Had the displeasure of meeting one of their vehicles on the highway. Disrespectful, terrible, aggressive drivers. Grown men hanging out their windows flipping me off while I’m taking my kids to school. Definitely do not let these trashy low-lives in your house. They clearly don’t care how they represent this company which must be a direct reflection of owner/management. If their employees will act this way in public, their private behavior must be undoubtedly worse.

Marie - Work done 8/17/20 I worked with Lisa, who answered all my questions regarding my project. I was replacing my current laminate countertop, and I had chosen the Crema Mascarello Radiance laminate from Formica for my kitchen countertops.The service at the office was great. Lisa was professional, courteous, and helpful. My installation was scheduled (3) weeks later. Fred, Albert, and Jimmy (who took care of the plumbing) were right on time. They were very careful with my home. It took them approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hr to do the job. I was so impressed and pleased with the workmanship, the professionalism, and the care, that these guys put into their work. If I have any countertop project in the future, I will sure call on Lee's Counter Tapp. Thank you, Lisa, Fred, Albert, and Jimmy. Keep up the good work!!!

I am in the process of remodeling both of my bathrooms. I am trying to do most of the work myself. I have 36" vanities, but wanted just a bit larger countertop with a smaller undermount sink. After shopping at multiple places, I was getting frustrated with the crazy high prices for the slightest customization. I went to Lee's Counter Tapps Tops and was greeted with excellent service and a very reasonable estimate. I was able to provide drawings and my own sinks and the countertops were ready to pick-up with little wait time. They did a beautiful job, with excellent communication. I won't hesitate to recommend them, or use them again. Thanks!

Love this place, a stunning experience from beginning to end, they actually listened and guided us through the whole experience. The salesman (Randy), who did not attempt to sell anything, helped us to choose a granite countertop and answered a whole bunch of questions. Next the measuring/laser people (Chris) answered even more questions and finally the installation crew (Angel, Padro, & Jose). This crew went above and beyond, first they used 45 year caulk (Amazing!) and situated the stone to my suggestion. Kudos to the whole team for a job that is just amazing!

My husband and I wanted to refresh our dining room table which had chipped wood veneer with a wood grained Formica product, we are grateful to Lee's for accepting this custom project. We just received the table today, not only was it a quick turnaround but it looks absolutely amazing. We had three different types and colors of countertop in our kitchen and dining areas. We had looked into getting countertops and having them and installed through Home Depot or Lowe's. Their installations were scheduling 12 weeks out. Lee's Counter Tapps Tops were recommended to us. They were able to get the countertop style we wanted and it was installed within 3 weeks. We were very pleased with the final product and installation that Ruben and Albert completed. We liked our countertops in our kitchen and dining area so well that we decided to put the same countertop in our bathrooms. Jose and Adrian did a great job on the installation. We will be recommending Lee's Counter Tapps Tops to anyone that is interested in replacing or adding countertops.

Great experience from beginning to end; shopping, selecting, ordering, and installation. Staff is knowledgeable and patient with many questions, and also offer information for better choices. The measuring appointments were simple and non-intrusive. Installation crew was professional, did a great job with demo and install. Fantastic job cleaning up after, left no evidence of their visit other than the amazing new countertops.

I had a great experience with Lee's countertops. I wanted to replace my laminate with quartz. I went to their show room and picked out the color I wanted. They promptly came out to measure and started fabrication. The entire fabrication process took about 5-6 weeks. The day of install they came and demolished my old counters at 7am and the installers and plumber came immediately after that. Everything was said and done by 11am/noon. I did lots of price comparing and they were by far the best price and very professional! Highly recommend.

I did much research and ended up at Lee's. Lisa was my salesperson and the customer service was wonderful. I ordered my top and was told it would be 2-3 weeks before I got it. Was ready in 1 week, I was surprised and happy. My construction person picked it up and did the install. Unfortunately one edge was not rounded and very sharp. Even though Lee's didn't do the install, after a couple of phone conversations and Lisa's help, this company sent out a crew and in just a few minutes they had the sharp edge issue fixed and went the extra mile. I would definitely use them again and their counter top prices are really reasonable.

I had Lee's Countertops install in 1997. So in 2020, I had Lees replace the countertops. Both times I had an great experience. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. Install was about 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. The installers arrived on time at 7 AM. Got right to work and were completed in 3 hours. Countertops look awesome and every detail is correctly finished. I am very pleased

Lee's did the most amazing job on my Moms kitchen with new quartz countertops. The service was all on time and was perfect upon completion. Left her backsplash and fit the new material like a glove. Put a granite composite sink in and it looks great. I dont know what else they could of done to please Mom more. Denice

Lee's completed our countertop installation on 2-21-2018. They did a phenomenal job and was on time with all project dates. Kristina helped us at the store and she was great! Answered all questions and gave us a great amount of insight while we chose our counters. Chris cans out and did all the measurements. He was real educated on his profession and was fun to talk to. The installation crew were polite and courteous of our neighbors. All in all it was a great experience and I would use them again!

Lee's went above and beyond for me. My countertops look way better than my expectations. Freddy was the person helping me, and he suggested I go look at the granite slabs in person to be sure about my decision, and in case there were any variations in shade and color from the samples. BEST RECOMMENDATION EVER!!! not only did they pull out my #1 choice for me to see, they pulled out my #2 choice to look at as well without me asking. THANK GOD. Changed my mind on the spot. The lady there even brought me out an actual cut piece with the same edge I chose to see more what it would look like in my home. The attention to detail, and everyone's true desire to please the customer set them apart from the rest. The installation was smooth, and fast. Everything professionally installed, and looks terrific. From start to finish, I have been beyond happy with my entire experience. I cried when I looked at my kitchen all done up! Thank you so much!

I am very happy with my countertop from Lee's and would definitely use them again. The showroom has a huge selection of different surfaces, best I've come across, and you can take home samples. The showroom staff was very helpful and efficient. I was prompted to write a review because I must mention Mark the installer. He did an excellent job, and was very neat and professional.

Lee's Quality Counter Tops was incredible. They came recommended by a family member who had a great experience years previously. I initially was going to reface the cabinets in the kitchen of a home I had two weeks to remodel and replace the dated counter tops. After going to the showroom and selection the design I wanted, they came out to measure to manufacture the counters. Unfortunately, I put the cart before the horse. After ordering the counter tops, I decided to replace all the cabinets instead and made some adjustments in the design of the kitchen. Graciously, they came out to remeasure (at no extra cost) and were able to turn around the order in less than a week. From ordering the counters to installation, I was very pleased with the entire experience. Highly recommended!

I bought new countertops at Lowe's and was happy with the process. This company installed them and did an overall professional job. But, in the process of installing the small piece between the stove and refrigerator, the installer hit the corner of our year old refrigerator putting a small dent on the edge of the door. I called them when I saw it, they sent someone out to check out the damage. That was the end of it, I called Lowe's 3 times to let them know, called Lee's 3 times, nothing happened. No apology, no consideration for the damage... A small credit towards the installation would have been acceptable, acknowledgment of the damage caused.

I used LCTT for a remodel at my previous home. They did good work so I did not hesitate to call them for a remodel on my new home. They come to your home for a pre-measure to ensure they get the proper amount of material. We went to the showroom twice to choose the material we desired for the countertops. (the first choice became unavailable, hence two visits). The material we chose looks great. The workmanship falls short. I contacted LCTT and they had a representative come by to investigate the workmanship. He left saying the workmanship is within the ROCs (Registrar of Contractors) guidelines. I was not pleased with the answer so I decided to call other counter installers and they all agree the workmanship by LCTT was simply a bad job and the excuses are only a means to avoid having to fix the error. I called LCTT again and spoke to the owner (Kurt). He, too, said the work is within the ROCs guidelines and went on to say because of notches were used to set the black splash in place which is why there is a 1/4 gap between the wall and the backsplash. I argued that a template to cut accurately would prevent any gaps. I am pretty handy with in-home projects so I know how to make accurate cuts. These guys do this for a living, this is their craft, they should know how to do this. The owner was not interested in making good on the issue, he rests on the workmanship falling within the ROCs acceptance. Before I ended our conversation, I asked him... if this was the quality of work performed for family members, or close friends, home if he would settle on this workmanship being acceptable, he skated around the question. I, unfortunately, have to accept this error and live with it every day. I placed a decorative jar in front of it so I don't have to see it. If you're ok with, just ok, hire the ROC, they might get it right for less.

They made many table tops for our business and did the bare minimum to get by. The plywood substrate was left raw with splinters and was not even lightly sanded. We also expected that the bottoms would have been finished with laminate or a backing layer- at least the industry standard. It wasn't. They charged a premium for a poor job. They didn't care that the tops didn't meet our needs. I will stay away from this business for our future products.

I had heard great things about Lee's and had a great experience at the showroom and the guy who came out to measure, the quote, they had the granite I wanted and since it wasn't stock they could also do my bathroom with the slabs we needed. I told them in advance that I wanted the install done in a certain time frame (well over 9 weeks in advance) when I wanted the install done. Was told fine, and I also made it clear I wanted to use their plumber. The person handling our scheduling and account was a nightmare, getting everything confused, he had the date messed up, when the installers came they said they had no record of the plumber being ordered....I was furious. We were leaving the next day and had a petsitter coming and they needed water. Flying phone calls with a manager and they arranged for the plumber to come the next day first thing in the morning. Install went well, everything looked great, but I should have looked closer. You can see every seam in the granite....yes, I know if you look you can find seams, but his is very noticeable. But overall, I like my counters. The plumber they use, however, is another story entirely. He showed up and complained the entire time he was here. The bathroom he had to put a faucet in is small and he is a large man....he complained the entire time. Same while he was working in the kitchen. We had to leave before he was done, and our petsitter said he left a gigantic mess she had to clean up.....not only that, this plumber left us with tiny leaks in both the kitchen and the bathroom.....so, I liked my granite, and the price, but the handling of the whole thing was less than smooth, and they need to find a different plumber to contract out. The work was done in December, I am just getting around to writing this because I was cleaning and noticing all the bad seams.

On June 26th, 2019 I called Lee's to order a new top for the kitchen. A guy by the name of Randy came out and measured the existing top. He was very professional and knew what I needed. He did an excellent job measuring and paying attention to details. They called to set up installation date and time. The craftsmanship of the top is amazing, their shop did a fantastic job. Here is where things took a drastic turn for the worst. On July 18th, 2019 the installer whos name is Fred. Fred was rude and argumentative with a bad attitude and poor work ethics. When I tried to stop him from cutting for the sink he started arguing with me. I stopped and said nothing after that. He ended up cutting the hole too larger which I could see that before it was even cut. The sink barely covers the opening and has very little support on the surface of the top. Background on me. I have been in the construction trade since 1978 doing trim work and as an installer for a predominate custom fixture and furniture shop. I joined the union in 1984, finished a 4-year apprenticeship in 2 years granting me journeyman status. I have been certified in solid surface installations as well as many other required certifications. I retired in 2012. On July 19th, 2019 Kent from Lee's office came to check it out. I busted him on a lie about sink manufactures specifications but didn't make an issue of it. I'd like to see him prove that to a judge. They will not fix the top which would require a total replacement. Whatever happened to measure twice cut once? The installers helper measured the existing opening for the sink and relayed the correct measurements to Fred. Keep in mind they did a great job building the top at their shop. The installer messed it up. They will fight tooth and nail to cover up their mistakes and still get paid. No pride no accountability and a total lack of respect for customers needs. Back in the day companies used to offer quality and service to command a buck, Today it's what we can get away with and still get the dollar. Bottom line, When hiring any contractor make sure to document everything with notes, calls to and from the contractor and take plenty of photos.

On 12. 22.20 Not one of the employee was wearing a mask when I walked in however; when one approached me he put one on. I was asked to put a mask on and I explained that due to my medical condition I could not wear one. The sales associate was very short with me and offered no assistance, he kept backing away from me he then left and made a phone call. I was then told I would need to leave if I didn't wear a mask. I pointed out the fact that no one in there was wearing a mask and the sales associate said they wear one when they are with customers. Is that the way it's supposed to work? So 6-8 people in there not one wearing a mask, zero regard for my health, oh and they LOCKED the door behind me. So much for trying to support a local company. No good deed goes unpunished.

I was talking with a very rude guy name James smith I ask him I had purchased 9 slabs and if they could do fabrication he said yes but were out til December okay I told him let me talk to my wife ill call you with in the hour I call back and to set up a template and he replied well every one is gone you can't even set up a template now you have to call back tomorrow really it's 4:10 i felt like telling him get you butt up and check schedule I'm just trying to get my slabs fabricated like I told you and that I would call you back to set up a template it was useless to call back I felt like he had me in a rush like if he had to go he was not professional at all

I don't have a lot to say about this company other than I would never work with them again. The company was used by the contractor that we hired to do our remodel. I guess the first mistake that we made was selecting the granite from a sample in the contractor's showroom. We should have gone to the actual company that had the slabs on display. Anyway, we selected Saint Cecilia White. They came in, measured, and then returned the next day with the granite. They installed it and left. For several days, weeks, afterwards, the counters had a gritty feel. It didn't matter how much sealant, or cleaning I did, the gritty feeling returned. I spoke to a representative about it. My contractor came out with the representative and no matter how I explained and told him how I even kept it covered so there would be no dust, he didn't respect my complaint. I was insulted and humiliated. I said no more. They never replaced it. My contractor eventually used a different company and the granite was replace. Be careful with whom you do business. It may cost you financially and emotionally.

Measured twice and still wrong! Counter top installer let me know it was measured incorrectly. The overhang has one rounded edge and one straight edge that looks awkward. The installers said they can cut the other side but the backsplash will be short on the other end. Ron or Roy at Lee's did not care at all and was nice and rude about it.

Do not ever use this company. Their customer service is horrible and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I ordered a custom counter top through Lowe's which contracts with this company. I submitted my measurements and receive the counter tops about 4 weeks later. I had a personal contractor install the counter tops, but when he went to do that, he told me that one of the pieces was over 6 inches short. The original measurements were correct, they cut the piece wrong. Lowe's contacted them to make a new piece and they did. They delivered it to my house and Lowe's had asked them to place the counter top in and secure it. When they arrived, the man told me he would not do that and that he would only place the counter top in the spot it belonged. In addition, he made a comment about how it was not the responsibility of the company to install the counter because if I had purchased a faucet that was broken, Lowe's would not send out a plumber. SO DISRESPECTFUL and so far from the truth! I ordered CUSTOM counters not a boxed faucet! The company told Lowe's they would offer them a small amount of money for the inconvenience of this, but it would not even cover the cost of a contractor to come out and do the work. Thankfully Lowe's covered the cost. But, when I attempted to call and speak to someone about the issue to discuss my concerns, I got the run around. I was told the owner did not have a cell phone and that it would take at least 3 days for him to get back to me. I called again a few days later to again be told that he was not available. I finally left a message and promised I would be putting in a BBB complaint and got a call from the GM of the company. He spoke down to me and basically told me that because I purchased the counters through Lowe's that I was not one of their customers and they did what they should have done. Overall, don't use them - they have no respect for customers, their time or their funds. Their response to me was that they remade the counter top and offered a measly amount of money for the inconvenience that would not even cover my costs of hiring someone new.

What a horrible nightmare!! The company we hired to add a bathroom to our house used this company for the sink countertop and shower panels. To make a long story short, after they broke the shower panels 4 times and broke the sink counter top they finally were able to install the shower panels and sink top and they did such a horrible job we demanded that our contracting company rip it out and find a different company to use. They also left huge messes in our house and outside our house in the street. The workers that showed up were rude and unpleasant to be around. BEWARE of this company! I have photos showing what a horrible job they did.

Horrible place! Customer service is awful! Lead time was drastically under quoted and communication was non existent! There were several times during my order in which I should have been called and informed that something went wrong and my order would be related, and I wasn't. I had to call to find out status just to hear bad news. After several weeks of waiting for my order to be completed, I was told that the color and the edge I picked wasn't working and I needed to pick another color. I did, and they charged me! Fine...I just wanted it over. Its Friday and it's install day, even though I was told that my order would finally be ready for install that Wednesday...but OK. Let's just get this done. The installers come in 2 hours before the time I was told they would arrive and put glue all over my NEW cabinets BEFORE they even brought in the countertops and when they did, the order was WRONG. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? So, now they have to try and wipe the glue off my cabinets and I had to wait an hour to get a manager to call me back just to say that they weren't going to be able to fix the order and wouldn't be able to come back out with until Monday. They weren't willing to appease us at all, so we cancelled. Luckily they refunded the money we paid, which was just about the only thing they did right. I will never, ever, ever, ever use do business with a place like this. This place is the worst. You want great service and honest people? Go to Axis Interiors.

We have not had a great experience with Lee's Quality Counter Tops. A number of years back we had an estimator come out and measure for new LG Hy Macs counter tops which are very similar to Corian. We agreed to a price and they set up installation. Turns out when they arrived to install the estimator named George had measured incorrectly and they were short on the piece that had been cut for installation. So instead of ordering a new complete counter top they said putting in a seam with an additional piece on the short section would be fine and we would not even see it. Well this was ok for awhile but soon the seam started to separate so we called them requesting they replace the counter top and they said no they can repair it. So another installer came out and fixed the seam and it looked fine again. But, yet again, after a period of time it started to separate. Once again they refused to replace the entire counter top and another installer came out and repaired it. Not to bore you but this happened two more times and they still would not replace the entire counter top after it was their estimator who made the measuring mistake and nothing we have done to the counter. Please note they also installed this seam directly above the dishwasher which obviously heats up and over time causes the seam to separate. Amazing huh! Well, it is separating again and when we call Lee's now they refuse to do anything as they are stating a new owner purchased the company since the last time we called in and he is saying he will not do anything as the counter is not longer under warranty. Listen genius!! It was the previous owner and one of his estimators who made the original mistake that started this but you purchased the company and inherited anything that comes with it. Your refusal to honor correcting this is atrocious customer service and will certainly not earn you any goodwill or referrals from anyone we know or from anyone we can reach with this story to warn them about what to expect customer service wise from your company. Buyer beware!

Had quartz countertops installed by these guys and they did a horrible job. They put a countertop seam in the middle of the workspace (almost all GOOD companies put these in the corners), and wouldn't fix it or do anything about it. After complaining, they said they could fix if for an additional $1000, since they didn't order enough slabs from the beginning. This is why their prices were lower than other places, because they underestimate the amount of product needed for a GOOD install. I demanded they come out and fix it, but instead they threatened us with a lien on our house haha. For spending $5K, this is the worst customer service I have ever heard of. Unbelievable.
