KZ Kitchen Cabinets has been a great experience for us during our home remodel. Our salesman Wayne has a been a great help throughout the process. Every time we had a question or issue on our end Wayne was there to help and give us guidance. I would highly recommend using KZ Cabinets and Plan on using them again, should I need to in the future. Edit 2022. Just want to note that we had these in place for 4 years and they're great. We recently sold and bought new construction and the quality of cabinets from KZ are far superior (and less expensive) than our new ones. When it's time to upgrade I know where we're going.

STOP doing any research for your Kitchen/Bathroom home remodel projects and just go to KZ Kitchen Hayword and meet Marcus. When I visited KZ Kitchen, I had little to no idea about the designs, new styles, what will be good and long term sustainable designs. Marcus helped us to design the dream Kitchen. We went back and forth multiple times and he was always very patiently understanding and helping us to accommodate all our requirements. He was also on top of replying to all the queries and was almost always immediate for my all the calls and messages. The challenging part was when there was confusion about the installation of new microwave/oven models installation dimensions but Marcus had already studied the detailed specs of the models and was so confident in his measurements calculations that the models will work for the given dimension of the island and he was all correct. On top of that, Marcus helped us select all the little things, making sure things are matching in contrast and looks as amazing as I had dreamed. Words can never be enough to Thank Marcus and the team at KZ Kitchen to make our home remodeling project shopping all smooth. You guys are the BEST.

I have been here twice . Initial visit was to get a sink and granite for my Project . Lady called Helen was very helpful and professional . Good customer service. Next time I went there no one even attends you . I had to buy niche for my bathroom . I had to get the item number myself and go to the cashier to order the part . Upon finally receiving the part it was not quite how it looked on display . I asked the woman from Warehouse that why the product did not have the divider . She referred me to a guy who was sitting at his desk . He is the rudest person I have ever seen in my entire life . Without any explanation he started yelling on top of his voice and said what do I want to know and if I don’t want it then go return it . . I told him that I just have a question I was quite upset at this point and told him that the products they are selling are theirs so who shall I am supposed to ask questions to. Don’t understand that why do they have to yell to their customers like dogs . They have good display but definitely lack customer service to the fullest . The owner of K&Z should invest in training their employees for proper customer service and etiquette. This will go a long way . Will not return back to this business again . Helen gets 5 stars and this guys gets minus 1

Low quality cabinets. Expect at least 1 chip per box even though they are wrapped pretty good I think it comes from putting them together. Had to do a return and saw the guys putting the boxes together, they spin those cabinets around and sleep them on their sides like a ragdoll. Good for on a budget

I just bought over 2100 sq feet of flooring, a set of kitchen cabinets, and bathrooms vanity fixtures and furnitures! After installing them, they look astonishing! Alice is a great designer. My house would not do better with her design! If you are renovating your house, KZ is a great place to choose your materials!

I'm excited to give a five-star review. The salesperson could not have been more helpful and tolerant of my indecision. He offered ideas and alternatives that I would have never thought of. He didn't get upset when I changed my plan several times midstream. He worked with me one-on-one by email and telephone, arranged and installer, and made sure the supplies were ready. I had a bathroom remodel that included floors, bathtub, and bathtub/shower walls. The installer is not a KZ employee but rather a contractor. The installer also did a great job and finished early. The only slight complication was in paying the installer. I assumed I would be able to pay everything with a credit card, but the installer only accepted cash or bank transfer such as Zelle. Once we got that worked out, everything was paid up and satisfactory. I will definitely go back to KZ for my next job. Could not have been happier.

She very patient as we made trips to make sure we had everything right. This review is for the KZ Kitchen Cabinet and Stone located in Hayward on Corporate Ave. I give high praises to Marcus Lian, sales manager, at KZ in Hayward who helped me with the remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. I was referred to KZ in Hayward and Marcus Lian by a close friend who also remodeled her kitchen and bathroom and was satisfied and impressed by the materials sold at KZ and services provided by Marcus. KZ has a HUGE warehouse and an amazing showroom. I have to admit that pricing for their materials and supplies is reasonable. I purchased brand new white cabinets, matching hardware, quartz countertops, a Viking range, Viking microwave, farmhouse sink, and kitchen sink faucet. Marcus is amazing in providing suggestions and recommendations. When you choose your materials and discuss the layout of your remodel, Marcus has a cool program that you might see on an HGTV remodel show that provides 3D modeling of what your new kitchen or bathroom will look like. Marcus is very patient with his customers and he is very prompt when you have a question or need to get a hold of him. Overall, I highly recommend KZ and Marcus for your remodeling needs.

We went to KZ for all of our cabinetry + vanity needs including kitchen, laundry room and hallway closet. Alice was our designer and she did an amazing job getting us everything we need. She is thoughtful, patient and detail oriented. All of the cabinets fit our spaces perfectly. We went back to her several times to check measurements and even had last minute add-ons and she stayed patient and responsive throughout the whole process! During our discussion about designing the kitchen, she was very thorough in her questions and gave us a lot of suggestions and advice. It was a pleasant surprise to me and my wife when we first visited their show room: After a warm welcome and introduction of the store at the reception by Bonny, we freely viewed the nicely designed show room. It is huge and displaying a variety of cabinets in various styles and finishes, different kind of countertops, faucets, range hoods, cabinet door handles and flooring. Soon after gathering some conceptual ideas for our kitchen and flooring, Marcus, the sales manager, passionately assisted us worked out the initial design and layout. And he shown it to us on his computer. He further explained to us the logic for his recommendations for the cabinet type, layout, door size, etc. Without any obligation, he provided us with a estimated pricing. Marcus is such a fine professional and expert in his field. Even though our kitchen and flooring were installed by an insurance contractor, KZ Kitchen staff always responded to our inquiries during installation and provided excellent customer services. I am replacing my granite to quartz. I had two bids and than I my contractor took me to KZ Kitchen Cabinet and stone. We received help from the manager name Marcus. He was knowledgeable answered all my questions advised us. I picked my quartz and the bid was 2200. Lower than my lowest quote and it included a new sink and faucet. We went in to take a look at their fortile exhaust fan and to look at their show room and cabinets. We were helped by someone that was very knowledgeable. He showed us the different version and some other features that we would have not known if he did not helped us. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and we decided to check KZ KITCHEN. Our decision turned out to be good because we had a one-stop-shop for all the items we need for our project. Their selection is so vast and the quality of their product is really good. Once you get to their floor, you walk around and check the items you need. Once you made the choice, a sales rep will assist you with the purchase. Scott helped us explain and discuss the options we had on the product we wanted. These include the size and product availability. He did mention that most of their items can be picked up immediately since their warehouse is also in the same building. We ended up picking up all the items we need such as the quartz countertop, stainless sink, bell range hood, backsplash, kitchen cabinet, and moldings. I would suggest you bring along your contractor so that he/she can pick the right size for your project. Some small items are needed which you might not think of. We were able to pick up 90% of the items we purchase immediately and we're told that the other items will have to come from their other warehouse which is just a few days waits If you have a kitchen/bath/flooring project, I highly recommend that you check this place.

I made two purchases at KZ Kitchen Cabinet & Stone in Hayward recently for my bathroom remodeling project, and at both times I worked with Teresa Xu, who is the sales specialist, and Edward, who identifies himself as the trainee. And my experience in working with them has been very pleasant. In my first visit there with my wife, we misinterpreted the pricing of the bathroom vanity set. And Teresa took the time and explained to me the combined cost of purchasing the vanity, countertop and the mounted sink. Because of the matching style and color, as well as its reasonable pricing, I went back to the showroom with the intent to purchase the unit, but I still had some questions. I first met with Edward, and thank goodness he was very understanding of the fact that my Mandarin is way worse than elementary level, so I had to communicate with him in English. He was very patient and again took the time to talk to me about backsplash. Then, because of his training status, he referred/transferred me back to Teresa for answering the rest of my questions and completing the purchase. With more detailed description from Teresa, that was when I learned that my vanity set came with many wall fillers and panels. I remember I jokingly told Teresa that I hoped I could tell my wife where all the pieces went to this unit (because my wife wasn't with me at the time). After the sales was completed and when I walked over to the warehouse for pickup, I cannot commend the KZ team at the pickup department enough for their outstanding customer service, helpfulness and teamwork. The amazing thing for this pickup experience was that Edward the sales trainee went out of the way and went all the way to the warehouse in order to assist me in better communicating with the staff at the pickup department. Who in Sales will do it? Edward surely did it. The two team members (I did not get their names) at the warehouse helped load up the countertop with the mounted sink onto my SUV. The senior team member very kindly advised me to make two trips because both the countertop and the vanity would have been too heavy for my SUV to transport back home, and I took his advice. And that was when it was discovered that one of the fillers, long story short, was not in stock. The warehouse pickup department quickly forwarded the issue back to Teresa's attention. And Teresa responsively and swiftly took care of this issue, so that I could pick up that piece of wall filler a few days later. Who in Sales is willing to even address a very small matter (i.e., a wall filler) promptly? Teresa surely did it. Overall, in addition to its quality product and reasonable pricing, I would honestly endorse my 5 stars to all staff at KZ Kitchen Cabinet & Stone in Hayward (i.e., Sales, Cashier and Warehouse Pickup) for their terrific customer service in both of my purchases so far--a big round of applause to them! As I will be moving along to kitchen remodeling project later, guess where and who I will be going back to assist me in this?
