We asked a contractor at the home show who they would recommend for countertops. Iowa Countertops was the only name they would recommend, we are glad they did! Walked in store looking for a specific stone. The ladies at the desk were rude were not welcoming. They made me feel like I shouldn't be there. Additionally I started to explain what I was looking for and they started to talk to other people. I asked who should I be talking to and she said well kinda all of us. I decided to walk out as they were not helpful. Seemed very mean girl clique environment. Their loss as I am doing two bathroom remodels and my kitchen counters. I will not be using their services ..

Great knowledge, pricing, and service. This company will handle design, pricing, tear-outs, and installation. Can also provide very competent plumbers if need be. Had a small problem with one design component with my granite counters; company corrected and resolved within 12 hours. In my opinion, the only place to go for counter tops. Totally satisfied.

I stopped in and talked with Tara and wanted a quote on a vanity top for our master bath. We visited about several options. I noticed when she was helping me she kept looking over to another customer that was being helped by another associate. i felt like she was not real interested in helping me. We settled on granite or quartz and I gave her all the measurements and my email. She said would email me the quote. I waited about 2 weeks and still no email. I emailed her directly and asked if she could email me the quote. I never heard from her. Disappointing...
