I recently worked with Jayrock Tile & Marble to install Daltile porcelain plank tiles in my 1950 SF house. Jason and his team demonstrated professionalism and dedication, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Our first consult was on the phone, and I asked him to work on my new residence while I was living 2 hours away from it—a significant undertaking on trust without having met him in person. The second time we met was at the project site, where I was provided with the quote and scope of work. Being away from the site, I entrusted Jason with full responsibility for the project. The online vendor I ordered from only offered curbside drop-off without having someone put them inside the garage. The online vendor I ordered from only offered curbside drop-off. Since the tile shipment was going to a residential garage, the supplier transported the order to a nearby warehouse. He went the extra mile by collecting the tiles from a warehouse for a small fee. Within eight days, the team expertly laid out the tiles and removed the old carpet and tiles for an additional fee. Jason provided daily updates and pictures at the end of the day, which was greatly appreciated since I lived two hours away. The project was completed the day before I moved, and when I came to my house, everything was done correctly and per the pictures. I am delighted with the results and highly recommend Jayrock Tile & Marble. Jayrock’s commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in his offer to return and repair any chips or tiles that I might find aren’t a perfect fit (with the tiles left over) because the business wanted to ensure I was happy with the work. Moreover, he provided a 2-year warranty, a year longer than most contractors offer. Don't hesitate to call them if you need your flooring done.

UPDATED 5/2024 Jason and his team would get 100 stars if I could give them. We hired them to do a bathroom tile remodel. They were extremely professional and took the extra time and care to lay plastic down on our floors, while walking up and down our stairs. When the job was finished, they cleaned and wiped the floors on their way out the door. We can not express how professional Jason and his crew are. They return calls and show up on time! Also getting the job completed on time. This is definitely the company you want to use. May-2024 We just had Jason and his crew back to add an overhang above our front door. They did an amazing job and completed the job in 3 days. We love have the job gets done in a timely matter an they leave your property clean. I called the company and the owner called me back the same day. I texted pictures of the job and received a quote within a few hours. I was able to schedule the job a few days out, so we didn't have to wait for the repairs. Marvin came to the house right on time and did the tile repairs in our bathroom. The job looks great - like new and he left the area clean. We will be sure to use them again when the need arises!

Not only did Jason respond to Us right away he was kind, courteous, professional and explained everything about what the job would entail to us up front as well as options for us. We called Jayrock on a Friday with a nightmare of a problem with our mountain cabin floors. He showed up on Saturday morning to take a look and after offering a very reasonable bid we hired him to do the job. We made it clear to him that we were on a very short time crunch. His crew showed up the next day, Sunday morning right on time with all the equipment and tools needed for the job. They worked through the day into the evening until it was completely done. More than 10 hours. The work was done professionally and they cleaned up before, during and afterwards. Jay Rock and his crew were friendly, professional, and even seemingly happy to be there on a Sunday somehow.. I highly recommend this company for your construction needs.

I was looking to have a backsplash added to my kitchen & two bathrooms tiled in the shower & shower doors added. It started with the free estimate that he came & gave. He 1st made me feel confident that his company could do the job & out lined everything that they would do. Also stating that it could be a little more if they ran into major problems like water damage. What he provided & what I was responsible for. Also how long the job would take. His experience & taking the time to just sit & throughly explain his steps made me choose him. I had already gotten 3 other estimates & he wasn't the cheapest but the attitude & knowledge sold me. I paid deposit to hold a start date & 2 weeks later the project started. They showed up on time & made sure to protect the areas they were in. His entire crew was great. They know what they are doing. They even did extra things that weren't in the contract for me. Jason advised me on colors & picked up the tile I needed. Among other things I needed. The work was completed in the time he stated as they stay to schedule everyday. The work is outstanding. I'm very happy. Jason & his crew do excellent work. I had a little problem with the shower door & they came in a day to take care of it. Any problems with there work they will handle. I like the fact that his company does it all. Electrical, plumbing, tile. You don't need to find anyone else if you want something added to your project. Jason is fair & he's really a great guy that knows what he's doing. What started out as just a new shower/tile ended up turning into a complete bathroom remodel. Once we saw how beautiful our new shower was, we just had to continue with new tile flooring to match, new toilet, new vanity, new mirrors/medicine cabinet, and paint! Jason and crew did an awesome job on everything, and especially the tile work! And I must add, the value was great and didn't break the bank, and the quality exceeded my expectations! The white grout in our white tile in the kitchen is almost 25 years old. The grout had worn away in some places and got discolored. Jayrock scraped out the old grout and replaced it all. My countertops and backsplash look brand new. I would highly recommend Jayrock Tile & Marble. They did a fantastic job at a great price!

Wow! Dan and Evan did an amazing job laying four different tiles in my downstairs. They laid black granite and white marble in a diamond checkerboard in my living room. The two different tiles were different heights, but they made it work and the precision of their grid is impressive. As if that wasn't a big enough task, next they laid hexagonal tiles in my kitchen- another precise layout. Too much Geometry to get right for DIYers. Just call these guys, you won't regret it. They even worked on weekends to accommodate my family's upcoming vacation.

Horrible customer service! Refused to keep all communications in writing! I have the emails where Jason said if I did not call he would no longer respond to email! Always keep correspondence between both party's in writing. Protects everyone. Wow! See attached picture. He also wanted to cancel the project when I asked him who gets the tile. I never said or implied the tile cost was included in the bid. Very unprofessional. Run away!
