Did a lot of damage to my house while installing. I told them that was unacceptable and they needed to repair the damage or give me a partial refund for the cost of repairs. I was told they would not. see pictures below. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else not to use them either.

They have installed granite in a kitchen remodel and quartz in a bathroom for us at different times. Their prices are reasonable, large selection of products, and installation was professional and timely. We are working on another bathroom and we will be using them again!

It is without a doubt the best option when choosing a change in your kitchen. The best prices are very adjustable and accessible. The attention they have towards the customer is very attentive. I recommend that you ask for their estimate. It is free of charge, but know in advance what you will choose. some type of stone that they have are beautiful and like me they left me impressed with the drastic change in my bathroom and kitchen

I purchased countertops with them on 10/27/23. I had been to their warehouse right before installation and picked out my stone. This particular stone they had several slabs and out of all those slabs one had some serious flaws. That is one of the ones they chose to bring out and install. When I expressed my concerns they were not willing to make it right and said it was nothing they could do. Also during installation they pulled one of the cabinets from the wall and there is a a gap now from the cabinet and wall. I will not be using this company for future projects and would not recommend them because there is no pride and accountability in their work or work ethic.

We just had all new Cambria Parr Sands Quartz Counter Tops installed by L and L- I-35. They ordered our Quartz and Cut and Installed it. We love them. They did an Amazing job and the two Installers were Top Notch! They replaced our kitchen, baths and utility room. I chose the one large Stainless Kitchen Sink and Added a Stainless Sink in the Utility room. We also chose the white rectangle bathroom sinks! They special ordered our Quartz and Installed all in 14 days. The two ladies in the I-35 store were so helpful and kind. We would highly recommend them❤️

We purchased an entire house full of new quartz countertops. When it came time for delivery and installation, they only sent 2 people. The lead man didn’t speak English. They destroyed the paint in multiple areas. The knocked huge dings in the doors and door casings. They left wet run off all over cabinets and floors. They left trash and chunks of stone in the grass, even when I provided a large trash can. When I complained, they sent their manager out. He wanted to “try” to repair the damage. I asked what type of equipment he brought. He said a PAINT BRUSH!!! I told him if anyone was to repair the paint damage, it was only to be done our professional painter. He then wanted to call and NEGOTIATE with him on the price. To make matters even worse, in the half bath, the sink cabinet required a minor amount of modification. It only required about 1/8” x 6” long on both sides to accommodate the new sink. The TWO MEN are in a 5’x6’ bathroom with the door CLOSED AND USED A DULL SAW BLADE!! When they came out coughing from the smoke that was created from the dull saw blade, the house was filled with the smell of a burnt out house. I complained and was told by the manager that they couldn’t do anything about it. We fumigated, cleaned, burnt incense, lit candles anything to get rid of the smell for over a month. As a last attempt, we called to have the, send a professional fire remediation company to hopefully remove the smell. The ladies said the manager was out of the country on vacation and would be back on June 10th. Haven’t heard a word since. We should have went with our second quote. This is the best countertop service we've ever experienced. There were so many selections at the warehouse. We found just what we were looking for. Measuring and installing appointments were quick and easy. They gave some great advice and opinions while still respecting our decisions. If you ever need new countertops, this is the place to go!

Update: After the post, they reached out and asked what they could do to make us happy. We answered with fix it or replace it, since then no reply to make things right. I recommend not using them as they know its a defective top and refuse to make it right. ----- Unlevel countertop installation and one top has buff marks that they claim is a factory defect and told it is what is. The last picture is what it should look like.

We bought some beautiful cloudy mist quartz at L & L Kitchen and Bath. Today Leo, Luis and Cesar came and installed it. They did an excellent job installing it and the backsplash. We couldn't be happier with the results. Our installers were polite and friendly. Thank you L & L for taking my kitchen from boring to amazing.

As an update I contacted L&L and they apologized for the issues and contacted my contractor to offer assistance in resolving the issue. Fortunately, I already had a contractor hired to do a bathroom remodel and he was able to clean up the sheetrock to make it look good. Kudos to L&L though for making an attempt.

They were very nice and easy to work with. The granite and quartz fit perfectly. It took only about 2 hours for them to do my kitchen and 2 baths. They were very efficient in their work and cleaned up before they left. They are definitely worth a look.

Unhappy Granite customer. The countertop Installers were also paid to remove the Backsplash. They left several medium sized holes in multiple drywall panels. The natural stone does have variations; but not always acceptable. The showroom samples had no extreme samples of visible irregularities. I see what looks to be a enlarged stain. placing this on the front edge and making it highly visible was, and still is, my concern. Rotating the piece 180 degrees, next to the wall, under the cabinet could have lessened the visible impact. I was told after the install, I should have requested to view the stone prior to cutting, although no viewing option was ever offered or identified as a typical purchasing practice. So ensure you request to preview. Also, realize the backsplash removal is known for leaving holes or unusable drywall as an acceptable practice. Buyer beware... I was told I was required to specify all of my acceptance requirements before hand. Now, I can only wish I had a better experience.

The installation team arrived and were unfriendly. They took out my sink and refused to put it back in. I called and they said it was in the contract and I need to call a plumber. They also removed pieces of my beams connecting the window from kitchen to living room and said I need to put those back up myself as well. I think knowing these things beforehand would've deterred me from using them.

ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DO NOT PURCHASE CABINETS FROM L L KITCHEN. I purchased cabinets granite counter tops 2019. My stainless steel sinks have fallen out had to pay to have reinstalled (2) now the third time professionally. Workmanship quality of materials cabinets are poor quality.

Installer do not speak English and when my wife asked them not to walk on wooden floor and carpet with dirty feet, probably they god angry, because they cut the drain pipe, rather then unscrewing it, and threw in the backyard flowerbed. As per contract my plumber was supposed to install plumbing. If its there normal practice to cut the drain pipe, why they did not take it with them as trash. Keel close eye on them

I'll never recommend this company to anyone. Two times I came in to look at granite with no problems. Had a guy to come and measure no problem went to sign the contract Big Problem. I walked in and saw a man without a mask behind plexiglass and said i was ready to sign the contract. He abruptly said you have to wear a mask. I told him I don't wear them and said I've been here twice without one. He got very angry and said "NO GRANITE FOR YOU". Ever seen the soup nazi on Seinfeld? Well we now have a granite nazi in our midst. He had no mask only to put one on to sign a contract. My good friend is a realtor who's recommended L&L but no more.

Paid for granite countertop installation. Their measurements were off TWO inches and left a gaping hole in the wall. Called and texted over and over. Never offered to correct only offered 10% refund and only if I signed a contract not to disclose. Not an acceptable offer of remedy.

The company installed a cheaper version of granite than I paid for. I questioned it as soon as they put it in but the guy's installing it didn't speak English and couldn't answer any questions or concerns. Called the company and they explained to me that natural stone varies and they can't guarantee it will be like the sample. I went to their showroom and got the sample (that was cheaper) of what they installed, took pictures showing the counter matching the cheaper sample to a T and they still stood by the fact that you aren't guaranteed what you ordered. I told them I would be willing to meet them in the middle, I didn't even ask that they reinstall the countertops, just give me the price difference of the 2 granites. They refused. Terrible customer service and hard to communicate with language barriers.
