Yup. JerK Stone Inc indeed. Very rude! I went there to shop for counter top for my own house. I walked around the shop admiring the beauty of the Marble I saw. This middle aged woman yelled at us impatiently, "Hey! What do you want?" We explained that we are just checking the Marble out then she gave us a really mean look. I guess she thinks we are not potential customers that's why. We got out immediately after the unpleasant interaction. But the clearance section outside drew my attention. I went to section to check it out . Wow! and that woman just sent a guy over and closed the gate of the clearance section off us. I mean really? What's wrong with her!

We decided to use JK stone because we had seen a couple of jobs they had completed a couple of years ago. What a mistake! The installers left the seams so badly aligned that when we slid a penny across the counter, it literally bounced of the countertop when it hit it. They left without even cleaning the granite. We finally got the installers back out to look at the job, 3 weeks later, they were only able to clean and polish the granite. Which did nothing for the problems with the seams. When we spoke to Jenny, the owner, she couldn't be bothered to see what her installers did. Instead she tried to buy me off for $100 on a $5,000 job. Unfortunately, she had to have the money in advance to schedule the work and secure the granite. I am disappointed that they feel they don't need to do quality work, just cash the check. I would tell people to use anyone else

Had a simple pantry installed for extra storage. Great work and the quotes were much more reasonable than other competitors. This is our 2nd time w JK stone as we did our kitchen 4 yrs ago. Reliable company and workers. Thank u for your help.

Juan was great worker !! the owner Jenny gave too many Quotes. I was not happy :( . make sure you get in writing first ,sink cut out /cook top cut out. other quotes give fabrication sink cut included in their quotes she did it separate.

Good work, just a lot of mistakes made during the billing. For example forgetting to add features on the bill and then telling me later that it was going to be more because they for got to add the glass door or asking if I wanted a feature at the last minute and telling me it would be more. Nice workers just there were a lot of mistakes on the bill, I paid more than the original invoice.
