The person that came to do estimate and walk true made it seem to good to be true. He came look at the job made an estimate then two days later came broke all the tile in the restroom ask for money and took off with $5,000 from my parents. The paper he gave the estimate dint have the business name on it. The good thing is the ringer cam caught him while he was walking out. He was wearing a white tshirt whit this business logal on it. What I think is he worked for this company at some time and if he's still working there this company needs to check on there workers. BCS there is some one using there tshirt with there Business Logo on it. The good thing is that the house insurance covered everything.

I was put in a very uncomfortable situation with work not completed with my installer; everything seemed to have gone array. Through my installer, Gerry was called to install my kitchen Quartzcountertop along with installing the kitchen sink. It was a long day for everyone, but there was no qualms about staying to finish the job up to 9:30 PM. Their Attitude was amazingly uplifting. I know they were exhausted for putting in a long arduous day, but they kept on going until the job was done. Thank you Gerry and your team for showing us what hard work, quality of work, and the integrity of your work is all about… all the stress accumulated while waiting for my installer to come through suddenly disappeared! There’s not enough “Thank you’s” to express my gratitude for such great work IQ Tile displayed… “IQ Tile. Inc.” definitely lives up to “Integrity” and “Quality”!!

Gerardo and his crew at iQ Tile, Inc. did an excellent job on a tough project. Our kitchen backsplash was flagstone and we wanted subway tile. In addition, our kitchen cabinets were recently redone so their was added concern. The tile was demo’d, new tile was installed, without a scratch to our cabinets. Gerardo went over and above in installing our new range hood, and put a sealer on our granite countertop - all without any additional cost. My wife and I are super-pleased and happy with their work. Our kitchen looks amazing! We feel so blessed that - though their home base is Gardena, they came out to our home in Menifee to do the work. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work. They exceeded our expectations!

Superb service, excellent pricing, and quality craftsmanship is what you can expect from IQ Tile Inc. I had come across their work on IG and OfferUp and wanted them to come do our countertop. I spoke with Gerardo who demonstrated absolute professionalism and enthusiasm to get started immediately! Gerardo’s team came over, ran their measurements and went to work the following day. Overall my experience was excellent! Attached is the quartz countertop when they first installed and the finished look after. I look forward to partnering with IQ Tile soon for our next project!
