent English to communicate with the client. Moreover, they roamed around the house like headless chickens while other one stayed in the car on his phone, and came at the end to glue the sink. They left garbage on the floor and patches of silicone for customer to clean up and left. Overall, rude, uncaring and very sloppy work throughout, I will never send another client there, there are many other local shops which are cheaper and more professional. Do yourself a favor and go Anywhere Else, and dont waste your money.

We bought our granite kitchen counter from marble.com around 8 years ago. Overall, we were VERY satisfied with the ordering, delivery and installation process and had no problems. It was perfect Our counter had the seams at the sink and thought that that was the standard installation. All was well for about 7 years when the granite developed an expanding hairline crack at the front of the sink - I learned then that the seams should never have been placed there and that cracking was common if they were. I called them up and was given a long story about it's 'natural stone....something uneven underneath, they cant guarantee stone etc, etc...." They said they could send someone out who would fill the crack for $100 - down from $125 "as a courtesy".... Even as he was filling in the crack, it was obvious that the crack would be expanding further and of course it did. What was around a 3" crack in length is now about 15" long and continuing. To fix it (cut out the cracked area and replace it with another piece of granite) would cost almost as much as getting another counter. So we did nothing. Two weeks ago, we noticed that the sink had come unglued and was SINKING. I couldn't believe the shoddy installation problems I was having - I called them and again a bunch of excuses ...that "the sink has to be wiped around the top so water doesn't seep in, it has to be treated and maintained, nothing is forever....blah blah" - everything except taking responsibility for the problem. They wanted $150 to have someone come out and fix it (re-glue sink etc)... I told him there's no way I'm paying more $ for their faulty installation - not to mention, even if I did, I would still have the crack problem. I told him (Bob) I'd be posting this online - he didn't seem to care. I wont be dealing with them ever again and will in not give them another cent for anything. I will eventually have to replace my cracked granite. Buyer beware!

Unprofessional. Stay away. Unfortunately this company has drastically changed (to the negative) over the past 4 years. We had a great experience in the past and that has all changed. Template/measuring team does not communicate with the sales or install team. Island not glued down and was moving. Backsplash gaps big enough to lose coins and an install team that lied about what work they do vs don't do. Suggest using someone else.
