Koester's has been around for long time and for godo reason! They are able to do amazing work! I have used them for a few projects! They can do more than just flooring too!

I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I met with Christine and she really educated me on the various choices. At my husband's urging I shopped around. Employees at the big box stores were pretty much ridiculous, I asked a question and one guy googled the answer about his own product. I shopped some of the other locally owned places, and while happy with their customer service, I feel like Koesters had a superior product and after negotiating was the most competitive on pricing. I also like the fact that Koesters employs their own installers (not sub contractors), so if something were to go wrong they would stand behind it. But NOTHING went wrong! I'm sooooo particular and Koesters team of installers are incredible! I couldn't find anything wrong. They were on time each day, courteous, respectful of my home and installed perfectly. We purchased a large amount of top-of-the-line Karastan Smart Strand carpet, and couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Koesters, and especially my salesperson Christine Mathis.

They did a wonderful job on our kitchen! We got new cabinets and countertops installed along with some new hardwood flooring and it looks perfect! We are so pleased with our entire experience! We will definitely contact them again for our next project!

Koesters recently removed my old carpet and linoleum and installed LVP. I would recommend them for any flooring needs. They did a great job and left every thing clean each day. I love my new floors!

Ethan and his installation crew were absolutely the best!! We could not of had a better job done on our hard wood floors. We have also used them for carpet also and again a great job!!
