Our new granite countertop, sink, faucet, and cooktop installation project was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you to everyone we dealt with at KCCNE :-) I have included some before-and-after photos. We had the old formica countertop and a shelf on the island removed and replaced with Beauty Dark granite, all standard countertop height. We kept our cabinets, which were still in great shape (which explains the painter's tape in the photos). Shortly after we gave a deposit, we received an email with a list of 2-week project schedules and we chose one with the countertop, sink, and cooktop being installed on 4/27/23 — and that is exactly when it happened. Everyone we met along the way (starting with Ed, then owner Joe, and all the store staff, crews, and tradesmen beyond that) was friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. They didn’t mind answering questions and completed their work on time (and carefully, so as not to damage floors, doors, molding, or existing cabinets). On installation day, Manny and his crew even pulled our refrigerator out (which we had guessed they might do, so we emptied it early that morning, thankfully) so the stone laying wouldn’t do harm to it. And the plumber installing the faucet assembly and cooktop stayed later until the job was complete. We don’t do many big projects, so it was fascinating to see how it’s done — from choosing the stone, sink, faucet and cooktop to seeing it all come together like a puzzle — watching the teardown and installation processes, too. My only suggestion to KCCNE would be to provide more communication to confirm when workers will be arriving. They ALWAYS came on the days planned, but a confirmation call would be helpful to the customer in this day and age, when things tend to fall through the cracks (which they never did with KCCNE, though). They never let us down, not even once. Just one awkward coincidence — the day after we paid the balance, just days before installation, we received an email (apparently intended for past or potential customers) from KCCNE promoting a 3-day fair at their store, starting May 5, offering 25% discounts on on-site, in-stock countertop slabs. Wish we’d known about that just a little bit sooner because we certainly could have benefitted from it!

It has been 1 year since our kitchen remodel was completed by KCCNE. We can honestly say that we are as happy and in love with our kitchen and pantry today as we were when we first saw the completed project. After soliciting bids from three contractors in the fall of 2020 we selected KCCNE. From the beginning when Joe Pakuris came to our house, listened to our ideas and then offered his professional opinion, I knew they were the right choice and that our project would be a success. The initial team , (Hannah, Sandy and Eddy ), worked with us to establish communications, take a preliminary design to final design and consulting on ancillary product and color selections. They were AWESOME! With the preliminary work completed and the project scheduled for mid January, we met with Kelli Baker the project manager, another AWESOME individual. After reviewing the documents and project specs with Kelli, my wife and I left for our winter vacation. From Jan to April Kelli kept us completely informed with communications and progress photos using their Buildertrend software. We resolved any outstanding issues and change orders through Buildertrend. We were never at the house to meet with the actual craftsmen, but from the quality of the work we could tell they had to be some of the best. This project was on time , on budget and exceeded our own expectations. Thank you Joe & Eddy you have a great company and even greater people working for you.

We had pretty good luck in choosing this company. Though a small project (vanity stone top and sink) it went smooth. Site template, picking stone and instalation all on the promised schedule.

The entire experience from making an appointment, having someone come to the house, sitting down with designer, picking out countertops (I was so undecided) and delivery was flawless. I LOVE my new kitchen. Thank you KCCNE!

The staff both inhouse and outside contractors were very professional, friendly and very capable at their craft. Sometimes the response time to schedules was a bit slow but understandable. The job was done exactly (and better) how we expected it to be. We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend KCCNE to our family and friends.

KCCNE replaced our 30 year old kitchen. I had waited a long time to do the renovation. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. From the initial quote meeting to the countertop layout, to the contractors everyone was prompt, experienced and friendly. I truly love my kitchen now and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our kitchen project involved installing 3 counters, one with a waterfall end. My wife and I went to KCCNE two times, one to pick material, a few weeks later to review layout of counters. Installation had a minor hiccup with alignment of the counter and waterfall but team took the pieces back to shop to rectify and returned the next day to complete install. We love the end result, team did a great job.

Unsurpassed customer service, quartz selection and timely install. I brought them into my yacht refit project in the 11th hour and they were complete in less than 2 weeks, well before any other contractors that had been on the job for months. I will use them from now on. Newport Yacht Interiors See Before and After photos below

I was very satisfied with the service and care I received from the entire team at KCCNE. From the Design Team through to the Installers. Everyone was very professional, patient and personable with me. They put me at ease through out the process. The installers also took great care to ensure all went smoothly and that I was satisfied with the final product. I couldn’t have been happier.

We just bought our first home less than a year ago, and we entered the world of kitchen remodeling without much knowledge. The staff at KCCNE were outstanding. Jarrod (Sales Associate) guided us every step of the way, from countertop selection through the details of the installation process. He was knowledgable, professional, and personable, as were the other members of the team we had the pleasure of interacting with. Installation was timely and efficient, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. The countertops are just beautiful!

We are currently in the middle of our kitchen/bathroom renovation. Throughout the process so far, from the initial sales/estimate through cabinet installation, my wife and I have been very impressed and happy with KCCNE and their partners. All of the people doing the work have been great and put a lot of effort and attention into their craft. We have also found our project manager, Cody, and the rest of the KCCNE staff to be very responsive to any questions/issues. And finally, when issues arise, as they inevitably do in projects of this size, KCCNE has been very easy to work with to get the issue resolved. No fuss or any problems. I definitely recommend KCCNE.

We love how the counters came out and our kitchen looks beautiful. We did our research and this was the third place we went to look for counters. The prices were the best, and they had a huge inventory too. Everywhere else made you go to huge warehouses and offered no help when you got there. We were super impressed with everything. All the workers were super friendly, on-time, and certainly experts in what they do. We appreciated how if we had a question Steve always responded right away and was great about returning calls. The counters themselves are gorgeous - we highly recommend the blanca statuarietto quartz.

I appreciate KCCNE because they are responsive and professional. When working with contractors, it's often hard to tell what's going on, when they're going to deliver something, or what options you have. As someone who went through a kitchen cabinet and countertop re-do for the first time, I was anxious, but KCCNE helped me feel confident in my options and what I was committing to. When I called regarding a question, I usually got a response within the same day. My project was getting new cabinets and countertop. They recommended I use my own contactor which I did. The first step was sending out one of the owners to measure and assess everything. Then, a designer does a mock up and walks you through the materials and layout. This helped visualize everything. I picked out a countertop during this step as well. I received a quote within a few days and got my shipment within a couple weeks. After the cabinets were installed, they measured for the countertop. They installed the countertop as well, after it was cut to size a week after. Even though it was clear they were busy with lots of customers, and my project was on the smaller side, they made time for me and didn't rush me. I am happy with the value of the project.

I can't say enough about this professional company. My kitchen remodel took place as soon as the lockdown happened. Immediately they made a convenient 1 on 1 appointment for me to pick out my counter top. All my questions/concerns were addressed. I was communicated with continuously after picking out stone to keep coordinated with installation. There measurements, delivery and customer service were 100% top notch. With stone there are always scratches. As soon as I let the company know it was immediately addressed. The team Wichita came back out, were the knee who installed so they they had knowledge of stone and situation. They went above and beyond for over an hour to go well beyond my expectations to correct. I was always able to contact a staff member throughout process. I can't imagine going anywhere else and am so in love with my stone!!!!

We searched for granite countertop companies for about two years. Each business promised good prices, but ended up adding on costs to their initial prices. We would get excited to purchase granite, then sadly, would give up again. Fast forward two years. We walked into KCCNE for a small piece of granite for a side project. We were met by Bernie who was competent and caring. He listened to our project needs, and although he couldn't fulfill our side project, offered to quote us a price on our granite countertops, stating he could improve on our other quotes. Their granite is top of the line, with beautiful pieces that were higher quality than those we had seen previously over our two year search. There were several edges to choose from for free, and the underside was completely polished for our overhang of 10" for our peninsula (which is often an additional cost). Bernie is not your typical high pressure salesman (or we wouldn't have even talked to him about countertops at all) and has the patience of Job (we changed our mind several times on different sinks, granites, and trims and he went beyond the call of duty on our behalf. Joe, the owner, was able to work within our budget. We chose to do the demolition, leveling, and plumbing ourselves, to save more money. We also have to mention their delightful secretary and greeter, Frankie, who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, valued, and to help us however she could. To top it off, Joe's son, who is probably 12 years old, greeted us with better communication skills than most adults. We look forward to when he can join his father with even more responsibilities as he grows into this job. What a treasure he is! Onto measuring and installation: the quoted time for Rodrigues to come to measure was estimated at a few weeks. In three days, he would have come had we been ready! We asked for a slight extension of time to prepare the space properly. He was competent, caring, and thorough. As we debated sizes and distances with each other, he was ready to give an opinion when asked and had great experience which showed as he spoke with us, appropriately guiding our decisions to an excellent fit for our home. Overall, his job took only an hour, but he played a very important role in making our home look as beautiful as it is now. Installation also came faster than their estimated time, and that was fantastic as we were so excited for this day to come! The team of Alejandro, Sebastian, and Julian were amazing. They work so well together and you can just see their passion for their work. They start by rolling out a rug to keep from tracking mud in from outside. They then place the granite gently on the cabinet tops. After placing them down, each works in his own space, and they seem to do a beautiful choreographed dance through the space as one tackles the kitchen, and one in each bathroom. Then, they seem to switch around, with each doing his specialty to perfection. There was a special piece of granite in our bathroom that had an exceptionally porous stone near the front and Alejandro removed the small blemish with a special glue or sealant that made it look perfect. All of the pieces were then sealed by the team and we were given detailed instructions on how to maintain them. We asked for a special backsplash in the kitchen and the team measured separately and came back two days later with the most beautifully cut backsplash, which they installed quickly and efficiently. Would we do the job with them again? Definitely!

So this is well over do, almost to the day KCCNE finished a full remodel on my Kitchen and Bathroom. The project was initial a kitchen remodel but after talking with Joe and looking at our house Joe was able to give me a space I thought I could never have in this home. They moved my bathroom extended my kitchen and basically moved mountains in this house to give me my dream kitchen and beautiful bathroom. They showed up everyday working as a team and did not try and nickel and dime me as they worked through many challenges that came up. Joe and his Team were always available to me when I had a question and made sure this sometimes unreasonable customer ME was completely happy at the end. Like any project I had some some concerns but at the end of the day they were all taken care of and never once was I asked for more money, cant express that enough. 1 year later still no issues with the work that has been done, I was told however if I did have problems to call and they would address them. Don't know where you can go and fine a company that stands behind what they do like this but look no further. Thanks KCCNE

I can't say enough about this place! After a train wreck of an experience with Stone Depot of Cranston, I was full of questions and concerns! KCCNE answered all of my millions of questions and concerns and made me feel confident right away in choosing them as the company I would use! Right when I entered the building it was clean and beautiful! I was greeted immediately by Hannah at the front desk and one of the owners, Joe. Both were so helpful and pleasant to talk to! Throughout the process, all the employees were helpful, pleasant and polite! My countertop got installed yesterday and I can't say enough about how great it looks! The installers were wonderful and my dogs loved them (Haha!)! Overall, a terrific experience and I will use them again when we redo our bathroom! Thanks everyone at KCCNE! -Kayla

We would most definitely recommend KCCNE for a remodel job. One thing we liked was that pretty much everything was done by their employees (carpentry, plumbing, electrical), and for those items not done "in-house", they have a very good list of other contractors that they work with (Paint, floors, etc.). We were happy with the responsiveness to any questions we had and are very pleased with the results.

My husband and I would whole heartedly recommend KCCNE to friends and family for a kitchen and bathroom renovation. KCCNE recently completed a very large job in our home. We purchased a home built in the 70's and it was in dire need of a new kitchen and two full bathrooms upstairs. Before deciding to go with KCCNE we met with two other design companies but no one gave us the same feeling as KCCNE. A few things we liked from the beginning: all staff are very friendly and approachable, the majority of work is done by employees - not subcontractors, they treat their employees very well and their job satisfaction is obvious, and are willing to make your budget work. Doing a renovation of any kind, especially 3 rooms at once, is very time consuming but anytime we had a meeting to go over design templates, picking out cabinets, granite etc. all staff were very punctual, had great ideas, and were wonderful to work with. In addition, all staff could easily be reached by email and they usually responded in a very timely manner which was very convenient. Probably the greatest aspect of working with KCCNE is that they truly stand behind their work 110%. They do not cut any corners when it comes to quality and getting the job done right the first time. It may affect the timeline of the project, but it's worth it in the long run. Even after the final payment is made they still come back and fix any issue no matter the size. We did not live in the house during the renovation due to the size of the job but the workers always kept a clean job site and progress was made daily. The renovation was 99% completed in 12 weeks, which is amazing considering the huge amount of work we had done. We are totally in love with our kitchen and bathrooms. The workmanship is top notch and the cabinets, backsplash, granite, floors etc. that their designer helped us put together look straight out of a magazine. We could not be happier with the work from KCCNE.

We had a very good experience shopping here for our kitchen countertop. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They did a great job answering questions. We purchased our granite at a very reasonable price (they are currently running a sale) and it was much cheaper than the prices we had compared at Lowe's. We are still months away from installation so I can't comment on the later steps in the process yet (I can update my review if anything changes) but so far we are very happy with our experience here, and I would recommend it.

Contracted with them to modernize my kitchen, dining and living rooms into one large "Great Room". Job began with Sean and demo team who were terrific, including thorough clean up after tearing down walls, old cabinets etc. Good start. Next was Paul Erdos, interior & exterior carpenter. A competent craftsman and all-around great guy. Installed a new kitchen window and slider, removed a dangerous lint clog in my dryer exhaust pipe and completed finished work on the exterior to match new shingles with a pattern from 1976 original construction. Liked him so much I asked that he complete a side-job, installing a new center hall stairwell. All his work A+. Joe Cordeiro was the indoor finished carpenter who equaled Paul in competence, caring and professionalism. He installed the new cabinets & molding. Also had him return to complete several side-jobs inside my house beside the KCCNE work. A+ KME Electric did the interior wiring and fixture installation. Again, very fine work by Keith and Patrick. Had Patrick back to do other work here for me, as well. Painting, per contract, is arranged by the customer. Get Jay Foster. You may have to wait, but it's worth it. Sean is his interior guy. He's top-notch. Very particular and professional. Sing him up if you need that work. S.E. Hardwood Flooring. Initially, all went well with Steve and his crew for the contracted KCCNE work. I asked Steve to then poly that new stairwell. He quoted $450 for the complete work i.e. steps risers, spindles rails etc. Later on, we decided to paint all of the above parts except the 13 steps. When they came for that job, Steve charged the same $450, even though his work was only on 20% of the stairwell. 80% overcharge. Watch out. Other construction staff all performed well. No complaints on tiling, countertop, flooring and plastering. Work done on time and satisfactorily. Some key headquarters staff to get to know, and they will help and serve you well. Kelli Baker, inside project manager, your principal headquaters contact A+. Leo, on-site project manager...a great guy. Listen to his suggestions. Get his cell. Call when you need help. He answers quickly and gets back to you. Become quick friends with both of these fine people. The reason for only 4 stars lies with interactions with the top staffers @ KCCNE. Received a call from Joe, the co-owner. An issue on my job was an exhaust pipe from the old cellar gas furnace. It needed to be redirected because it was right in the middle of the new Great Room in the old house configuration. Joe called and gave me 2 options. Redirect the pipe parallel to the cellar floor and out the side of the house (add-on $2000) or he suggested an entire new tankless heating system installation (add-on $5000). New system would be much more energy efficient etc. etc. for the extra $3000) and tankless equipment would go on an exterior cellar wall, piped outside directly. I opted for choice 2. BUT, when the invoice arrived, the cost was $7,100+! Big surprise! Called Joe. He said he didn't remember quoting the $5000, would contact the installer to see if the price was correct. His last words were " I'll be back to you, brother." This was in early March, 2020. I've never heard nor seen him since. I'll let you judge that situation. I later found that Nat'l Grid offered a $1250 rebate for that new tankless system. Leaving no room for doubt, I printed 2 copies of the rebate forms and submitted them to the installer and a second set to Dan, KCCNE Operations Mgr. in early March. Never received any completed forms from the installer. Dan emailed on May 13th, quoting, "I'll process the rebate paperwork this week." I received the completed forms from him on October 23rd, 2020! Unfortunately, the rebate is only valid for up to 90 days after work completion. So, a $1,250 make-up from my $2,100 extra add-on was lost due to the forms never being completed until well after the rebate expiration date. Overall, You can see I have very few complains regarding the workers who completed my job. But, be very cautious with project add-ons so you won't get burned like I did.

We have a small kitchen that had been frustrating since we moved in to our place years ago. The big issue was a peninsula that cut the space in half (leaving my kitchen table kind of hanging in space), and the cooktop in the peninsula that meant we had zero prep space in the work area. The wood floor got added to replace crappy linoleum, and we switched out cabinet doors and hardware. My kitchen was still stuck in 1980, still too small a work space for two. A couple of years passed. I finally called KCCNE to try to fix this. They quoted for a huge redesign: cover up a window and take down that peninsula, move the cooktop, reorient everything, new cabinets... Not happening. But then - we ended up with a small "cosmetic" job that just required shaving the raised part of the peninsula down and getting one piece of granite to add about 12-15 inches of usable space. Joe, a KCCNE co-owner, initially said they'd do the granite after my carpenter worked the cabinets. He thought for a bit, then agreed to take on the whole project. My new kitchen is stunning, and the design adds closer to 18 inches of new space. Two of us can prep & cook together! And, did I say it is STUNNING? This company is 5-Star, I'm giving them 4 because the person I originally worked with (not Joe) remained my primary contact, and gave no project management or design support. We both got frustrated because I was sourcing and selecting tile myself, and I had to keep questioning everything (do I really have to arrange my own deliveries? No) and pushing to get this done. But the work was perfectly done by the great team of KCCNE professionals. Can't wait to finish up with painting (and removing a wallpaper border from probably the 1990's) and add our new lighting. Posting before & after shots (without the paints & lights, though).

KCCNE came highly recommended by numerous friends. True to their referrals, the design process was very good as was the planning process. MJ was great during planning, and Kelli kept on top of quite a bit during installation. We had a full blown kitchen demo and remodel and KCCNE handled it all with their craftsman which ran very well initially. They are on time and very courteous and competent. As the project got longer, however, on a few occasions, an entire week went by with no activity, but the project was finished by the quoted date. Product quality and workmanship for the cabinets and countertops was impeccable. Ray, the cabinet installer, is a detail-oriented professional who was incredibly good. We had a few gaffs with the flooring (complete rip out and new installation), plumbing, and electrical (new lighting circuits and fixture installations) but KCCNE was very accommodating and responsive. Certainly nothing you wouldn't expect for a project of this size. Not sure I'd use them for hardwood floors again as I'd probably recommend a flooring specialist. The floor is down but we are starting to note minor issues with installation- not big and nothing anyone would notice...but I'm not sure hardwoods, as opposed to tile, is their forte. KCCNE utilizeS a chat app called Slack to communicate daily but I found it a poor replacement for voice communications. Many people answer the app and more than a few of my queries went unanswered. Again, not too big a deal but I wouldn't use the app as a substitute for clearer e-mail or voice communications. Our only disappointment was in KCCNE's failure to follow up at project's end with a few minor items. We were directed to purchase replacement window cranks gears and they were to be installed but after buying them and making a few inquiries to arrange installation, we didn't get an answer. Additionally, we mentioned through the Slack app, on numerous occasions, that the plastic used to cover the granite during installation left behind some very noticeable adhesive residue we can't just seem to get removed. We were told someone would come out but never heard from anybody and the Slack app was deactivated upon final Payment. We still have this residue in many areas and are now researching ways to do this ourselves. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience and I'd absolutely recommend KCCNE if you want a high quality, all facets contractor. We would definitely use them again for additional projects.

We were impressed by the beautiful KCCNE showroom. The salesperson, Susan, was very helpful answering our questions and working through the pricing for our selected countertops. She explained that KCCNE will hold material if need be because we were still having the kitchen cabinets install. She explained they hold material all the time because people are building houses and scheduling different contractors. The man that laser measured the space was efficient and professional, as were the installers. That's where it ends.....NO ONE in the company will return a phone call regarding our questions about delivery, fabrication or installation dates. And they require full payment 5 weeks prior to installation. Two scheduled installation times were missed and no follow up from the company. When the counter top was finally installed, there was no follow up from the company to see if we were satisfied. Two stars for lack of communication and customer support.

FYI...this place no longer does bathrooms unless you are having a kitchen done too, so we were told when we visited today. Did provide a list of referral contractors though, so our trip wasn't a total loss.

We contacted KCCNE for countertops for our kitchen but their prices were extremely high so we used another fabricator and were very pleased. When it came time to do bathroom and laundry room countertops they were having a 40% off sale so we decided to give them a try and pick out remnants. Even at 40% off they were only slightly cheaper than our original fabricator but since we needed a bunch of small counters in different colors we thought we'd give them a try. They wouldn't let us come by for the templating even though I said I can be there within an hour if they called me. One of the countertops has a chip and fissures and I have tried numerous time to call and email and no one returns my calls. Also, the there are gaps all around the edges of the countertops and walls so now I have to bring in a tile installer to put up a backsplash. I am very disappointed in my whole experience.

We spent over $50K on Kitchen and wet bar and there are scratches on wood cap when they removed old counter top not repaired. Spaces on counter top with no caulking. They did not measure the cabinets correctly so we have a 4 inch filler on one side when the next larger size cabinet would have filled that space perfectly. They left window frame unfinished and unpainted and it took over 4 months to complete the job which is not actually complete in our eyes. Very disappointed with the completed job and would not recommend them for a high end home.

Do not use this company. We had cabinets installed that do not fit the appliances -even after all the laser measuring. I have a stove that is not level which creates cooking problems. To fix it -they want to charge a fortune. Now they have my money for the counters, they seem totally uninterested in making sure the appliances go back the way they fit! I don't normally do reviews -but feel compelled to warn others!!!

I had an awful experience with this place. I had spoken with a woman who took down all of my information and told her that I planned to purchase cabinets AND countertops. It was a thorough conversation and she knew what I had hoped for. After leaving work early, I arrived at the appointment only to have Bernie tell me, "hopefully this appointment won't be a total waste of your time." He told me he only specialized in countertops. Then a minute later quoted me, "at least $40,000" without any discussion or any details. After working with another company, I can see he made absolutely no sense where as the price I'm paying now is less than half of that. Very dissatisfied and disappointing. Go elsewhere.

I was impressed with the showroom and the wide variety from which to choose. I brought a drawing with deminsions to get a quote. Hanna priced it out and answered any questions I had. The quote seemed reasonable but I always get second, or third, opinions. When I brought my wife in a few weeks later to choose I asked her to double check her figures. The revised figures went from 55 square feet to 82 square feet from the same drawings! This jumped the total from $2695.00 to $7502.30. This smells so much like Bait and Switch! Either that or total incompetance. I went to another company whose original estimate was 74 square feet and their total was $3052.96. I would NEVER go back to KCCNE.

From the KCCNE website: KCCNE works with almost any budget and will create a perfect space through careful considerations of both your wants and needs. Making a hassle-free, personalized service is our number one priority. What the website should state is that unless you have a budget of at least $25,000 for your bathroom remodel, KCCNE is not interested in your business. I hired KCCNE in 2013 for a remodel of my kitchen; their price was reasonable and I was very pleased with the results. Now I have two small bathrooms to be upgraded and contacted KCCNE for a consultation. Not long after the representative showed up at my house, I was informed that KCCNE bathroom remodels START at $25,000!!! At no time before this appointment was I asked about my available budget nor was I informed about the $25,000 minimum. Had I been made aware of this policy when I first contacted KCCNE, I would not have bothered to make an appointment. I am not sure if KCCNE saw this as a way into my home in an attempt to upsell, but it backfired as there wasn't anything further to discuss.

I am in COMPLETE agreement with the assessment of Invisible Customer review from Nov 2017. The near identical experience made me feel slightly better. We had the same response or should I say Brush -off in late October. My husband and I like to use local services and businesses when possible to update our 1950s modest Cape style house. After many years and last fall we decided it was time to replace our old kitchen counter top. After listening to the radio ads for this business on WPRO AM we decided to start our search there. BIG MISTAKE!!! the showroom and displays were absolutely seriously beautiful. But we found it puzzling and irksome That we were walking around and talking...and WAITING...and waiting....for one of the "voices" of the staff to come out from their hiding place. Just as we were about to leave for lack of ANY attention (walking around and talking to each other for nearly 10 minutes plus) finally FINALLY this well dressed blonde finally deigned to find out why we were there. Seriously!!! When we explained to her what we were wanting to do in our kitchen she said to me Dear, we don't "do" replacement work. We only "do" new kitchen builds." So basically GET OUT!! How nice of her!!! We thought - among other things. IS SHE SERIOUS???!!!! So ... We got back in our car and drove immediately to our local Lowe's where a very friendly and helpful kitchen designer showed us a broad range of finishes to choose plus fantastic sinks and faucets. We had our new countertop backsplash and sink installed within the month.

Invisible Customer - Went to shop for new cabinets and kitchen countertop. Upon entering the showroom, no one welcomed my partner and I. We walked around the showroom floor for quite some time - received lots of "looks" and even a pointing finger - however, no one asked if we had questions or needed help. Staff seemed to be having a lovely time chatting at the front reception desk, so please don't use the "staff was busy on showroom floor" excuse. I had to approach the front desk and interrupt a non-work related conversation between two female staff (after patiently waiting) for assistance only to find out they could NOT help me - not even show or suggest a single countertop or cabinet. Two weeks before visiting KCCNE I called for information and explained what I was looking for to the woman who answered the phone. At that time, I was told to draw a floor plan with approximate measurements and bring that to the store. To come in prepared and then not to be greeted is one thing, but to be ignored and disrespected is another. I caution all shoppers who don't look like the homogeneous group of folks who work here - Save your time and look elsewhere. Horrible experience!
