Fading due to constant friction or swelling due to contact with water are common cases of countertop spoilage. Chipboard surfaces are not durable and lose their physical properties quickly. Replace countertops with stone surfaces to avoid such nasty consequences. Clients can order custom furniture pieces in Keystone Granite. The processor deals with the most popular stone species. Slabs are processed using modern machinery to preserve stone integrity and guarantee serviceability for dozens of years. When ordering custom countertops, clients get free estimation, installation, and measuring.

Maybe this will get the owners attention and I can have a happy customer again. I have a custom home company and my customer chose Keystone Granite because of their price. I normally use Delta Granite, yes they are more expensive, but in my experience you get what you pay for. The installer for my customers job decided it was okay to use the customers Polaris to move a piece of granite around to the back of the house. The reason we found out is because he hooked up the battery tender wrong and the battery drained. He thought it was a "job site Polaris", yes custom home builders leave $10,000 golf carts around for subcontractors to use all the time right?? Fast forward to after install 3 weeks later. We remove the supports from the island and the granite pops the seam and chips the granite because it was not shimmed properly. Keystone came back and fixed it but for some reason decided to polish the seam after they fixed it. Absolute black should not be polished with whatever they used so now the seams have a dull waxy finish on them that will not come out. After several attempts to remedy the situation Keystone has given up and can not fix the issues with the seam or all of the water marks this granite has. Its almost as if it were never sealed or properly prepped or we didn't really get absolute black granite. John and Lynn "the owners" if you are reading this you can call me to alleviate the situation and I will take this post down.

Thanks to this company. We were able to get our island just what we wish for. Amber was very knowledgeable and such great customer service. She didn’t push us for what we needed. In fact she even gave us suggestions..... not recommendations. She listens to what we need and what we will use it for. She made her suggestions base on what she gathered from us. The process was so quick and simple. Friendly staff, technicians and installers. Highly recommend them for any of your counter needs. Did I mention reasonable price and very competitive to other company. Awesome experience here for sure. We will be coming back for our projects!!!!

Not only do they have the best granite in town, they have the best customer service! From Amber’s friendly demeanor to the guys who installed our vanity top, everyone involved in the process was pleasant and courteous. Go for the stone, stay for the service...you will not be disappointed! Thank you Amber for helping me throughout the entire process! You are truly awesome!

Maybe my experience is unique, but I do not recommend an establishment that will resale your leftover quartz and offer zero compensation. My issues 1) not clearly explaining buying a whole slab. Saying something is more expensive is not explaining. Using words like are you aware you are buying a whole slab and your project only requires 1/3 of a slab. 2) being told we are busy so even if you are already in the queue you can be pushed back. Took over a month for my quartz to arrive then a full week for installation. 3) they will not give you a time frame for installation. Just be home and wait for a phone call for a 30 mins warning. 4) the selections they have for quartz that won’t need to be ordered are really basic. I should have went to Lowe’s but they said 30 days and Keystone said 5-7 days which was not the truth. It’s been over a month from order to installation. 5) If your leftover piece is too big they will ask to cut it or ask you to arrange your own delivery at your expense. 6) they do not offer refunds when you realize your mistake in buying a whole slab even if slab is still whole and not delivered. I hope my expensive lesson will help someone ask better questions or just go to Lowe’s.

Replaced my kitchen countertops. I had to do my own demo due to their company policies, which worked out fine. They were very helpful throughout. We went without countertops for about 6 days (between demo, measurement, and production). Prices were VERY competitive.

Keystone Granite complete my home on schedule and within budget. Matter of Fact I missed a few areas on my plan, and there was no increase to the budget. The staff, CAD designer, and installers did a great JOB. Keystone granite stands behind the work and the products they sell as I had one piece of granite that needed to be fixed, and the installer came back and fixed the issue. Since then I have used them to complete my outdoor kitchen, and again great job. I recommend you give them a call.

I've been a Texas contractor for over 25 yrs building and remodeling homes . Unfortunately I lost my guy who made my granite and marble cuts for me about a yr ago. I found Keystone granite today literally by accident looking for another company and ended up buying from them. They're all fantastic people, helped me out as a contractor and treated me fantastic. Met the owner who took upon himself to get my slab cut immediately to have ready for install within a week . Truly amazing company and would definitely recommend to any contractor or homeowner looking for granite or stone work !! Thanks Keystone, Jarrell Remodeling 👍👍💪💪
