We worked through Kitchen Tune-Up to refresh the kitchen in a recently purchased house. Taylor was very timely with her communication, always notifying when the next template and installation phase would be (I had three of each). She sent the templates for my verification as well. Gabriel, Vic, and Eric templated a phase each and they were true to the design details, and the install teams executed it perfectly. He was always easy to get ahold of and responded right away when I had a question. He was very thorough in expectations and made sure to let us know how we needed to prepare for our home measure. Top notch customer service! From the early stages of picking the product out to install. I was sent home with several samples I liked. They cut some samples on the spot to make that happen. Once I made the decision the install date was set for a couple weeks after and it was done as scheduled. The installation crew was very professional, and cleaned up after. I forgot to have a hole drilled for the garbage disposal button and when I showed up at their office one of the install guys asked if he could help because they were actually closed and everyone in the office went home for the day, closed at 5pm and it was 5:30. I explained to him what I forgot and he came by that evening and did it. Talk about going above and beyond. This is the type of customer service everyone should strive for!
