We could not be happier with Allen and his team. Everyone we worked with was professional, and did an impeccable job (flooring, cabinets, painting, plumbing, etc.). We had a tight timeline (30 days) to redo all our floors and our entire kitchen. Allen took care of everything and was done right on time. Throughout the process Allen was responsive and punctual (every time we had a meeting with him, he was on site before we arrived). He gave us great advice on the project and managed everything. When our appliance installer (PIRCH) made excuses and refused to install some of the kitchen appliances, Allen brought in his installer (Sean) who was great and got everything done in half a day to keep us on track. After the project was completed and we moved in, there were a couple of small issues (tight cabinet doors, and a couple of squeaky floor planks). Small issues are an expected part of any construction job, and their handling of these issues says a lot about the company. Even though Allen himself was away on travel, he had delegated the task, and they sent someone over and fixed things quickly and professionally. I really cannot say enough good things about Allen and everyone he brought in. Everyone was professional, punctual, and efficient. We will definitely use Allen and his team for our next project(s).

This company was a huge disappointment. The installers cut the countertop too short so part of the plywood is visible. Farbod, the project manager, assured me they would fix it immediately. After five months and numerous text message exchanges, there has been zero effort to fix the countertops. Farbod continuously made excuses. At one point he supposedly had us scheduled to have them fixed, but coincidently they didn’t show up because they all got covid. Save yourself the trouble and find another contractor unless you prefer fixing their mistakes yourself.

After receiving a 50% increase on a change order for an outdoor patio estimate, I contacted Allen Sarkeshik at main Street Flooring. Allen provided me a comparable estimate but also suggested I might be better served with a kitchen remodel. Days later Allen provided a detailed estimate for the project and we were off to the races. Allen and his team offered a one stop shop for design, electrical, plumbing, painting, demolition & construction, cabinets, countertops and flooring with onsite project management. Throughout my project, his team kept me appraised of the project schedule, took time to explain in detail every cost/change order and advocating to expedite supply and installation in spite of supply chain disruption from covid. I am quite pleased with the end result of my project, which included permitting and removal of 2 walls, new flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances and paint. Allen and his team are professional, knowledgeable, reliable, cost competitive and pleasant to work with. Do not even consider any other company to manage your home improvement project whatever the scale - Allen and main Street are the best in OC!!!

I have been working with Main Street kitchen and Flooring for more than a decade. They first re-carpeted our home and put new countertops in the kitchen back in 2009. Four years later we decided to update the carpet again. Their pricing and customer service was 5 star. Then, in 2019, we decided it was time to completely renovate our home; we wanted a new kitchen, including all new appliances, all new flooring throughout the house, a completely new master bathroom, new lighting fixtures, new crown molding, and an array of other improvements. Anyone that tells you home renovations are easy; isn't being honest. However, the Main Street Kitchen and Flooring team is very professional; and, when issues arose, Allen quickly resolved matters. Allen made it very clear that his primary concern is the satisfaction of the homeowner; but, he enjoys a great rapport with his team. Everyone likes Allen; he has an easy-going approach to the business; but, never misses a deadline. As an attorney, I was very concerned about hiring any company to do a major remodeling project in my home. Now I can unequivocally tell you that if you want a beautiful home; then, have Main Street Kitchen and Flooring take care of your next home renovation project. Their pricing was 10%-30% below the high-end home renovation companies; but, the finished quality their work meets most demanding high-end standards. We regret choosing this company. They did a faulty installation which resulted in significant damage and cracking to our flooring. When asked to fix the issue, Allen ( owner) admitted it was faulty and done incorrectly. He offered us 7k towards a redo by his company, however we paid over 19k and did not feel we should spend more money as a result of their poor work. When asked for a refund, Allen said no. We had already given this company another chance, and after they tried fixing some tiles, they further damaged our flooring. Unethical and irresponsible. Will file a complaint with the board and also take further legal action.

We closed on our house in March right when COVID went into full swing. Allen and his team didn't miss a beat. The house was in its original 1998 condition and a full remodel was needed; Allen and his team were incredible throughout the process. We were able to leverage their relationships with architects, engineers, the city for permits and any other referral we needed. Allen and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel and flooring. From the start Allen gave us a clear overview of the process and scheduled the project within our preferred time-line. Ben worked out the kitchen design in 3D and we met at their design studio office to finalize colors materials and finish details. The construction team was careful to cover and mask off areas to contain dust. Mauricio and Jimmy have great carpentry skills and were a pleasure to work with especially on the reflooring of our staircase with new skirt and balusters. The electricians and plumbers also did great work. Overall Allen is easy to work with, quick to answer questions and responsive to our change requests. We recommend them and will likely use them for future remodeling.

I just finished a remodel in our home and wow is all I can say. What an amazing job they did on our house. Allen, the owner is great. They listen to what your needs are, they help you through the tough choices, they are detailed oriented, and they are fast. Everyone told me construction was going to be a nightmare but with Main Street Kitchen & Flooring it was the OPPOSITE. It was a great experience and was smooth sailing through out. I am so pleased with the quality of work and the kindness of everyone involved. I would highly recommend me Allen and his team! One last mention, Ben on his design team does phenomenal work!! I have been wanting to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms for the past 3 years. It was such a scary project for me. Main Street kitchen and flooring was my 3rd quote. Because of their price point and initial customer service, i decided to give my business to them. I am so happy to say that it was the best decision i made. Usually in this business people over promise and under deliver. That was not the case with Main Street kitchen and flooring. They finished the job before the estimated time. Mr. Allēn was always on top of things with my project. Even when we had a couple of unexpected surprises hidden in my walls, he went above and beyond to make it work and he didn't use it to over charge me. His employees in the office and at my home were always very courteous and knowledgeable. I honestly can say that i did not experience any difficulty during the remodeling and let me say it was not an easy project. We live in Northern California and recently purchased a condominium in Newport Beach that required an end-to-end renovation (a gut job). We really wondered how would we find a great contractor to help us with our remodel vision? As we know from personal experience, finding a great contractor is extremely difficult.... especially since we are new to the area. We decided to use Yelp and only interview contractors with 5-star reviews (an extremely high standard). Among the five contractors we interviewed, Allen and his team stood out with their professionalism and follow up. Both my wife and I knew (if the price were right) he would be our contractor. His price was not the highest and not the lowest. We understand there is a crucial difference between price and value. Allen and his team delivered value that we still cannot believe. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He was helpful on material selection decisions and decisions regarding those little but important design details. His communication and responsiveness were excellent including, texts, pictures, phone calls, video calls, and video updates. Allen and his team of project managers and vendors genuinely cared about achieving the vision for our new home...and the results speak for themselves. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail transformed our home from the 1990s to a modern oasis of comfort and high design. The results are AMAZING!!! We have just moved in and simply could not be happier. Our home is so beautiful, and we are so grateful. There is a reason Main Street Kitchen & Flooring has 5 stars, simply put; they provide the best floors for the best price. My wife and I hired them to do the floors in our home that we recently bought in Dana Point. We did a ton of research. We literally got quotes from over half a dozen flooring places. Main Street Kitchen & Flooring gave us the most competitive bid and a superior designer vinyl. The quality of their designer vinyl is TOP NOTCH. Sorry, you can't get this type of quality at Home Depot. Just not gonna happen. In addition, Alen, the owner, was great to work with. He's been in this business for 30 years. His experience, knowledge and expertise helped us tremendously. He was flexible and FAIR in a business that is at times dubious. Lastly, the floors are the foundation from which everything in the house is built upon. I HIGHLY recommend using Main Street Kitchen & Flooring to ensure your floors look great! We were replacing our carpets in our new house and originally had received a quote from home depot which was way more than what we were expecting as they were going to make us pay for a lot of wasted carpet. They also were letting me choose a commercial grade carpet that is not good for homes but no one told me that! We decided to get a second quote before making a decision and ended up at Main Street Kitchen and Flooring. Oscar helped us and stayed with me in the carpet room pulling sample after sample for me to look at and compare and even gave me general pricing quotes on every sample I liked so I could make the best decision. He was very helpful and very patient with me! He came and measured our space and was prompt and professional in sending us a quote. Oscar kept us updated on when our carpets would be in and available for install. The day of install came and although I wasn't present, my Mother in Law said the installers were the nicest group of guys. They did a great job, our carpet is amazing and we had the best experience working with Oscar at Main Street Kitchen and Flooring! I highly recommend them!.

I totally forgot to write a review for these guys. Oscar and Jonathan were great to work with. They are quick and polite and understanding. I saw some flooring I liked right away and when I got to the house they didn't look the same. They drove all the way out with the sample to make sure that it matched. When they put everything in they made sure that the floorboards that I liked the most were in the places that were going to be seeing the most. They were very careful with moving any furniture that already existed and they came back one last time to make sure the closets were put back in correctly. We will definitely be using them again for our kitchen and our bathrooms. Thanks guys!!!

I would 100% recommend working with them, they were so friendly, patient, and provided amazing quality workmanship. My husband and I started the process of buying a house right before the pandemic started and couldn't back out due the fact, we wouldn't get our deposit back. We also knew we had to remodel the whole house before we moved in. We were extremely nervous that would not find anyone to do the work, plus how would get the materials for the job because everything was closed. The timing of everything for a whole house remodel was a nail-biting experience. Not to mention we only had 5 weeks for all the work to be done before we had to be out of our rental. We were lucky enough that the previous homeowner would allow us to come in with contractors to get quotes for everything we wanted to have done which was: * Master bathroom * Guest bathroom * Powder room * Flooring including stairs * New kitchen * Fireplace- redo tile We had 4 contractors quote the job. But when we met Allen we knew he was the one for our remodel. Allen came over and measured everything and then we met him at his showroom. We were able to pick out everything, flooring, tile, cabinets countertops, grout, and baseboards etc. and with that came the ease of knowing we could get all our materials needed during the crazy pandemic. Oh, forgot to mention too, Allen even helped us get the financing in order that we needed for the job. When the job stared, it happened fast and before we knew it the place was gutted. They had guys for everything, and they were all specialist in their field. My favorite guys were the tile guys, Elder and his crew. In our master shower I picked where I wanted each piece to go, and they were very sweet about my pickiness Elder did 2 bathrooms, back splash and fireplace with tile and you would think each piece was meant to be exactly where it was places. It is perfect!!!! I really could go on and on about the whole job but at the end of the day, the job got done exactly on time, and I would hire Allen and his grew again without question. Allen has become a friend, an amazing advisor, and the person we rely on for anything we need done to our home. We have given friends and family referrals they are all happy with his work too. We used Main Street Kitchen & Flooring for retiling and carpeting for our new house. The old tile and carpet were dated and mismatched. The laundry room, 4 bathrooms and kitchenette were retiled. Bonus room and 2 staircases were re-carpeted. I sought estimates from other contractors, but Allen's customer service set him apart. Allen is a straight to the point kind of guy yet very patient. No BS. He worked with me changing ideas along the way and gave us good recommendations for our choices. I absolutely dislike remodeling as design choices are mind boggling for me. His crew Elder was patient with me changing layout of the tiles. Allen and his crew made our projects easier to deal with.

True customer service is defined when there is an issue. Farbod and Allen went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of from beginning to the end. They truly listened to our concerns, and went above & beyond to address our issues. We feel so lucky to have found them for our project. We initially chose Main Street because Farbod has keen eyes on overall design of the house instead of focusing just on the floors. He carries with him calm professionalism and vast knowledge. I met Oscar when he came to my house to give me a quote. A week after that I met him at the showroom and picked out everything. During the renovation process, Oscar was very patient with me. We purchased carpeting for five rooms from Main Street in 2016. We were pleased with the carpet quality and installation until 2018, when we began to notice discoloration at the seams. Main Street sent a technician to investigate, and a second specialist was subsequently brought in to diagnose the problem. It turns out there was a defect in the manufacturing of the carpet. Main Street arranged for a specialist installer to come out and open up the seams, remove the discolored ends, and re-stretch the carpet. It appears to be good as new. This was all done at no cost to us. They stood by their product, and we highly recommend this company.

We used Main Street Kitchen & Flooring twice for our business and were really happy with their work. We opened up a new salon in 2018 in Costa Mesa and they installed the whitest laminate we could find. We then used them again last year to install the same flooring at our original location. Farbod was my point of contact both times and was personable and quick. We also used them to install a new sink and countertop in our original location the second time around. We get a lot of compliments on our floors and the biggest plus is that hair color doesn't stain them.

Main street did an awesome job on my lvf flooring for my house. Farbod was amazing in helping me pick just the right flooring to match my house. And his team did an amazing job on my floors but specifically the stairs and baseboards. He told me I needed to get base boards and he was right. Oh and the best part was their pricing. We bought our house in December 2017 and knew we wanted to change the flooring immediately. It had old carpet and tile downstairs. We shopped around and saw that Main Street had great reviews so we decided to check out their showroom. A lot of places were appointment only to see their showroom. Main Street has a large showroom which you can just walk in and browse thier samples. There we met Farbod who was very nice in helping us with choosing our flooring. He took his time with us and we felt no pressure to rush. We then setup a day where Farbod would come to our house with the samples so we can see what the flooring would actually look like in our home. When he came to our house with the samples, the flooring looked different because of the lighting. Glad we got to see the samples in our house before we committed. We decided to go back to the showroom another day and choose more samples with Farbod. He eventually helped us pick the flooring (engineered hardwood / patterened tile) we've always envisioned. Main Street has their own installers in house and dont contract out to outside installers. This is a good thing because they know and trust everyone working on the install. Mauricio and his crew worked on the installation of the flooring. They were always on time, professional, and kept us updated with all the work going on. The end result turned out perfect. We had a custom tile inlay at our front foyer which turned out beautiful. We are so happy with the finished result! Will definitely use them for all future projects.

My wife and I remodeled our kitchen and had new flooring throughout the first floor. We used Main Street Kitchen & Flooring to do all of the work. Our initial contact was with Farbod Mir. He took care of every detail throughout the remodel which included a complete tear out and installation of new cabinets, counter-tops, and flooring. Everyone we dealt with was respectful of working in our home and thanks to Farbod's attention the project was completed in 3 weeks. I am a contractor and can recognize organization and scheduling. I am very pleased with the work done by Main St. They installed water proof wood look flooring throughout new base boards, 22 LED can lights, and new kitchen cabinet doors. We were helped with design selection and color coordination with all the design options. They were able to accommodate our selection and installation just before the holidays in two days for complete installation of flooring and backsplash, the work quality was just perfect with very detailed installation that we were looking for.
