I had a wonderful experience with Intown Granite & Quartz. From the moment I made the appointment until they complete the installation. We were very well attended by Ivo Lima, a great friend and a great professional, he was very patient and very attentive in clarifying all our questions. Their material is great and it is installed very carefully and safely. Every detail of the stone is in harmony, each piece connects with the other, and the seams are imperceptible. And that makes this Company have their own glow.

Overall we had a great experience withe the Intown Granite & Quartz team. From the start, their selection has great variety that is not overwhelmin and makes your choice much easier. Their ability to schedule you within a reasonable timeframe was also something that was crucially important to us and they facilitated without any problems. Sizing and instal was flawless. There was a pricing miscommunication, but the team fixed the issue quickly. Would use them again and highly recommend them!.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new countertop! The team at Intown is amazing, so easy to work with, no pressure, great guidance, so easy to communicate with, kept us posted with specific detail about dates and times of service throughout the whole process. Honestly, we haven’t worked with a better company in a VERY long time!! From Karla at the front, to Wesley who did the perfect laser measurements, to Marley and his crew at install, we are thrilled! I recently had waterfalls countertops and backsplash installed, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The team worked incredibly hard alongside my designer, who can be quite particular! They were incredibly accommodating and always maintained a positive attitude, even when I requested some changes halfway through the project. They went above and beyond to make sure I was absolutely satisfied with the final result. I was so impressed that I'm already planning to use them for my bathroom countertops in the future. In March 2024, I was looking to install quartz countertops and backsplash in my kitchen. After shopping around for quotes, I found that Intown offered the best option in terms of price, completion time, and customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire process, from measurement to demolition to installation, took just one week. Wesley is extremely meticulous with his measurements and doesn't cut corners, which I greatly appreciated because the final results are flawless!! There was one minor issue: they arrived at 7 pm for the demolition and partial installation when the appointment window was 4-6 pm and they didn't finish until 10 pm. While the situation wasn’t ideal, I understand that they were probably running behind. I appreciate that they still showed up and completed the job even though it was very late. I’m not lowering the rating because this was just one time, they were always on time for the other appointments, and the quality of work is amazing.

We came across Intown after cancelling with a big chain company that was to difficult to schedule with, and we are so happy that we did! From the moment we walked into the showroom we were treated like VIPs. Ivo and Jonathan were so kind and helpful, and their showroom was filled with beautiful slabs. And, prices were less than the big chain stores. The hardest part was picking which gorgeous slab we wanted. The process was so professional, Wesley came out to measure within a few days, and two days after that Marley and his crew did the most beautiful install. They did flawless seams and were professional and courteous and even cleaned up everything after. The granite is stunning and we couldn’t be happier. If we had gone with the chain store we would still be waiting, instead we have beautiful thick granite countertops in time for Christmas. Thank you!!

The countertops looked great but they damaged my cabinets removing the old countertops and didn't mention it to me, then just glued the new countertops down on the broken cabinets. All of the drawers had problems closing which they did not have before these guys came in and when I pulled out the top drawer to see what the issue was there were broken boards along the top of the cabinet and the side of one cabinet had been pulled apart. Just go somewhere else instead of these guys. Follow-up: Wesley came back out and fixed the damaged cabinet and replaced the broken board. Now the drawers close like they originally did and are supposed to. These guys stand by their work and will make it right. Last two pictures are the repair. Definitely recommend this business. If it's not right they will make it right.

Are you looking for a FRIENDLY, professional and fantastic stone company? Read this and look no more. We had granite in our AZ home and based upon the recommendation of our WA family and others, we decided on quartz. We visited 4 other suppliers… we were not satisfied with any of them as there was always something. Removal and disposal of old countertop killed deals… We don’t do that so we charge $2600 via a 3rd party that is not part of our business. None of our subs are employed by us which means the templating is done by one sub who passes it to the installer. Not impressive or what we had dealt with in the past. Our search was disappointing. Then, we found Instone Granite and Quartz Kent, WA. From the moment we entered their facility everyone we met and chatted with was outrageously friendly and professional. The manager was awesome and extremely knowledgeable as was the entire team. Even better, the installation was superb and flawless. Our countertop installation included a demo of a “pony” wall. No problem, it was fast and efficient. The follow-up to complete the backsplash was excellent. Here are a few highlights 1. Westly was fantastic. He came to template, looked at our space and suggested demo of the pony wall to countertop height and extend the countertop 9inches. We did it and it positively changed our space by opening it up. His template work was accurate requiring minimal adjustments. Quality craftsmanship throughout the process. 2. Karla was excellent in assisting us with the selection of quartz and her knowledge. Pricing was good and she was so efficient in getting back to us on every piece of the project. 3. The installation team was superb. The removal of the old granite was flawless and quick. No issues! Backsplashes popped off as did the old countertops. We anticipated some cosmetic damage to our backsplash area… it was covered by the new backsplash. 4. At the end of the installation the Ivo the manager visited, and he was fantastic, too. It’s all about customer service and not just lip service. Intown is not a startup. They have over 23 years’ experience in the natural stone industry with their own slab showroom and fabrication facility. The time to get the installation and demo was unbelievably fast. Some companies wanted us to wait 1 to 2 weeks between removal of countertops and installation. Not this company. The removal, demo and installation was fast and high quality. I watched them and was impressed. They did not miss anything. The demo of the pony wall needed sheetrock repair. Intown recommended Clayton Chowder, All Faze Construction LLC. The pro that came to our home was Cornelius Epling, Eyeball Drywall. This was a good experience too. Fast and friendly. In conclusion, we highly recommend Intown. Take time to get to know them and ask questions, you will get great advice, assistance and perfection. Check our pictures and see an incredible transformation! They respond to text and emails!

The overall experience from selecting our slab, in home measurements, Intown communication, and to the installation was seamless. The cost of the material and installation itself if half of what others want to charge. The quartz counter tops from "Intown Granite & Quartz" were the icing on the cake for our kitchen refresh project. We'll definitely be back when we begin our bathroom projects. These folks are awesome! Terrific customer service! I messed up a countertop during installation that I had gotten from them. I needed it fixed ASAP since I had guests coming in a few days. I brought it back to them late on a Thursday afternoon and they had it ready for me first thing Friday morning. On top of that, they didn't charge me for the extra work!

I wish I could leave at least 6 stars for this team! I came in searching for Quartz countertops and was warmly welcomed by Jonathan, who expertly explained the process step by step and clearly laid out costs and timelines. We had planned on shopping around but were so satisfied with the upfront communication and reasonable (to the extreme) pricing, that we decided then and there to go with Intown for our countertops. The guy that came to measure the countertops (Wesley) said he had measured and installed thousands of countertops since 2021 alone, and that was only since their newer system of measurement had began starting to count them. You can't put a price on expertise- or, well, okay, you totally can- and these guys have it through and through.

Intown installed quartz countertops in our kitchen. They were professional and friendly every step of the way, from stopping in at their Kent location to look at the slabs all the way through the installation. The templating process was a breeze and Wesley Jr. was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He caught and corrected a few things right away, like that our choice of sink wouldn't fit in the cabinet. The measurements were perfect and everything fit better than the old countertops come install day. There's a seam somewhere in the countertops but we can't even find it - the layout was that thoughtful! The actual installation was as smooth as we could have hoped for and took a few hours. The process is smelly because of the glue, which we were warned about before the installation started so it's all good. Once it was done the smell went away quite quickly. Overall we're extremely pleased with the process and outcome. The countertops are gorgeous and everything was on-time, professional, and without any extra headache or drama. We highly recommend Intown.

It's been a little over 2 weeks since I had my beautiful countertops installed so I felt it was time to write a review :) I have had such a positive experience from start to finish while working with Intown! Sales employee Jonathan was super responsive and very patient with all questions I had . Once I was ready to move forward, I visited the showroom and was able to see all options available. I decided on Quartz Calacatta Veyron. We then scheduled 2 appointments - 1 for measurements and 1 for install. It was all happening very quickly! Wesley arrived to complete the measurements and was done in about 30 minutes. He gave good recommendations on size and how everything would line up with my appliances. A week later, my countertops were set to be installed! Marley and his team showed up and got straight to work! They were quick, efficient, and gave me final instructions to ensure a perfect install. Overall, I am very impressed with this company! They provide an all inclusive service which makes everything so easy. I am in love with my kitchen now and highly recommend this business!

We were very happy with the material selections available in their showroom and the pricing was VERY competitive. Their installers did a great job, even coming back to regrind the countertop to enable a better fit with an oversized stove. Their customer service has been friendly, swift and clear and their installers delivered a high quality finished product. What I particularly liked was the ability to get a quotation for both materials AND installation at the same time, versus other slab suppliers, who will cost out the slab and then leave you to secure an installer on your own. In short, I will definitely return to Intown Granite & Quartz for all of my future countertop needs.

I am a retired contractor and have installed many granite countertops - except all of it was in SoCal. Visiting my son in WA, his neighbor asked if I could help her select and have granite installed. Naturally I went through the bid process and presented accurate measurements plus requirements. InTown was BY FAR the least expensive. Taking a leap of faith, I contracted with them. Their template gentleman (all G installs require a template prior to cutting) came out with 20+ years of templating under his belt (and a 19K laser measurement tool) which showed in the finished product. We were worried about using this company because of the low star reviews. We still chose them just because the price was good, but it turned out they did everything great. We liked the sales team, not pushing too hard, not overly friendly, just there to help, which is our taste. Then the templater came. He was fast and present. Then the installation happened in 3 days. These guys were more than awesome. I was referred to Intown Granite by my parents who had completed their custom new build two years ago and had all their countertops done by them. Went in on a Tuesday, an hour and a half before close, and was able to select the exact granite slab I wanted for an incredibly reasonable price (Intown Granite charges by the square foot instead of by the slab, meaning you as the customer are not having to buy two slabs for a job that's only a slab and change). But what really shocked me was how damn FAST they were able to get me in. I put down the 60% deposit on Tuesday night with Ivo, they came to my new home on Wednesday for measurements, and by Monday (2/28), my countertops were installed. Everyone I've been in contact with is incredibly kind, responsive, and goes out of their way to assist you -- even when you're as inexperienced with home remodel as myself. When I finally convert a bedroom into a bathroom in the next phase of my home remodel, I'm absolutely coming back to them for my vanity counter.

We worked with Intown to remove and install countertops in our kitchen and are thrilled with the experience and the results. The sales associate was helpful, inquiring on our behalf on additional pieces of stone to fit our needs. We ended up ordering fantasy brown marble/quartzite/granite. The sales associate answered all of our questions about the materials and explained the stones risks/benefits. We visited several stone suppliers in the area and after hours of walking through warehouses we ended up going with Intown for their service and because we knew the pricing of the material and install upfront (the pricing, for what was in stock, was highly competitive if not better that what we found elsewhere). We had to demo, measure and install on different days and the scheduling of each part was seamless. We had text reminders w/ ETAs and they scheduled the 3 days as close as possible to minimize our down time without a kitchen. The same crew did demo and install which was nice because they were familiar with the space (and our dog). The measurement team was explained our options thoroughly for corners and edges and ensured we were aligned on every element of the installation. The install/demo crew was professional. I watched apprehensively during the demo (we kept our cabinets and I had my fingers crossed they wouldn't break them). They were careful and cautious. Took their time pulling each piece of granite away and cleaned up meticulously afterwards. I felt like they would have treated their homes as well as they treated mine. The install was just as seamless. They worked diligently all day and completed on time, caulking edges, shining the stone and cleaning up all of the dust and debris before they left. After install, I did notice a small scratched (unpolished) piece of the stone. I called the sales associate and he had the team out within 3 days to repolish the piece and everything is shiny and new. I would recommend Intown hands down for your countertop needs.

I am so in love with our counter tops fabricated by Intown! We had some pretty expensive slabs of quartzite and they picked the absolute most beautiful cuts for our kitchen and entertainment space. Super fast templating to install. Contrary to what some other review said I asked Wesley the Template person a ton of questions which he patiently answered. After visiting several Granite companies we choose to go with Intown Granite. We were impressed with their customer service and knowledge. Prices were very reasonable too. After choosing our granite, install was within 10 days. The two installers were Bruno and Marle. They were wonderful! Were very professional and worked together very well. They knew what they were doing and install was great! What a beautiful job they did. They installed granite for a 8 foot island, plus another slab for all the counters and backsplash and Installed a sink and brackets for dishwasher too. We were impressed with the end results. I just had to stop and write a review. Last week we went to Intown and worked with Jonathan to pick out out countertop quartz. Jonathan was great and helpful with picking something that will go with the floor and cabinets. Today we met with Junior. Junior came to the house and created the template needed to put a new Quartz countertop in our kitchen. Junior was great! He explained everything and answered all of our questions. They have a good price, no hidden costs, good customer service and have always been there when they said they would and most importantly did a great job. Intown granite should be your go to choice for your countertop and interior needs. We looked around for a while until we found them and we were thrilled we did! We worked with Ted upon arriving, he was really great and very patient with us. Based on the value with very competitive pricing and our experience we ended up getting our countertops in our kitchen and our bathroom ordered the same day. We've been thrilled with our choice. Not only that but the Intown team has continued to be very responsive even while I may have bothered them a couple of times for minor touch ups from west and tear. They've always been very cordial and great in reaching out and getting the repairs done, just recently had Bruno and Wesley Jr come out did an amazing job with some repair and touchups A year later the counters have held up very well and still look very beautiful! Overall very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them for your countertops needs.

Okay, this place is amazing! I probably checked out about 20 different suppliers before choosing Intown Granite and I'm SO happy we went with them. I work in real estate & have worked with flippers and such and will forever recommend this company from here on out as they are way more professional/affordable then most other companies. They provide quality service, communication, followthrough and installation. Our countertops were installed VERY quickly and perfectly! You shouldn't shop for your stone counters any where else. Hands down the BEST team. My husband and I went in on a Thursday (with out an appointment) "Just to look", but the selection of stone was abundant and we found the right stone for us. The team at Intown Granite and Marble had a professional out to measure by the following Friday. We had our layout emailed to us and got to speak directly to the cutter about our layout The next morning. Everyone worked together seamlessly and made the entire process stress free for us. After having a horrible ordeal with another company that took more than two months to try and put together, my Mom referred me to Intown Granite. I called and spoke with Jonathan, sent him the specs and I had a quote back within an hour, templating and install done within a week after that. Unfortunately, the first attempt at install resulted in a broken slab but Jonathan had another slab cut the same day and the install was done the following day. I am in LOVE with my counters and they were very professional and did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have counters installed.

The value was incredible for the stone we purchased. not to mention they're special included a nice under mount sink. they even use a computer program to map out the best flow of the stone pattern and the least amount of seams and most inconspicuous placement. they used 2 different slabs for our job.

Wow!! About 2 1/2 weeks ago we started the process of getting granite installed with InTown. The showroom had a fantastic selection and very friendly customer service. The pricing beat Lowe's and Home Depot's quotes by hundreds, but not only that, you were able to get the job done in two weeks, whereas Lowe's and Home Depot needed 6-8 weeks. The follow up visits for template and install were fantastic as well. The crew was so friendly and professional, explaining everything and helping us with any questions we had. The crew that installed the counters were two brothers (Marcos and I'm sorry I can't remember the brothers name). They worked late to get the job done. They did beautiful work. The install was perfect without a single flaw to be found. They were clean and straightened up after themselves when the job was done. The end product is absolutely stunning natural granite counters that really changed the look of our kitchen. Thank you so much for an incredible all around experience. We'd be happy to recommend InTown Granite to anyone else in the market for new counters.

In Town Granite installed my kitchen countertops over a year ago. I love love love them! They did a great job with the install. And don't forget to pick up a can of their 3-in-1 granite marble cleaner. I call it magic in a can. It's pricey but lasts a very long time and makes them look like they were installed yesterday. Will be back when it's time to do my bathrooms.

I love my quartzite countertop that we just had installed. Our friends recommended this place to us and I'm very happy with the price, the install was very professional and the customer service was great. They had explained that with quartzite you may see the seams a bit more than granite and really you could barely see them. They don't pressure you, they are there to answer your questions and the quote was amazing. With the amount of counter space I have I thought I would never be able to afford quartzite that I love. With Intowngranite our kitchen remodel has been able to happen and the results are beautiful.

Yesterday my granite was installed. What a fabulous experience. From choosing my granite to the installation. The sales team made me feel at home and was extremely helpful answering all my questions. I had precision laser measurements, by a very nice gentleman, and one week later my granite was installed! The installers were terrific, they came right when I was told they were coming. No mess and no granite dust at all!! I had heard horror stories from others that had granite installed and was prepared to vacuum for weeks to come. Not one bit of dust! They vacuumed as they went and I cannot even see the seam!! Very impressed and would highly recommend them.

I found most granite retailers were less than helpful. I really did not know much about granite. I thought I could find an example online and simply get it. Dumb me, it is a limited resource and it depends on what veins are open and mined. Anyway, no one offered information until I got to Intown. I went there because the price was great. But they surprised me with their great customer service and helpful demeanor. I found something I liked and bam...ordered. They were out in a week for template and back in a week for install. Three wonderful guys from Brazil were the installers. They know what they are doing and they were a kick too. Love my granite. Very happy with Intown and would use than again in a heartbeat.
