This is my second home renovation using Italmarble for my marble, quartz, and tile. Kelly's attention to detail from the intial slab selection to the grout for my tile is unsurpassed. The crew that installed my slabs did a fantastic job, too, and they did it with a smile. I highly recommend!!

Italmarble is a top notch company, the staff is very helpful in explaining all their different types of countertops. Kelly helped us from start to finish we loved dealing with her. Walked in with an appointment and was initially just looking. Very difficult for my wife to make a decision, rarely on the spot. Kelly who assisted us we terrific. She not only knows her stuff, but her friendly casual approach is super helpful. She can help you make choices, narrow the options and help you make decisions. She was very efficient and got us to make a purchase after our hour appointment and even more importantly, we were very surprised at the price. Very reasonable. We don't even have our new counter tops yet but were extremely happy with the service we have received and I know the installation will all go smoothly. Thanks for a great experience Kelly!

We recently had Ital Marble design and install a marble fireplace surround in our home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Kelly, the designer, was fantastic from the start. She really took the time to understand our vision and expertly matched the marble to the style of our house, helping to bring the design to life. Her knowledge of the inventory was impressive, and she provided thoughtful recommendations throughout the process. The turnaround time was quick, and the installation team was professional. While the initial fit wasn't quite what we had envisioned, Ed, the owner, was quick to address our concerns. He personally came out to review the project, made valuable revision suggestions, and oversaw the adjustments to ensure everything was perfect. The final result exceeded our expectations – our fireplace surround is absolutely stunning. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of the work and the level of service we received from Ital Marble. Highly recommended!

I have been working with Amy and all of the other staff at Italmarble for the last several months. Amy has been so instrumental in coordinating the look I was wanting to achieve with flair and professionalism. She saved me from my own horrible choices gently and with good instruction, I am so very grateful. We did the kitchen along with 2 bathrooms. The template measuring made for perfect cutting of the stone for the installers who were professional, courteous and immaculate. The ease of doing business with these folks and their insistence on my 100% satisfaction was refreshing to do business with.

I recently renovated an older home and bought my tile and marble at Italmarble. Amy helped me with my selections and I couldn't be happier. She was extremely professional and helpful and she went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied. She seemed to know my taste and she made suggestions to put everything all together. Joe helped me with the template. He was professional and accommodating. He made great placement suggestions and the counters look great. My overall experience with Italmarble couldn't have been better. Amy and Joe made my renovation experience so much easier. I recently finished a complete redo of two bathrooms. I first went to Ital to find something for a shower floor in the master bath. Olga greeted me and was helping me through the huge selections, she had an idea and showed me the most beautiful glass tile I'd ever seen. WOW. Mind made up instantly. I next went to Ital to pick out a piece of marble for an under mount sink on a wooden cabinet vanity. Amy took me through lots of pieces of marble. When I found one I liked, we went over how I wanted it to appear around the sink, to best display the markings. I could not be more pleased. The tile man (Marty - a real gem) had not seen the glass tile before and loved working with it, a challenge. All the folks there with whom I dealt and those in the background; like the ones that polished my old marble thresholds and plinth blocks, did such nice work. If I ever have any more stone work to do, not doubt where I'll be going - It's Ital Marble in Lynn.

We stumbled upon Ital Marble driving by on our way to Frank Webb just by coincidence. Debbie immediately greeted us and was very friendly and personable. She asked us all about our project (what materials we would need), taking great notes and wanted to make sure we stayed on budget. She offered wonderful design ideas, while not trying to "sell" anything. We had a fabulous experience through and through with Ital Marble. We ordered granite counter tops for both our kitchen & bath, a new sink cabinet & natural slate tiles for our new bathroom. Ed was fantastic, he invited us out to his cutting plant (behind back) and he marked the parts of the granite slab we wanted to use. Installation went very smoothly and we were thrilled with our finished product. Many people have complimented us on our gorgeous kitchen granite. 15 months after installation the sink in the kitchen needed to be re-sealed due to a building error our contractor made. Ed kindly came out and re-sealed the sink as well as repaired the uneven cabinet (not something he had to do). Ed really cares about his customers, his business and reputation. I have recommended Ital Marble to many friends who are doing kitchen & bath renos and I would use Ital again in a heart beat. Thank you for your friendly service and excellent craftsmanship!

Our Realtor recommended this place to us for granite countertops. Once we were ready, we stopped in and met with Debbie. We had a very nice experience, all the way from choosing the granite through installation. We took our time choosing what slab of granite we wanted and went back a couple of times. We never felt rushed to make a decision, and in fact were told to take all the time we needed to make the right choice for us. Once we chose the perfect piece, Ed the owner came over to do the templating. Once that was done, our new countertops were quickly installed by a friendly and courteous crew. Including a special order sink that Debbie found for us which was exactly what we were looking for. Our new countertops look beautiful. I would hire them again for any of my granite needs.
