Countertop store
One of Kentucky's oldest countertop companies entered the market in 1992. Kentuckiana Countertops is a family owned and operated business that produces traditional tabletops from natural and engineered stone. Local homeowners and building contractors looking to install new countertops can visit the spacious showroom, which displays sample slabs and solid surfaces from well-known manufacturers. The company staff eagerly helps with the development of the design and layout of the future countertop. All manufacturing work is carried out by experienced craftsmen, and the workshop is equipped with contemporary technology and machine tools.

I am 100% elated with how this company treated us and the installation process. We started out at a big box retailer, who farmed the job out to another local company. What a nightmare. A friend recommended Kentuckiana and everything was perfect. No add-ons. Estimate was 100% on target. They were in and out of my house in under 3 hours once the stone was ready. Cannot say enough good things.

we waited a long time admittedly to write this review and wish we had done so sooner but in this case, we decided we just could not remain silent. Our extensive mid-century remodel of about 4 years back for the most part went very well, save the very expensive Silestone quartz counters. The work was not bad - it was atrocious! We have a very bad waterfall miter joint that looks worse every time we pass by it and we have 2 very ugly seams that are more than double the industry standard width-wise. We should have never-ever accepted this work but.... we were living out of state and had a deadline for moving. The main counter took three tries to get the cut to follow the very clear architectural drawings and even then, the install was just terrible. The counter is partly unlevel and seams have opened up repeatedly which means constant refilling of the oversized gaps. The last refill of the two joints in question looked like they were done by a first grader. we have tried to reach out to others firms for remedial work but so far we have not found anyone willing to work with us. In the end - I fear we will simply have to have this botched counter ripped out and we will have to start all over - plus we will no doubt have to replace at least a portion of our glass tile backsplash. Sorry - but this has just been a very bad experience.

They treated my small kitchen project like it was worth a million bucks! So very happy with our experience and even happier with our end result! The last three pictures are the before.

I am unable to recommend this company. They put our sink in crooked, did not clean up their mess, and did not put any caulk that was needed by backsplashes. I wish I had went with a different company for such an expensive project.

I am very picky and was extremly satisfied with kentuckiana countertops. I love my newly renovated kitchen. I plan on remodeling my bathroom in about six months and will definitly choose them again.

We purchased two pieces of granite from a local distributor here in Louisville and had to choose a countertop installer. We chose Kentuckiana Countertops because of the reviews from other customers and location in Jeffersontown. With the pandemic, our contractor had difficulties acquiring all the parts to do our full kitchen remodel. KC worked with us and stored our granite for a long time as we kept them in the loop on the timeframe for the acquisition of cabinets, etc. Finally, all pieces came and with the cabinets installed we scheduled with KC to have measurements taken. The team that came out to measure, PROFESSIONAL!
The team that installed our countertops, PROFESSIONAL! The people in the office, PROFESSIONAL! I think you can see that we like dealing with professional companies.
The countertops are simply beautiful!
Picture 1 is of the main countertop
Pictures 2& 3 is our coffee bar
Pictures 4&5 is our kitchen bar. NOTE: there is one unfinished portion of the kitchen bar. The install team wanted to get the fit right! They decided to take additional measurements, go back to the shop, and cut the piece with their precision cutter.
We HIGHLY recommend the PROFESSIONALS at Kentuckiana Countertops!

I have had the pleasure of working with Tracy, Paula, Jackie and Jeremy along with the installation teams for several years and several counter top projects. I have had multiple bath counter tops and kitchen tops installed. Completed an extensive remodel that included baths, kitchen and laundry room in late 2019. The master required a shower seat made from the counter material and it needed to be completed quickly (last minute decision). I knew it was probably impossible to do what I needed, however they jump thru hoops and made it happen. Just finished installing baths in a different home just purchased. Once I am ready for the kitchen I will call them without a doubt. I tend to be extremely particular to the degree that I like to see the lay out of the counters before cutting the stone. Each person has gone out of their way to help me, satisfy me and keep in touch with me during the process. I cannot recommend them enough.
