I made a purchase at this place and had to return it for an exchange because the size (countertop) was measured wrong. The exchange was done the same day; everything was in great condition, never used. The sales consultant (Drew) said that the exchange would be assesed a 25% restocking fee. I told him, it's an exchange and it's also not a special order item. He said it doesn't matter. Anything that is returned will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. I told him the policy that is written and viewable by the public (posted on the wall), is misleading. His response, "That's something that you'll have to pursue a legal team". I said "That's okay. I don't have time for that. I'll just leave a Google review". Instead of the policy stating "some purchases are subject to a 25% restocking fee," it should say "ALL purchases are subject to a 25% restocking fee". This will be much better for business. Just be honest and clear.

From our visit to the warehouse, to our purchase, and to the demo and final installation of our granite, everything was quick and professional. Tong’s customer service and communication/updates was great as was the the demo and installation crews. We will be back when it is time for our kitchen granite!

The price and selection is hard to beat. Went to one of those LARGE granite, tile & flooring stores, but they did not have a back splash sizing or color like we wanted, but LU granite did! LU granite then arranged for custom cuts to be made for us.

It was great that they allowed me to pickup my counter tops and delivered to the final fabricators before final installation It saved me $75 dollars, nice selection of products great people 👍 😀 👍
