Chris did a great job finishing our kitchen. He fixed a disaster another contractor made. Good quality work and our kitchen looks great. However he never returned to finish up the "punch" list and won't return our calls. We have no idea what happened. We want our job completed . He's a good contractor but we would like to know what happened.

Chris is nothing short of amazing. He is a master of the art of renovation. He has an eye for design that is far better than most "designers" I've worked with. His work-style is a beautiful combination of hard-working perfectionist and laid-back guy! This means you get PERFECT grout lines, PERFECT tiling, PERFECT cabinets...PERFECT everything. But you also get to work with a guy who will change anything to your liking, will go out of his way to make your place exactly as you want it, will never complain, is in a good mood even while working in ridiculously hot temperatures, etc. The only thing we wanted changed was the placement of our mirrors. Because Chris had done such an amazing job with everything else, we almost didn't want to "complain." And so we simply mentioned it, and five seconds later, the mirrors were PERFECTLY placed. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY! Chris and his employees (two great people, Brit and Allen) arrive on time, in good moods, and with every single detail attended to perfectly. We're so used to double- checking every other contractor, that--at first--we did that with Chris. No need! Chris is a step ahead--always. He's personable, honest, smart, polite, hard-working, and very simply a Master Artist at what he does. We could not be happier with Chris and Renovation by Design. To state in plainly: if you hire any other company, you will not be getting the best. Chris IS the BEST. Period.

Chris is fantastic! I have worked with him a few times now. I needed to repanel my basement. It looks great and very bright. The project was done quickly! Cost was very reasonable too. The next time was when my kitchen sink came unglued and fell out on New Year's Day. I reached out to him and he responded very quickly and came the next morning. He was able to get it remounted and it is put back in better than when it was originally put in. I will definitely work with him again.

Chris did a great job organizing work with countertop installers. He did a great job finishing up the kitchen. It looks great and we’re happy with his work. I would recommend Chris and use him again for future home remodeling.

Best hire ever! Remodeled bathroom-new tile flooring, removed tub, tiled shower & all new fixtures. Installed quartzite kitchen counters & backsplash, plus new faucets & hardware. Chris & Brittany were amazing. Workmanship was impeccable. Both go above & beyond, even doing projects that weren't in the quote. Nothing rattles them. I chose an intricate backsplash requiring multiple cuts - & no problem. Perfect tile work. Quote was extremely reasonable & no surprises along the way, & completed in a timely manor. I could not be more pleased & highly recommend!

The process from beginning to end was seamless. Chris is very professional and experienced as a contractor and he put us at ease with our kitchen renovation from our very first meeting with him. Some of the work that was completed on our kitchen was done while we were out of town. When we arrived home, we were so happy with both the quality of work completed and impressed that it was all done according to schedule. This company is trustworthy as well as fair and competitive in their pricing. We highly recommend!

I spoke to Chris once on the phone and told him we were needing a customized shower pan built in our basement bathroom. He told me what the process was and how he did it. I was able to email Chris pictures of what we needed and the size of the pan on a Wednesday. Chris promptly responded to my email with a quote. I told him that we wanted to get it done as soon as possible and he said he could do it on Saturday! Chris showed up on time with all of his materials and was in and out in about 4 hours. The shower pan was pored just like we wanted and all of the mess was GONE! He even gave us his professional opinion on how to install the shower tile. He said if we ever had any problems or just questions that we could call him at any time and if needed he would come back! I would highly recommend Chris for any of your bathroom remodeling projects!
