Izzy and his team were amazing to work with. Friendly, positive, helpful, reasonable, fast, and they did a great job. They accommodated our small job and didn't stick us with minimum charges or fees. Also the cleanest crew we've had come through. It was cleaner when they left than when they showed up. We love our new counters, and just need to do them justice with some backsplash.

These guys are very good at what they do. They gave me a quote right away and it was a good price and it didn't take them very long before they got the work done and the top was finished. They were very precise with their measurements and the top fit perfect. The guys work very hard and they matched it to the top of my barbecue excellently. The guys were super nice super friendly, very clean, and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them you will be happy.

I 1000% recommend Izzy's Granite Fab Shop. He was so patient with us while we found a quartz slab we liked. Everything I liked was backordered for a couple months. Izzy was very responsive and when my quartz was finally in, he reserved slabs for us right away. He and his team were quick and professional. He was very flexible and supportive. We love our countertops and sink!! We will absolutely use him in the future.

The best. Izzy is an honest, hard working guy that will get the job done right. It's easy to give a 5 star review when everything goes smoothly, but what matters most is how things are handled when things don't go exactly as planned. We ordered 4 slabs for our counters, and when they arrived, one didn't match the other three. This wasn't Izzy's fault, but he handled the situation and quickly sourced us a fourth slab that was a great match. Izzy later discovered that I planned on putting an integrated PITT cooktop into our new counters. It's not his job to ensure that the counters and cooktop are compatible, but he took it upon himself because he wanted to make sure I ended up with the kitchen I had dreamed of. He repeatedly reached out to his contacts at Cosentino to get a definitive answer. We are very grateful for his thorough nature. Our kitchen is now spectacularly beautiful, and we are so thankful for Izzy and his team.

I used Izzy's and was more than satisfied and happy with the work. Except for measurements and installation all coordination was done over the phone and text messages. I do recommend Izzy's to all my friends that are redoing any counters in their house. The installers are friendly, Clean up after themselves and explain what they are doing.

I have been doing business with Izzy's since they started up. I have tried other shops but they do not compare to Izzy's. The quality, the craftsmanship, the customer service and the integrity are far above all of the local competitors. I will continue to do business with Izzy and highly recommend this shop. We did a kitchen remodel with three bookend slabs from Arizona Tile. I wanted a waterfall edge on the island and that same edge to be duplicated above the stove. I'm very particular and a stickler for details. Izzy listened to what we wanted and delivered the goods. His team did a great job of the installation and more importantly cleaned up after themselves .

I was having a plumber replace my kitchen sink but the hole in the granite was too small. We needed someone that could come right away and cut it delicately enough to not ruin the rest of the granite countertop (since we're not ready for a kitchen remodel yet). Izzy sent two of his men first thing the next morning. They were quick, professional and got the job done within 20 minutes and they did a great job cleaning up too. It was a very good price (I thought, didn't get many other quotes) and the job was done satisfactorily and quickly.

We had bathroom mold issue that was caused by a water leak that lead to a bathroom remodel. After looking around for some time for countertops we found that we liked the Montgomery Quartz countertop from Cambria (it is absolutely beautiful). However Cambria is very selective in who they sell to and gave us a list of three contractors that are certified to install their quartz in our area. We also found out that this material was sold in half slab sheets (this is an important detail later). Izzy's Granite is one of them and they were fast and responsive and gave us a quote for a countertop, a shower dam, backsplashes and a shower bench in about a day. The other two contractors in our area gave us quotes, however their price was easily 50% higher than Izzy's. We found out that the other contractors were charging us a full slab price, and had significant increased overhead in their labor (and were much slower to get back to us).a We were a bit concerned with the other reviews and asked them to send images of some of the work they had done in their shop as well as give us some recommendations on what edging (bullnose) and backsplashes (1/2 Ogee) would work well. Their support and feedback was quick, they ordered the material to arrive at their shop before the shower dam was in and had the measurements done within a day of the dam install. All of the pieces were installed within 3 days after that and worked perfectly. We appreciate Izzy and Ema for all the work they did on our bathroom and it turned out absolutely wonderful. Izzy and Ema are absolutely fantastic and we will definitely use them again when we redo our guest bathroom hallway with their quartz countertops!

I'm surprised that I'm the first one to review this business, but they probably don't need my review as they are well known around the Inland Empire and are super busy. We're remodeling our kitchen and I'm doing most of the general contracting myself, which means I need to find my own subcontractors. I was referred to Izzy's Granite by my coworker who has high standards (and a beautiful kitchen). I stopped by their shop to ask a few questions and get a sample of a few slabs I was interested in (soapstone and absolute black granite). Izzy was more than happy to help me estimate the square footage I need for my countertop, give me a few samples, and refer me to stone yards. I did all my research MONTHS before I needed Izzy to do my work, but when I finally needed him to fabricate my countertop, he instantly recognized me and was on it immediately. It took 2 weeks for my countertops to be installed, but I was willing to wait for perfection. The installers were careful to not damage my new custom cabinets and wood floors by installing sheets of plastic over the cabinets and foam padding for the floors. They ensured that they left my kitchen the way they found it--which was spotless. Also, we couldn't find a slab of granite large enough to accommodate our HUGE peninsula and were mulling having to do a seam in the countertop. However, after seeing sample seams at their shop, I took the plunge. We're very happy with the outcome as you can barely notice the seam! From their workmanship, to their customer service (Berenice and Jessica --secretaries), and their attention to detail, you cannot get any better than Izzy's. Highly recommend this business for your countertop installation.

Provided Izzy with my old bathroom counter top to use as an exact template to cut the granite to the exact size we needed. Somehow he managed to f it up and cut the coutertop way too big. I was busy working when he guys installed, so I didn't realize how off the cut was. When we realized we would not even be able to sit on our toilet with the size of the counter we contacted Izzy, he blamed it on us and wanted to charge us more ($300) to come fix it. After we told him that it was 100% his fault as we had given him the old counter top to match, he again blamed it on us and then stopped responding to all calls/texts. Also threw away our d countertop so now we can not even give it to someone else to make us a new top. Worse yet, paid the guy cash, so he could avoid taxes, but we are the ones who got screwed here Please let my pain be a lesson to you all, go somewhere else. If he is willing to screw me over for $600, what is he willing to do for more money?!? Update...4/12/22 I will give Izzy credit that he ended up giving us a refund. At least the guy has morals.

Everything was good until I made the dumb mistake of paying them before the job was completely finished. Long story short, they never came back to finish the job, which is very unethical. Hired them to bullnose my existing marble flooring and during the process they scratched every tile they bullnosed about 2 inches out from the corner. So, I am stuck with a bunch of scratched up tiles and no one to come buff the scratches out. Every time you call them, they give you the "too busy" excuse. They also cut one of my sink handle holes the wrong length from center, so I'm stuck with one turn off valve 4 inches away from the faucet and one 3 inches from the faucet (pictured below).

Izzy's had great reviews and recommendations from my local neighbors, so I called to get an estimate. The woman who answered the phone said she would get back to me. Crickets for a week. So I went in person to the shop, spoke personally with Izzy, and filled out a client form so I could get an estimate. I didn't hear from him for another two weeks, so I called several times to ask when someone could come to my home. A week later he had someone take measurements and he told me to pick the quartz I wanted at a local supplier and put it on hold under his name. The next day I made a choice and texted him repeatedly to ask if I needed one slab or two. Crickets. I never heard from him again. Called another fabricator and the job will be completed in two weeks, from my first contact to installation. Disappointed by extremely poor customer service and all the wasted time.

The quoted price was great. Izzy, the owner was great as well, in the beginning.We picked out a quartz countertop and he asked that i call him on Monday to schedule the install (i saw him on Wednesday, the week prior). That was the last time i spoke to him. I left 3 messages, 2 on their voicemail and 1 with his daughter. I also made a 2nd trip to the shop and he was nowhere to be found. He basically ghosted me because it was a small job. If you don't want the business, then say it so I could have gone elsewhere and not wasted my time. Very unprofessional.

I wish this has the option for 0 stars ! This place is just terrible ! I don't understand how it has good reviews ! The place is filthy and smelly with cockroaches! Dusty material samples for which they charge top dollar. Maybe they pick and choose who to give good service to, since the "owner"treated another customer with a bigger job far different tending to all their needs while I waited. My project was small but the "owner" quoted me a ridiculous amount of money! He just wanted to get rid of me making sure he repeated "how busy he always is" he can't even speak English correctly. People with small jobs will be treated poorly here.

First and most importantly this guy is NOT A CONTRACTOR . He claims to be "licensed and bonded"as if he knew what this meant. This place is terrible from the "showroom" cockroaches to the customer service , it was very hard to talk to anyone over the phone to get any information, I live close by so I dropped in , I visited this place several times within a year or so and I have never walked on a business with a heavy discussing awful smell every time I was there. Once I was finally ready for my job to be done, because of the recommendation and good reviews I still decided to give it a try...worst mistake waisted a month and a half of my time ! My appointment was canceled several times I took the day off twice the owner was rude and senseless acted as if he was doing me a favor to go measure my kitchen counters! Every time I tried to communicate there was no answer if I got lucky they would pick up the phone and hang up . Despite the red flags I visited this place a few times in effort to talk to owner and get estimate but never did. Every visit cockroaches were visible everywhere. There was a particular one Inside the display sink that I saw the very first time I visited over a year ago, I recently visited again... I was curious to see if it was still there AND THERE IT WAS !!! It never got cleaned out !!!!! I wonder if any other people have noticed it. Material samples were all dusty the place all in all was messy which was odd since on a few occasions a lady was holding a mop on two particular occasion I calmly waited while she was laughing enjoying a conversation with one of the employees who actually spoke English but he did not bother to help me, all that wait to tell me she did not know. I asked to see the material they have in the back communication was hard with her but the remains and defective slabs / pieces are overpriced. As we walked to and back I noticed the manufacture site the crews do not have proper work attire worst I did not see any safety equipment the equipment I saw definitely requires gloves and mask which none of them wore. the stations where they manufacture the counters was very dirty I know it is a place that would have a lot of dust but the dirty was not from dust but from trash food left out w flies beer cans and glasses ect... there is no is sanitation. After seeing all that I made my decision. I called the owner to cancel the next appointment he "personally" set up and told him I would be taking my business elsewhere since they are so busy but he was careless. Overall customer experience was terrible I was not taken seriously! I saw a secretary there only once within a month and half however she had no knowledge of anything related to granite or quarts. I sure did not use them ! Do not go here from the looks of it only a some get good customer service therefore

I have a small project. I stopped by the store and selected the granite that i liked. The owner said he would send someone to measure the space to make sure they get it right. i called three times to schedule and was told a different date. After the third time, I told him i would take my business elsewhere as they are to busy with my small project.

Went and priced a small piece of used, obviously, remnant. The lady told me maybe 100 bucks and said they would make two cuts to bring it to the standard size of 37/22. Went back an hour later and was told 250 plies 100 dollars per cut for any cut. Wow!!! Talk about nonsense. Suck to have to drive but builders surplus and tile mile in OC is the place I guess....
