We had a great experience working with L&T to have a custom master bathroom vanity made and installed. The price was quite reasonable. L&T has granite/quartz/etc slabs onsite to choose from, and they also custom cut the slab onsite as well.
The installation went smoothly. The men worked diligently and took literally no breaks until the job was done!
We will definitely work with L&T again!

L&T Kitchen (Angela) did a fantastic job of helping me realize my dream kitchen. I also really love the slow close on my drawers and cabinets

Highly disappointed with L&T Kitchen and Bath!
I am a retired combat veteran and I went to L&T because of their phone etiquette and online ratings. I have been trying to have a kitchen Island done since COVID and it has been extremely challenging to find a company that wants to work your project unless it is worth their time and money.
I spoke to L&T many times over the phone and was excited about my appointment at their show room. I met with L&T Staff at their show room and I was very happy and ready to move my project forward. I needed to send a few pictures online and follow up with L&T before finalizing the project details.
After returning home and sending the details, I spent the next few days/weeks attempting to follow-up with L&T regarding the project but all I received were crickets.
As I mentioned, I am very disappointed with L&T Kitchen and Bath and would not recommend them due to their lack of response and care for potential customers.

I've been dreaming of renovating our 70's era kitchen for many years. After careful consideration and a recommendation from a friend, we chose L&T to for our new kitchen install. We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and displays in the showroom. And the install crew was meticulous and did an amazing job putting everything in where we had planned, asked questions about the details, and made sure to keep things tidy as they worked. Here's a snippet of what they did... and one old pic for comparison. We did the demo of old cabinets and soffits as well as pulled up old tile flooring in preparation for new cabinet install by L&T. I'm so thankful for the L&T crew for helping make me one happy wife!

This was the worst contracting experience I've ever had. I own rental properties and have overseen renovations on eight units, including two homes. Stay away from this company. Mistakes happen, but I expect a business to take pride in their work and care about their reputation. This company does not.
I paid a premium to have quartz countertops and a matching quartz backsplash installed. (I'm embarrassed to say how much.) A very lovely man sold me the quartz, but the installation was a disaster. Two men showed up and appeared to be overwhelmed and confused. They ripped out the old slab of granite and tossed the fragments on our front lawn. The granite, which became very hot in the sun, left unsightly patches of dead grass.
When the men finished, I was stunned. The backsplash was two inches shy of the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. The seam of the quartz slab behind the vent was smack dab in the middle. Rather than the hood concealing the seam, the seam ran behind the vent, drawing the eye to the division. Even worse, they didn't continue the slab to the ceiling but stopped an inch below the crown molding. They left glue splotches all over the walls. They did not include an outlet cutout behind the vent hood. The backsplash slab near the ceiling also jutted out about a quarter inch because they used too much glue, and it didn't sit flush with the wall.
I called the salesman who agreed the work was subpar but told me it was out of his hands as he only sells the product. After a lot of back and forth, the owner of the company finally came to the house. He said his regular installer was out with COVID and rather than cancel, he sent two less experienced workers.
He offered me a $500 discount if I accepted the work as is. I was shocked. Didn't he care about his reputation? Didn't he care how this reflected on his company? After a lot of cajoling, he reluctantly replaced the backsplash quartz slab behind the vent and added molding under the cabinets to hide the gap. However, I only realized after the second slab went up, that there was supposed to be a hole for an outlet behind the vent. (This was my first experience with a quartz backsplash.)
I called back the owner and he said he couldn't add the hole for the outlet without replacing the entire slab. I also complained that the slab didn't go to the ceiling. He insisted both these issues were my fault because I didn't ask them to do these things. But they're the experts. I had no clue these would be issues until I had a contractor try to install the hood. It was costly to hire an electrician to put an electric box inside the vent because there isn't an outlet hole, and a contractor to try to hide the weird gap between the backsplash and the ceiling. It still looks weird.
The end product was subpar. I've had friends and neighbors ask who did the work just so they know to stay away from this company.
UPDATE: A woman who works for this company called after I posted this review. As a courtesy I returned the call. She proceeded to yell at me for 15 minutes then abruptly hung up. I do think she made a fair point in the midst of her tirade. I should have included the date of this work. The install was finished in July of 2022. I rarely write negative reviews, especially for a local business, but I'm still that frustrated over this experience. This review is only to caution others. I'm not seeking anything from the business. I already spent well over $1,000 to pay an electrician and a contractor to clean up their poor work. This is on top of the more than $12,000 I paid for the countertops. (I've intentionally left out the name of the woman who called and the salesman so as not to make this personal.)

We had our kitchen redone and reconfigured. We completely love the end product. They installed the most beautiful cabinets and countertops. Our favorite piece of the kitchen was the customized and hand crafted hood. With a project this size - there will be bumps - but in our case they were minor and swiftly rectified. They were easy to work with and our kitchen looks like a picture out of a magazine!

I ordered my new kitchen with Ryan Hennessy, he helped me a lot to choose right things. Demolition itself and installation of new kitchen was done very fast. I had a new kitchen in one week! Same crew did both demolition and installation. They were very professional, cleaned everything after finishing work, it was a pleasure to watch them working. I had a couple of estimates and their price was the most affordable. Thank you, guys!

Tentative review- so far I have had Ryan come out to the house to measure and gave me a quote for 2 different cabinets. I took John into the showroom to have him see the cabinets too- since he was working when Ryan came out to our house. We picked a color and put our deposit down and was given a countertop company to go browse- Granite Depot is who they work with. I was highly recommended to another countertop company and we shopped both and finally decided just yesterday who to go with.
Ryan has been great so far- my only ding is that he impresses his opinions about cabinets and sinks and such and while his expertise is noted and appreciated, his recommendations didn't match mine all of the time- so please, go with what you want- don't let anyone talk you out of your vision. That being said- we are scheduled for cabinet install for mid September. I will be sure to update my review after the install. So far, I like working with L&T.

We had our kitchen remodeled about 6 years ago using this company. The saying you get what you paid for holds true. Do no waste your money by going with this company. The craftsmanship is poor. They do not stand behind their work. The cabinets look rich on the outside but are crappy and poorly built.

Does L&T Kitchen and Bath offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, L&T Kitchen and Bath performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does L&T Kitchen and Bath provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, L&T Kitchen and Bath, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact L&T Kitchen and Bath in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
