Our experience with Luxiomer was top notch. Igor and his team we very professional. When we arrived at the warehouse we didn't really know what we wanted. Igor was very helpful in pointing out the differences in counter top options and what would be best for us. We decided on a beautiful slab and within a day, they came out to do the measurements. We received our quote with different options and within a week we had our beautiful counter top installed. Just a great experience all the way around. and everyone we know has said how beautiful the counter is. Now we finish off the backsplash and repaint our cabinets and we have an awesome updated kitchen.

I'd bought a new house that was definitely a fixer-upper, and was planning on doing a full renovation of the kitchen. At Home Depot, I'd purchased cabinets and countertop, but when it came to installation, I realized that Home Depot's in-house contractor had abysmal reviews. I reached out to a few different installers, and most told me they wouldn't install cabinets that I'd ordered elsewhere. Dima at Luxiomer went the other way. He and his employee Sarges meticulously installed our cabinets, ensuring that every single aspect was perfectly lined up. I ended up canceling my countertop order from Home Depot and had Dima order and install the countertop as well. Very happy with our service!

Hired Luxiomer for a granite countertop repair of cracked granite due to a leaky kitchen sink. Was able to schedule a Saturday repair. The results were much better than I had ever expected, and the repair was much more involved than I imagined. Glad I hired Luxiomer before my counters were ruined completely.

This was a relatively tiny job but of course very important to us--our "new" (3-year-old) kitchen counter was chipped on a very visible edge and needed to be fixed. A father-and-son team showed up and did an excellent job of matching the color and pattern. It looks perfect! My granite countertop around kitchen sink has cracks and broken. I had some idea to replace a granite slab and replace the sink with a farmhouse style one. Dima provided valuable suggestion and locate a sink for me. The sink ordered came twice broken. Dima finally went to store and picked up the sink. And he scheduled the installation promptly. Igor and the other stone guy (sorry I could not type the name correctly) came twice and finished installation. The sink and countertop around it now looks very nice.

I hardly ever write reviews, but had such an unexpectedly good experience with Luxiomer that I needed to leave one. We had a short notice request for a simple cut in a granite countertop we were trying to semi-DIY install. We reached out to a few businesses hoping someone would be able to help out, since we didn't have the tools or experience to make the cut ourselves. Luxiomer was able to quickly send over Angel, who was amazing to work with. The initial cut we requested was finished super quickly, with multiple measurements taken to ensure the results would be correct before the cut was performed. Angel was mindful of our open windows, to make sure dust wouldn't be blowing into the house. Even though the initial request was just to perform the quick granite cut, Angel went well beyond what we asked for and gave us great advice for the care going forward. It was a small project, and the initial piece wasn't even purchased from Luxiomer, but the quality and care Angel took with our request was very impressive, and super appreciated by this group of home owners who were slightly in over their heads.

I have been living a range nightmare that involved me hiring an electrician only to realize my countertops didn't have the space that I thought they would to fit the new range. I reached out to several counter top specialists and Luxiomer responded promptly with a competitive quote. They were able to work with my schedule and come out on the requested day and time. Igor and Andrey arrived and made quick work of cutting my countertops while being incredibly mindful of the dust they were kicking up and keeping it to an absolute minimum. Most likely, people who offer YELP reviews do so shortly after installation of the purchased product, usually based upon a lot of immediate emotion. In my case with Luxiomer Stone Gallery of Thousand Oaks, I waited for almost a year to give my YELP review, so here goes. For the review perspective of my countertop installation, it is based upon the professionalism achieved by Luxiomer for critically blending the aesthetics of the distinctive house itself, the design measurements of the kitchen and dining room floorplan, then the material selection, purchase, and installation. But more importantly . . . after nearly a year of such becoming a meaningful part of the home . . . the countertops still rise to the occasion of being an integrated kitchen focal point we daily appreciate. Seriously. At our Old Agoura home, the previous kitchen was wiped out from significant water damages. Everything was removed and the kitchen was completely rebuilt. There were design and installation challenges. The unique constructed home has walls which are slumpstone block. Such presented an unusual opportunity to utilize the uneven interior block surface as a natural backsplash, being a challenge for the countertop material to cleanly mate up to. Patient use of state-of-the-art laser measuring technology and computer software solutions were required to achieve perfection. There were referrals to many countertop suppliers and considerations towards a variety of quality natural materials, but we were never comfortable enough to cultivate a vendor/customer relationship. However, the staff at Luxiomer Stone Gallery was beyond helpful, and in working closely with Yorkin, he visited our home twice to develop the "just right feel" for the ideal countertop material to be selected, as well as formulate the design that resolved all the kitchen layout and utilization parameters. As for the result, the workmanship of the fabrication crew members was superb, the stunning Bordeaux Dream Granite countertops have performed perfectly and after a year look just awesome . . . adding meaningful value to our home. For this vendor/customer relationship, mission accomplished !!! So, it is Five Stars my delayed YELP review. We did a bathroom remodel and had these guys put in the vanity counter top. Not only was it insanely heavy, it also had to be custom cut into a small space. These guys not only did a beautiful, professional job, but they came out the SAME day we called them to do it! Seriously? When does that EVER happen? I not only can't recommend them enough, I'm trying to figure out other house projects to have them come in for.... yes, they are that good. It was a father son team and you can't go wrong.

I worked with Dima on our kitchen redo project. Throughout the process our communications were seamless. Dima answered all my questions and was very thorough on the scope of the job. Before my commitment to the contract, he provided me with a fabrication layout so that I could see how the quartz slabs were cut and connected. It helped me visualize how my countertop and backsplash would look like. Once I was ready Dima immediately scheduled the measurement for the fabrication of the countertop. I was impressed with his fabrication/installation team. They were courteous and professional. They exercised care around my new cabinetry and made sure the quartz was not scratched. Their workmanship was excellent as I am a perfectionist myself. Dima and his team made me feel I was their only client in terms of schedule accommodation. This company makes customer satisfaction a priority and they have the resource to deliver it! They have a team of solid marketing personnel and experienced craftsmen. We needed a granite remnant for the outdoor BBQ we built, after numerous attempts to use a company closer to Oxnard that we had used twice before we gave up. Then we found Luxiomer in Newbury Park. No regrets!! They were great, we found a remnant immediately and my husband made the template to save money and speed up the process. I was on the tail end of a full kitchen and bathroom remodel and needed someone that could provide us with end to end service. The had a great selection of slabs and very competitive prices. From the the time we bought the slab to install it was less exactly one week. That included coming out to measure 2 4x9 kitchen counters, 108x24 bathroom dual sinks, and redoing our fireplace mantel. We were extremely happy with the customer service (Elena is fantastic at keeping in constant communication) and their install team was punctual, a pleasure to work with, and did a great job at cleaning up after they left. I had them order Cambria quartz material for my two countertops and the material was available in less than 2 weeks. We agreed on a demolition and installation schedule date. We are very happy with our Quartz countertops. They are beautiful! The owner is very hands on and showed up as the installers came out to do the install. The pricing we felt couldn't be beat. I had visited local granite & marble yards, but due to. the current climate of higher gas and production costs & what feels like shortages the prices being quoted were much higher to purchase slabs and do fabrication. They also installed our farm sink in the kitchen and our sink in laundry room at additional cost which was very reasonable and competitive. Overall a very positive experience, great pricing with professionalism. A win win, very happy to refer anyone who might be in the market for solid surfaces. Our home is not yet ready, I'll add beautiful photos in the near future.

I can't believe the variety I found either this store. I was looking for something unique and found it! Yorkin and his staff are very professional. Definitely want pressured to buy. He gave me ideas to accentuate the look by putting in some tasteful lighting directly beneath the stone. The natural type stone I selected was naturally translucent in certain areas. They have a huge showroom with an incredible selection of slabs on display, easily the best inventory in Ventura County. But what really sets them apart is the owner's friendliness and dedication. I was on a quest to find a remnant piece of quartz to have fabricated for a 26" vanity. After visiting several other local places I came to Luxiomer. Upon walking into the shop, I was quickly greeted by Anton and Luiza. They showed me their remnant selection and I was shocked at how many there were to choose from compared to the other places I visited. They were extremely helpful and patient in pulling out different pieces so I could match it with my tile. Not only was their selection and service great... the price for the piece, fabrication, delivery and install blew me away. I was very pleased with every aspect from them. These guys are amazing! We were looking for a nice 3x5' slab of granite to finish off an in cove. They had the absolute best selection of remnant pieces to choose from, and at pieces better than anyone else around. The individual that helped us was extremely nice and accommodating. As soon as we walked in he jumped off the phone and asked how he could help. Thanks to his 5 star customer service, we got in and out with our piece in no time. Based off of the reply i got on my original review, The accent of the sales man had NOTHING to do with why I thought he was rude. The way he spoke to me and was LATE to our appointment was extremely rude. I mentioned that we got our fireplace completed for free because of the headaches we went through. I keep getting phone calls to update my review and give more stars but this is my honest opinion based on the experienc we had. I now know 2 other people who did not have an amazing experience and had issues with their stone installation so I am shocked to see so many 5 star reviews. I do not want the company to contact me anymore about this. Yes, they had a cabinet guy come out to fix some of our cabinet stuff for free and yes, they did our fireplace for free. However, there was a lot of miscommunication. The fabricator showed up at our house when we were not told, so we were not home. Also, when I asked if our stone was sealed, we were told that they were not sure so I pressed on it and they sent 2 guys to come out and seal our stone. I understand during constructions things go wrong and nothing is perfect, however I still feel like we are living with certain issues in our kitchen because I don't want to deal with this company anymore.
