We wanted to add a sink on one of our granite countertops in the kitchen. We were very worried about the granite getting damaged because this piece matches the rest of the kitchen granite. We found Lorton Granite and asked a lot of questions about the process. This project involved removing a large piece of granite, getting it to their warehouse, cutting the sink hole, then bringing the slap back and mounting the sink. We emphasized our concerns several times, and gave them several opportunities to pass on the project. I was sure something would go wrong... Well, they executed with perfection. The techs were professional and careful. The cut is beautifully done and perfectly smooth. The location of the whole is exactly where we wanted it. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. They offered a price that was a few hundred less than another company who has many good reviews and much more less than a couple other quotes I got which were completely ridiculous. They delivered the correct material ordered. I built a deep refrigerator panel which was in place for final measure and template, but they showed up with a piece for a shallower depth fridge panel that had a partial roundover and installers had to cut it down to make flush. I should have told them to just leave and and cut it myself because the cut was done with a grinder and did not turn out perfect. I really wanted that particular cut to be flush and perfect because it meets a wood panel with no tile or backsplash to cover edge. The installers were in a rush and kept trying to leave when I noticed some fabrication issues that required correction. There were several spots that did not get polished out correctly during fabrication and a couple small scratches that could not be resolved. They tried to fix the issues very fast and it seemed to look better after the fix but my eyes are aging and I am not entirely positive that it absolutely perfect. The owner assured me this expensive quartz material would be more durable than the old black galaxy granite, but I am already noticing scratches from the dog trying to get to food and the black galaxy actually seems to be a little harder material after all so I am not sure how the Cambria will look after 20 years compared to the granite it replaced. I thought the quartz we chose was some of the most durable material you could buy from my research and the owner's advice. This is not really their fault, I am going to contact Cambria and see what they say about the scratches. I was going to try and use their services again for some vanity tops that I need because they offer very good pricing, but they seem to be out of business all of a sudden. I would recommend them because they have the best prices, but make sure to closely inspect during installation because their workers seem to go really fast and might not be the best quality, hence the low price.

Amazing and Fantastic - Anez and Godze have been very nice, friendly and professional to work with and we would highly recommend their services. They showed us their vast selection of stones and also let us select the granite slab from their warehouse, for our kitchen countertops. The measurements taken were very accurate and they gave us an installation date within a week. The crew who came to install did a perfect and outstanding job with the demolishing of the older countertop, and replacing it with the new one - they were very polite and friendly, as well. Anez personally drove down all the way from Lorton to check on the work, and is something we never expected or have seen from anyone in the business. We highly highly recommend Anez and his team - this is truly a business with a lot of heart !!!

Fantastic experience! Godze and Musa were delightful!! Everyone I met who worked for the company was very professional. Everything was explained in simple terms. I redid my kitchen and they did a fantastic job measuring and cutting the granite. Installation was smooth as silk and the project only took less than a week from when they measured. I am 100% satisfied. I don’t know how they do it. They were cheaper than the competition with faster turnaround times. I could not be happier with the results!! I will absolutely be using them for future projects. I chose the Blue Flower granite for pictures reference.

Be careful, they take your money upfront and do not complete the work. Enes scheduled and cancelled eight times (I checked the texts)to complete a job that he said would only take 30 minutes. I finally gave up and hired another company to complete the work because the back and forth and empty promises were exhausting.

Very professional with attention to detail. They have a huge selection of beautiful stones. They had the best prices I could find. The job was completed on schedule and on time. Enes is very polite and friendly. He took the time to make sure my job was done correctly. He even drove over and hour to my home after the job was done to make sure the it was done right. I highly recommend this business and I plan on hiring them again in the near future.

The telephone number listed doesn’t work. They haven’t finished my work I’ve paid for almost a year later. I have to walk in to get a hold of them and they promise to get it finished. They then never reach out. I have to walk in again and they say they’ll finish it, but then nothing.

This is the second time I've used Lorton Granite and if I ever move again (which I hope I don't) I would use them a 3rd time. I had a tricky travel schedule and they made an effort to work around my time. The countertops are great and the price was awesome! UPDATE: 3/8/2023 About 10 months after installation, I found a chip in the quartz countertop. I was told after installation that there is a one-year warranty on all parts and labor. I contacted them to try and resolve the issue of the chip, at which point I was initially told it is not covered. Despite several texts and sending in pictures per their request, I have been given no solution, and they are no longer responding to my messages. While my initial experience with them was very good, it was disappointing to realize that they are not standing by their warranty and their customer service post installation is poor. As you can see in the picture of the chip is not big, but they're unwillingness to help resolve it while under warranty is quite disappointing. Update: 6/16/2023 After much debate with the company, they eventually sent someone to fix the chips, which I do appreciate. Sadly, Hal one of the office staff there, was less than professional as he sent me multiple unpleasant text messages in the process. Enes was way more pleasant and professional in navigating the situation. Bottom line, the company is a good from a price point and their work is solid. Please clarify with them what is actually covered in their one-year warranty to avoid a similar situation. Hal is ok to work with when everything is smooth but at the first sign of problems/tension I would encourage you to speak with someone else.

I strongly suggest this company if you want to renew your kitchen countertop. The quality of the stone and materials are top on the line. They are fast and respectful and they also support costumer after installation. I got quotes from multiple companies, none of them could compete with this one. The value of their work is appreciated.

PROJECT: replacement of bathroom vanity countertop w/quartz This is a great company. Top notch customer service offered by Enes and Godze (not sure about the spelling of their names). They are always unfailingly professional, polite and responsive. They walked me to their "shop" in the back - the area where all the stone is cut - and allowed me to look at the slabs - AND allowed me to take home a sample so I could decide which one worked best in my home. They fit me into their schedule relatively quickly as well. Not next day but within the week. The crew was professional, showed up on time and finished the work quickly. Here's where they really earned their 5 stars. There was a very small portion of the sink where the enamel seemed to be chipped off. I called them - sometimes you just don't see these things till later and they arranged for someone to come right out to fix. Enes very politely asked the location and indicated the damage could have been done by the plumber. They could have made things very difficult and we could have gone and forth but he didn't. Enes sent a crew (I called him on a Saturday) and he had someone out in the next couple of days to replace the sink. That's the hallmark of a company that prides themselves on a job well done and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The picture does not do justice to how nice the countertops turned out. Really impressed by the company.

These guys are fantastic. Very high quality and professional at a very good price. These guys did such a great job and the turn around was fast. They gave me the best of three prices and installed quickly there after with a high quality install. I would definitely recommend. They even called to tell me I had over payed and sent me the difference!!

Had granite countertops installed two days ago, but they were not the color selected. A representative came to my home and provided some samples, and I was trying to decide between 3 colors. The same day, I made my decision and selected Santa Cecilia Light (see below), but when the installers arrived a couple of days later, I realized they had brought another color altogether. I asked the installers what the name of the color was and was told it was the Santa Cecelia Light. They contacted the manager right away, and concluded that it was a misunderstanding between myself and the representative on the name of the color. I reluctantly agreed to keep the incorrect color, because I did not want the company to experience a loss of so much material that has been cut to the dimensions of my home. Also. I am selling my home and it won't be mine for much longer. Later that day, I looked on their website and found that the one I selected was the right one. I contacted the manager and requested that she remedy the situation, but she refused. I am beyond disappointed that I was lied to by this group of people. The only reason I did not give this company one star is because the installers did fine putting in the materials. However, I would never work with this company again. My advice is take your money elsewhere to people who would respect your choices and honor their contract.

With most construction work, the mantra of a competent tradesmen is to measure twice, cut once. With a countertop fabricator, working with expensive materials that can't be reused if cut wrong, that is essential. Lorton clearly did not ascribe to this philosophy; basically everything they cut, they had mis-measured and done a sloppy job on. After they recut, and screwed up, our counters multiple times, our contractor had to fire Lorton and hire a different fabricator. Do not use them under any circumstances. To give the full list of screw ups: - They broke the slab for our bathtub surround while fabricating it, and we had to find two matching replacement slabs. - When they cut our vanity originally, the sinks were visibly off center on the cabinets. One was probably 1"+ off and the other more like 1/2". - Before they cut the vanity a second time, we had asked multiple times for them to double check the measurements, and indeed to send us a diagram for how they planned to cut it so we could double check. They did not do this, and showed up late at night, unannounced, and installed a vanity countertop that was again noticeably off center. - They installed the faucet for our kitchen sink about 1" off center - The overhangs for our kitchen counters varied wildly between about 1/4" and 3/4". - We had a mitered edge on our kitchen countertops that they did a pretty hit or miss job of matching. They definitely didn't do a clean 90" angle on it, and at least one corner was chipped. - They made a mess installing and didn't protect the surroundings at all, leaving a bunch of dirt and epoxy stuck to our bathroom tile and empty food containers laying all over the work site. All in all, they probably wasted about $20k in slabs because they broke them or mis-measured cutting them, and even the work we didn't have to replace was sloppy. We were lucky we could find replacements slabs in the material we picked out to have a competent fabricator redo the work and that our contractor ate the cost, but I would not risk using Lorton ever again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have never seen such a disorganized, down right deceitful company before. They missed FOUR installation dates, brought the wrong granite on the only occasion that they did make it, promised a refund then claimed they had a fire. The excuses have been incredible: technician error, fire at warehouse, ran out of gas, dropped my granite off truck and cracked it...seriously BUYER BEWARE!! I am happy to share text messages from "Joe" & "Enes". i will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
