My partner and I bought a countertop from Luxus for our summer home, and we're thrilled with the outcome. Really torn on this one. The process when we were in the warehouse was straight forward and simple. However, after we left that's when everything went downhill. We were scheduled to have them come out to template. Didn't get a call, email, nothing the day before as we were instructed would happen. Day of, they don't show and when we called they said their template person was sick and we would need to reschedule. However, we were leaving for a trip the next week... They said they would try to get us in that Monday morning before we left and would call either way if they could make it or not make it. Well sadly our trip had to get moved due to sickness but guess who showed up at our house unannounced during a time that we would not have been there originally and still got no call. They did the template and all was well. Then the install date came. We had to call them on the install day because once again - no call the day before like we were told. We were given a time for the afternoon and less than an hour after we got off the phone with them, they cancelled saying their truck broke. Once again we had to reschedule. Finally it comes time again for installation. They did not show in their arrival window - had to call again. They were now running an hour and a half behind and were now due to show up at 4:30pm. The people installing were very nice and clearly exhausted from what I'm assuming was a long day. However, when they left there was glue and silicone all over the place. We had to wait for it to dry and then take it up with razor blades which was an hour of our time. The adhesive used to attach the sink was uneven around the sink edge allowing for grime and dirt to fester there and the silicone edging against our cabinets was rough and inconsistent. We called about these issues and were told the scheduler would call us about them coming to fix it. Never received a call but instead had the installers show up on our front steps, ring our bell, and wake up our child who was napping. The issues were fixed but overall a frustrating process. We love our countertops and have no issues with the actual quality of them. Very happy to be done with this.

Wow!!!! What a great experience at Luxus. The people are great, selection outstanding, service par excellence and pricing competitive! The two women up front, Lori and Adrian, are wonderful. They are super pleasant, very helpful and knowledgeable. I honestly don't think that Adrian has ever had a "bad" day as she is always upbeat and positive. Jeff the "template guy" is knowledgeable and efficient. Knows his business, gets in there and does his thing. I was amazed at the high tech..I honestly thought these guys came in and take physical measurements so very impressed with the laser technology apparatus. The installers, Leo and William, were also terrific. They showed up on time and knew what they were doing. They problem solved on site which is great as things don't always go as planned. Just a great overall experience. Luxus did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. What more can you expect as a consumer. They were also very flexible with scheduling times as I had to cancel one appointment and requested a time slot for the installation which they honored. Great job Luxus ...you do Rhode Island proud!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Hillary, sales associate, at Luxus Marble & Granite. She was friendly & extremely pleasant. Her knowledge and patience was truly appreciated. She made my shopping experience delightful! She is an asset to Luxus Marble & Granite!!! I would highly recommend this great business!!!

My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Everything with the gatekeepers at the front desk( one of them in particular) was fine in the beginning”thank you honey”. “You picked a beautiful piece of stone, it will look magnificent in your kitchen sweetie”. I stupidly paid in full, and then the abuse began. They messed up my order, and when I called to try to get it corrected, I was treated like a second class citizen, was not permitted to get a word in edgewise, and from my standpoint, and my partners,(she witnessed this conversation with Adrienne) verbally abused and threatened. They fixed the screw up in my order, and Adrienne called me to arrange install(all sweet and cute, phony- like. “Can we install Friday?” I said yes, but in morning because I had a consult job in the afternoon. Great. She calls the next day and tells me the installers would be there between 1:30-2:30 on Fri???? I needed to get this installed for the Holidays so Her decision to change the install time cost me a major consulting. She laughed when I asked if she will reimburse me my lost pay due to HER mess up. Like a person before me, I have asked to speak with Mr Pinto, the owner, and all that I get is he’s not here, he’s out of the country. I WILL get him on the phone to make sure that he knows how his company treats its clients. I will NEVER recommend LUXUS to anyone. It’s unfortunate because ultimately I am partially satisfied with my countertops, the installers where awesome, BUT it is not worth the abuse dealt by this woman. She should get some help in how to communicate and LISTEN to customers. Actually, if it were my company, she would never be allowed to be near customers. My apologies for being so wordy, but my experience in this horrible enough that I wouldnt want anyone else to go thru this. There are other fabricators out there, pick one. My advice, don’t pick this one.

I shopped numerous stores looking for the perfect choice for my kitchen counter tops and I chose Luxus. Nikki was by far the best salesperson... she took her time with me walked with me through all the slabs of interest and quoted me prices for all. I left and wanted to go back the next day to think about my choices. I returned and Nikki was AMAZING from start to finish. Upon installation the initial slab had a crack. John, Manager came out to view the crack and John assured me they would have an answer the next day.. they did and a new countertop was put in! It’s beautiful! The customer service I received was outstanding. Nikki and John were both professional and pleasant to do business with!

BUYER BEWARE! One star only because you have to put one to write a review. I had a horrible experience with this company. The girls in the office treat customers horribly. You ask to speak to the owner, Ricardo, and you're told you can't. I will assume they don't want him to know the incompetence that exhumes from his office. I had a piece of butcher block which had been cut incorrectly by almost an inch too wide. When I asked how this would be handled, I was told they would cut my wall!!!!! Can you imagine?? Cut into my wall, by almost an inch, instead of cutting the wood. When I said No, the two installers left everything sitting on my cabinets and walked out the door. I had to contact Sage Surfaces and get it corrected myself. Luxus had to come all the way back and pick up the pieces for a full refund! If this Company is involved, don't you be!
