This is one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. From the owner, the ladies in the office and all of the workers that came to my house to do the work. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Top notch customer service!! The new marble countertops and sink they put in my kitchen look amazing!! I really can't say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend!!

They came when they said they would and completed the work efficiently and professionally. They came back to install a pieof granite behind the stove a few days after. I would definitely recommend them. They also installed my cabinets. Thanks to them I only lost functionality of the kitchen for 5 days. Amazing 👌

Terrific kitchen design and craftsmanship by Ben, Rocky and the rest of the staff! Cabinets look beautiful and the quartz counter top is perfectly placed. Professional in all aspects of the job and made sure we were happy with the outcome. Will definitely call them when I remodel my bathrooms! Thanks again for the great results!

There were a few hiccups caused by the freight company damaging some pieces but Ben got right on it and everything went in perfectly. Was quite pleased with their knowledge, expertise , variety of products, as well as friendliness! Added a few before and after pics...transformation from black granite to this fabulous "blue dunes", which offset the backsplash completely changed the entire kitchen. Hired Kitchen and Bath of Wilmington to do a partial remodel of our master bath and we could not be more pleased with the result. The crew was prompt, tidy, and detailed. Communication with the supervisor was easy. Results speak for themselves. Would hire again without hesitation.

Kitchen and Bath of Wilmington did a fantastic job renovating our master bath. Tom was an extreme pleasure to work with. His many years of experience was an invaluable assest in guiding us through the entire process. He was always available to discuss the project and always did what he said he would do. His followup was excellent and when there was a snag (always created on our end) he would help us get things back on track very quickly. The quality of the work is excellent and Jake and Brandon were true craftsman and have the same qualities as Tom in being so helpful and responsive. We couldn't be more pleased with the result and highly recommend them.

Believe the 5 star reviews. In my lifetime, I'm not sure I can recall a contractor that was as good as Ben and his team at Kitchen and Bath. I'll explain why... To start, we went to several contractors to get our kitchen remodeled. Our needs were fairly unique. We wanted only some of our cabinets replaced. We were keeping all of our appliances. We were going to paint the cabinets ourselves, etc. Ben was flexible, listening to what we wanted and responding favorably. We couldn't get that from any contractor in Wilmington. Worse, one contractor we encountered wouldn't touch our job because it wasn't going to be expensive enough (they wanted to replace everything). Another offered to do part of the job but left it to us to contract for the rest. We loved that Kitchen and Bath would do exactly what we wanted without forcing artificial constraints on the job. And, surprisingly, Kitchen and Bath gave us a quote that was 50+% less than the competitors described above. If that wasn't enough for 5 stars, the way the job was done justified the rating. Every single subcontractor that entered our house acted like it was their house. They took care of walls and floors. They stayed late to clean up. And, I don't mean "construction contractor cleanup". I mean real cleanup. No dust anywhere, tools organized, etc. See the photo we posted. That was after a day of demolition. It blew us away. And, every subcontractor took care of the details that weren't in our initial quote - without complaint or hesitation. We found that there were some issues with the hardwood floor that was uncovered. They took care of it (you can see it near the sink in the photo posted...planks used to repair the floor came from inside a closet in another part of the house, as we requested). We needed a window casing replaced. Done. The crown molding needed fixing. Fixed. Some outlets needed moving to allow the backsplash to be installed. Fixed. These were competent, caring and friendly artisans. Couldn't have been happier with the team that did the work. Then there's the final product. Our kitchen looks amazing. Kitchen and Bath did the design and it came out exactly as planned. They started on the day they promised and got done in the time quoted. If that's not 5 star service, I'm not sure what is. If you're getting your bath or kitchen done and you don't get a quote from Ben and his team...well, you missed an opportunity IMHO.
