About a year and half ago I had ordered some laminate from here for my kitchen and really appreciated the customer service I experienced here. Well fast forward to now and the genuine customer service hadn’t changed when I walked in the door today. I just needed a smaller piece of laminate for a remodeling project and fortunately they had scrap pieces I could buy. This helped me greatly as I had already stopped by Habitat and wasn’t able to find any at two of their locations. Joanne who helped me before was still there and helped me again. I was able to get a good piece to finish my project. Thank you!

Good supply/ selection of various countertops and materials. Fairly knowledgeable about materials used and durability of each. Given samples to take home and compare. I haven't had them do the job yet, currently busy, but plan is in the works. Here's the update. We purchased a very nice Corian countertop to complement the kitchen and the technician came in for digital mapping and measuring, then once the order was placed and installation scheduled, the day promised arrived and they were on hand and ready to go. The result was a very nice looking top, professionally installed. Sorry, didn't take the photos necessary for an overall look, just an impromptu one.

This place is amazing! They offered competitive pricing to the big box stores and old-fashioned customer service. The entire staff made the experience truly enjoyable. Lakewood Countertops staff was interested, prompt, more than fair in pricing and have the best install crew in the business. They also have excellent customer service and the general contractor Mike did a great job. I highly recommend this local business than going to the big guys

We just had Lakewood Countertops do our kitchen counters. The job turned out beautifully, and I cannot say enough good things about the people who work there. We received five-star customer service from Mike, and all the employees were professional and pleasant. The installers knew what they were doing, and all promised timelines were met. This is an excellent company.

Very professional from selection to design to installation. End result was more than expected. Couldn't be happier with our choice of vendors. We we're given kind of a "cool" response by the big counter names in town since it was not a large job. Lakewood's staff was interested, prompt, more than fair in pricing and have the best install crew in the business. Ask for MIKE, BRYCE and JOE for the install. They were fantastic! Clean, organized, skilled and we ended up with the perfect install. Would definitely recommend to others.

Hired Lakewood counters to do the kitchen and bathroom. Was skeptical at first due to having to deal with a bad company before. Looks great and the price was fair. Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was one thing that kind of went side ways ( it happens) and they fixed it quickly same day. Would give them six stars and highly recommend..💯

Good sales, good installation of countertop, sink and stove. We had a bit of a challenge installing the new downdraft fan involving several service calls over a six week period. Lakewood Countertops and their installers seemed interested in getting the job done to our satisfaction. Installation seems adequate, though downdraft fan and blower (purchased through third party) do not perform nearly as well as those originally in place.

Rich is absolutely amazing. Very easy to work with and so helpful. My countertops are perfect and they provided me with some cost saving options. I definitely recommend Lakewood Countertops. You wont be disappointed
