When I decided to remodel my kitchen, I went to quite a few different granite companies searching for the perfect slab. Every place I went seemed to have the same slabs and none of them really caught my eye. In addition, the customer service at all of the locations were less than desirable. On a whim, I decided to stop at Keystone Granite. Keystone granite completely changed my view of granite. They had slabs that I did not see at any other locations. I seriously think I picked the most beautiful slab of granite I’ve ever seen in my life. On top of having gorgeous granite, their customer service was exceptional. Every member of the team Went above and beyond to ensure that my kitchen remodel was exactly the way I envisioned it. They answered the many questions I had. They were always kind, gracious, and thorough. Sabrina was simply phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about the entire Keystone granite team. My kitchen is more beautiful than I ever dreamed possible. I am so thankful that I followed my gut and stopped at Keystone Granite. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT KEYSTONE GRANITE!!!!

We absolutely love how our counters turned out! Keystone has such a great selection, great prices and a large showroom. We had our eyes on multiple favorites and went with Copenhagen in the end. The company did a great job communicating, answering our questions, providing suggestions and handled everything with a sense of urgency and purpose. They were great to work with throughout this process and we are so pleased with the end result!

My wife and I have been wanting to replace our laminate kitchen countertop for several years. Around 8 years ago we had gotten quotes for the project, but we decided to hold off because the cost was more than we wanted to spend and the current countertop was still in very good condition. We started looking again in early 2024 by doing our research and decided to go with granite countertop for several reasons. We liked the look, the maintenance is fairly easy, and we already had a granite self installed above our stove when we did the kitchen backsplash 20 years earlier. We hoped to find a piece of granite for our new countertop that matched our shelf. We went to Lowes and Home Depot first just to get an idea what was out there, but the selections were slim and the prices were on the higher side. I looked up several companies dealing with stone/granite and set out to find the right stuff for the right price. Keystone was conveniently located to be my first stop. Mustafa and co-owner Tuba greeted me as I walk in the store and I was taken to the stone warehouse in the next room. I saw exactly what I wanted within minutes. I asked about the price and it was considerably less expensive than what Lowes and Home Depot had quoted me; and Keystone also had many better choices. I could have taken the deal right then and there, but I wanted to check out the other stores I had on my list to compare prices and options. The prices at the other stores were anywhere from 2-3 times more than Keystone. While Keystone gave me an all inclusive price, the other stores added costs on every step of the process. Removal of the old counter top, measuring, and sealant, all adding a few thousand dollars to the total job cost. When I returned home and told my wife about what I had seen at Keystone, my wife and I jumped in our vehicle the same day so she could see the granite I selected. Mustafa and Tuba greeted us again and were upfront regarding maintenance and care; and the pros and cons of the granite we picked. After a short discussion we agreed to a deal. They even threw in the kitchen sink and suggested an under counter mount, which we agreed to and our thankful we did. They also added a lifetime sealant at no extra charge. Other shops I visited added as much as $1,500 for this sealant. The installation was scheduled in 2 weeks and Sam came to get the measurements within days of our signing the contract. With our measurements confirmed, we received an email within 2-days with the configuration of how they were going to lay the granite out so we could give the approval to proceed. Next our installers arrived, Oscar and Edwardo on the set date to do the installation. They worked until the entire job was done and cleaned up after themselves. One of the easiest installation projects I have ever had to go through. The entire Keystone team has a customer driven work ethic and they were helpful to answer any questions to ease our minds. A few weeks after the install, we had a few issues with the granite and Keystone was out the next day to fix them. Can’t get that service much of anywhere now a days. Highly recommend you checking them out for any of your kitchen or bathroom countertop needs. There were extremely professional, friendly and they stand behind their products and workmanship.

Wow, what can't I say good about our experience at Keystone marble. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sabrina. I was amazed at the amount of knowledge she shared with us regarding the stones. She knew the product liked the back of her hand. I was in awe of how she knew exactly where every stone was located in the showroom. Her direction of where to go to see the stones was on point. I shared photos of our kitchen and bathrooms. Sabrina was able to give me solid advice and what she thought would be a match. The experience of walking through the door greeted me with a welcome & a smile meant a lot. I take great pride in customer service. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I highly recommend Keystone Marble for your needs no matter what type of stone you may be looking for. Wow! From start to finish, we were beyond happy. Tuba, without a doubt, is the most professional, kind, honest, and caring salesperson we have ever met...and we have made many home improvements. She was like shopping with a friend. And never once did she pressure us. Quite the opposite. She wanted us to take our time so that we would love our choice. CeeCee and Sabrina were wonderful as well, fielding my calls if Tuba was busy. Sam, our templater, was darling...young, but very knowledgeable. He gave us great advice. And our workers, well... not only were they massively strong, but they took great pride in making sure everything was perfect. We looked at 5 other countertop dealers in PA and DE. Seriously, look nowhere else. They have the best choices, the best prices and the most lovely people working there! Thank you, Tuba and Keystone!

I can’t say enough good things about Keystone. Tuba was amazing to work with and even fit us in right before Thanksgiving so now our family can enjoy it for our gathering! What an awesome experience working with the folks at Keystone! I looked at 5 different companies and without a doubt I selected the best. From the start, Tuba and the rest of the staff were awesome. They answered all my questions and helped me select some of the best pieces for our kitchen and bathroom. Their staff was kind, professional, and definitely masters of their craft. We are so happy with the end result and can't thank them enough. Did I mention that their prices were very reasonable and well worth the expense. I will definitely use them again for any further ideas we come up with and would recomend them without question.

After pricing out several companies and looking at their inventory, we moved forward with Keystone. The customer service was amazing. They didn’t follow us around while we picked out our counters, nor did they push up to make a decision right then and there. The best part was, we found exactly what we were looking for and half the cost of their competitors. They came out within a week of calling to move forward and the instillation was a week after. The ladies who work in the office were pleasant along with the guys who measured everything out. The installers we professional and very friendly. The instillation was quick and looked absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’m am thankful we went with them.

Absolutely the best costumer service around ! Tuba was outstanding and help us through the entire process making it feel seamless from beginning to end. Tuba is very responsive and returns calls with questions you may have very quickly. Installation was quick and the service men also did an incredible job ! They were courtesy and respected our house not to damage anything in the process. Our island counter top is roughly 10’x5’ 5” Would recommend to anyone I know looking for new counters!
