We've used ken for two projects so far, a kitchen and a bathroom, and both projects have turned out really well. Ken does a great job of taking the time to understand what you're looking for and then strives to execute that vision. He sketched up a quick 3D image of what our kitchen would look like to convey drawers vs. doors and where appliances would go, and that went a long way to help us visualize the finished product. He took the time to provide several samples of finishes so that we could fine tune the final look to our liking. For the bathroom, we hired a contractor for the renovation and had the opportunity to request that Ken build the vanity. He integrated seamlessly into the overall construction process, again taking the time to understand what we were looking for and then provided several samples to get the finish just right. He worked with our contractor to determine what dimensions he needed to work to, and everything came together without issue. We weren't sure where to find mirrors for the bathroom, and Pete was able to build those too. My husband and I have enjoyed both experiences working with Ken, and he's our first call for any cabinetry projects in the future.

We cannot say enough about the professionalism, craftmanship, and customer service at The Kitchen USA Haley and may the team are amazing! The experience was top-notch from beginning to end and then some! We had been working with another local cabinet company on a kitchen remodel for months and getting increasingly frustrated with the quality of the customer service and the process. At the last minute, just before signing the contract with this other company--I did a google search to get some additional options. I sent in several requests for more info/quotes. We got a response from May almost immediately, and she was here to do a consultation with us within a day. She was knowledgeable and professional and extremely collaborative. She was able to guide us through the process painlessly,. She took the time to go through all of the 3D renderings from every angle so that we knew exactly what we were getting and how it would function. From the design of the kitchen, to the installation, and "finishing touches", every person that we came into contact with through Kitchen USA went above and beyond. Ken Haley and may are true professionals. Any "snag" that came up was quickly and seamlessly resolved. Their attention to detail and desire to help us make our vision for our kitchen a practical reality was impressive. I should also point out that because we had worked with another company for months, we were working with a tight deadline--and Kitchen USA did not let us down!! We are very pleased with the quality and service we received! The prices were very competitive if not the lowest we found. Undergoing a renovation can be a stressful undertaking. Ken and his team went above and beyond to make this it as painless as possible. They kept us updated throughout the process. The work was high quality and was completed on time and on schedule! Well, The moment I enter Kitchen USA , I felt at home, and I new this is my place that I will buy my kitchen from. I new exact the design I wanted and I looked in so many places . I have a unique kitchen and unusual one. Either , the other did not know or could not see what I wanted. Ken gave me confident , and gave me what I wanted. TERRIBLE Customer Service. Our experience left a lot to be desired. It has been 6 months since we paid for service. After continued lack of communication and once we reached out finding issues with back orders, we finally got a scheduled date. We stressed how important it would be to keep the date because we had people coming in town to assist. Another company came to do the demo the day before. We called to confirm in the morning. At 2:20 PM we didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call, but received an email canceling the installation. I cannot speak to the quality of their work because it has been 6 months and I have seen nothing but excuses since providing payment. ***Updated- 5.12.2023 (post-install)*** I did adjust my review from 1 star to 2. Simply because the job ended up completed and it wasn't a complete scam. They did offer to try and reschedule an installer for the cabinet for possibly Saturday (almost a week later) if they could. They made it clear to us that it was a support issue and they simple did not have the people to complete the work. We installed the cabinets ourselves so the counter template could be made and we wouldn't be delayed further. Kitchen USA did discount the final bill (at our request) since they no longer needed to install the cabinet or the hardware. They did deliver and install the counter. The contractors were not very thoughtful when doing so. We have a house with a baby and pets. They decided that when they needed to saw they would do it outside but leave our front door wide open the entire time. That being said, the cabinets and the countertop look nice. The quality of the product is solid. The service and delivery is terrible and leaves a lot of room for improvement. ***Note*** While it took the company awhile to get back to us they seemed to reply to the negative review right away. They also made it seem like they were active in communicating with us which they were not. It was noted we were the delay in scheduling the install due to us having a newborn. What they left off is that when we called to schedule the install they informed us that it was a mistake and our vanity actually wasn't ready yet. We also called to find out where the seam would be on the countertop (after the negative review about communication) and were told we would receive a call back with the details that day. Never heard from them. We called back the next day to find the worker was out-of-office that day and someone else eventually got us the details.

Have purchased all the granite for our large home in St Augustine. We actually feel we lucked out using Kitchen USA. Unlike other times where we'd have to take measurements, call them in and then wait for a price; none was needed here. It was never needed here because their prices ALWAYS start out lower than others. The quality, punctuality, communication, all is always just as great!

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Kitchen USA. From start to finish, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I sent in measurements and a template sketch and received a quote very soon after. Once we shopped around and realized that these were the best prices to replace our vanity top we set up an appointment to check out what they had. While they didn't have many slabs of granite they do partner up with Ace Granite where you can probably find whatever you want. We landed on a quartz remnant which was exactly what we were looking for. The girls in the office we're very friendly and very helpful. We made our selection on Thursday and Ken was out the next day to make a template. He was very friendly and even gave me some suggestions on future remodeling plans. That Monday I was contacted to set up installation on the next day. The installers were prompt and in and out in no time. There was no damage to my walls or poor craftsmanship as claimed in previous reviews. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and will be contacting them again when we redo our kitchen.

Love my granite. They have the best price. I went to another place to compare and this one had better pricing with same quality. Ken was super nice in getting what we need and for our price range. They are also very on time. 2 weeks to get the granite order and installed. Installation took 2 hours. Process is pretty easy . You pay 50% to order and the remaining when they complete the installation. Only thing is I wish they had more section of granite. But that just depends on the shipment. Overall, I'll recommend coming here for sure!

very good prices and my bathroom vanity and tower turned out nicely. I was unsure whether to use them due to the reviews but everything was fine. The dry wall needed to be repaired and touched up in a couple spots but everything was fine. Very good quality solid wood cabinets for a good price. Kitchen USA was recommended to me by a friend that had a million dollar house in St. Johns county that they updated all the cabinets and then eventually sold the home for a profit. I really do not know why the negative reviews as they were fine for my friend and fine for me. Find someone else (use thumbtack or home advisor) other than their guy to do the installation if you are worried about the installation but their prices and quality on cabinets are the best that I could find in town.

We used Kitchens USA prior and were happy with them but when we were a repeat customer for a whole house install at our new home it was not a good experience. The installers showed up hours later to the job then they were supposed to. We were advised of same by the office but it's very inconvenient for people that don't work at home. Then the installers left because it started to rain and didn't finish the job. Said they "might" be back the next day and in the meantime I had no installed faucets in my house because they all had to be removed prior to install "per their contract." Besides that they left razor blades, garbage and glue all over the place. I have young children and when I got home I was horrified and I had to clean up after them. They even left garbage all over the outside. Very unprofessional. The earliest the installers could come back was two days after they started which is very unprofessional as well. You come back early the next day if you can't finish the job. Then they wanted to leave again because the mirrors in the bathroom were still installed. If you want prep work done you have to make sure it is made abundantly aware to a client prior. They kept saying it was "in the contract." Lastly, they took three of my old bathroom countertops even though I wanted them to put them in my husbands truck so we can take them to the dump and they wanted to charge me $400 for it. Apparently that is also a hidden fee "in the contract" even though I didn't ask for same. Unfortunately we will not be using their services again. I would of figured after being a repeat customer and recommending clients to use their services a manager would of called me to address our concerns, that didn't happen either. this review is being written to save everyone that needs kitchens cabinets or counter tops. do not do any business with this company. they sub out the work and the subs will come in a destroy your walls and personal property and the company does not stand behind their subs work. after several conversations with the "mgr" ken, i was told that the issues were my fault and that there was nothing they can do about it. save yourself a ton of trouble and heartache and do business with anyone else. i asked to speak to the owner and he told me he wasn't allowed to give out that information. seriously?? i would give a lower rating but unfortunately, there are not ant lower ones to choose from. there are other bad reviews and i was silly not to believe them. but you can believe me.

We just got our counter top installed by Kitchen USA. We love their work, however I told them NOT to ring the door bell because my dogs were sleeping.... but they did anyways! They were supposed to call me before hand. I didn't even receive an apology either! I wish they would have paid more attention to my request. As much as I like their work, I hate their inability to follow instructions!

I would not recommend kitchen USA to my worst enemy. They might seem like a bargain at the surface but how they get you is with terrible installation. They did countertop for my kitchen and two bathrooms. Every countertop is not level, the installers don't even check to see if it's level when they installed it, they don't use shims or anything, don't wipe off the excess silicone, on the kitchen overhang, the Nextel bars are typically installed so you don't see them. Not with kitchen USA as they want to do it the quickest way possible and don't care what it looks like. The owner was the one who did the templates and he didn't even bother to check if it was level. Terrible, terrible, terrible! The owner also put a hole in my drywall and refuses to fix it! Save your money and go elsewhere unless you love to be disappointed!

On 12/10 I contracted Kitchen USA to install cabinets & granite countertops in my kitchen for $5408. After installation, I saw 3 scuff marks on the countertop about the size of a quarter. There was also quarter round missing from the cabinets & trim that had been damaged by the installers. I called Kitchen USA on 1/28 and told them about the problems and on 1/31, the owner Ken came out to look. He said the marks just needed to be polished and it would be an easy fix. He said he would have to order the quarter round and trim and that they would be in soon. He scheduled the granite installers to come out on 2/1, saying they would bring the quarter round and trim with them. They did not show up on 2/1 nor called to cancel. They did not come out until 2/4, & did not bring the quarter round or trim with them. When they finally arrived, they attempted to fix the marks by sanding down the surface of the granite. Doing this they actually cracked the granite to where you could feel gouges in it when running your hands along the surface & they dulled away the gloss and shine on top, extending the damaged area to 3 times the size it was before. I called Ken back on 2/5 to let him know how disappointed I was with the attempted repair and how they had only made it worse. He came back out on 2/7 to look again, and stated that they needed to polish it with a special pad & that it would once again fix it no problem. He also said the quarter round and trim had still not arrived. Since this special pad had to be ordered, he scheduled the installers to come back out on 2/18, again saying they would bring the quarter round and trim with them. When the installers arrived, once again without the quarter round and trim, they attempted to polish the countertops with this special pad. Once again, this made it worse, and now the damaged area is larger than the size of a fist! Kitchen USA is now refusing all my efforts to contact them regarding my damaged countertops and unfinished cabinets! I am completely fed up with trying to chase down these people who have done nothing but make my countertops excessively worse each time they came and do not even respect me enough as a customer to return my calls. My countertops are damaged and my cabinets are unfinished and I will now have to hire another company to repair the damage and missing cabinet pieces caused by Kitchen USA! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
