I'm not sure if they had a temp or what but when I called, the person couldn't answer the question "What is the process of getting a new counter". After I spelled my address four times the guy cursed at me then hung up. Wouldn't trust them to build Lego.

Highest recommendation for Javier and team at Inca Marble. They did an incredible job for us and come with a wealth of knowledge, experience, and skill. We chose our kitchen and bathroom countertop slabs at IRG, and Javier helped us template, cut, and install them. They did an incredible job for a reasonable price. We couldn't be happier with their work. If you need countertops installed, do yourself a favor and hire Inca Marble.

I dealt with a lot of stores and contractors during our home remodel/repair. INCA by far set the bar high with their customer service and most importantly, their work!
My father and I were shopping for granite and stopped off at INCA only to find out that they were granite fabricators and not granite retailers.
After we toured the shop and saw their operation and equipment, We met Marco & Javier who helped refer us as to where to go buy granite nearby.
I drew out what we wanted to do with the granite and gave them all of the dimensions. They gave us a quote and they were worth every penny.
A+ for their finish work, detail, and the joints where the granite was put in.
Thank you again Marco & Javier!!!

Inca came highly recommended by a friend when we changed the type of stone for our kitchen and living room cabinetry. Porcelain is apparently a pain and high risk to work with. Javier and Marco were very reliable, honest, and a joy to work with! And the results speak for themselves! I have no reservations to recommend them for your stone work.

I needed a bigger hole in my granite counter after our plumber said the hole was too small for the new faucet. Marco came the same day and drilled a perfectly bigger hole in minutes! So happy I called them. My contractor had referred me to this company.

I needed someone to cut a piece of stone I had for a custom vanity top on short notice, and Marco came through in spite of delays on my end. He was polite, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the workmanship was excellent. These guys are responsive (they even pick up the phone every time, the only stone cutters I tried that actually do this) and make great suggestions, plus the price was better than anyone else I tried. All the other work I saw in the shop looked excellent. I highly recommend Inca Marble & Granite, I will not go to anyone else for stonecutting on my next projects!

Javier and the guys are Inca Marble & Granite did a fantastic job on my kitchen counter tops, and I would happily hire them again.
I got their name because they were recommended by IRG in Brisbane (IRG sells the granite slabs), and Javier was super at getting the best utilization from the slab that we bought. Without his wizardry we probably would have had to buy a second slab to get the job done, but he was able to figure out how to get all the cuts out of one slab, and save us a lot of $$$.
Inca was also great at responding to my questions, and got the job done in a timely manner.

When we were shopping for material to replace our kitchen counter tops we asked the supplier for some names of local installers and they gave us four to choose from. After a little research we called Inca Marble to have them come out to see if they could do the installation of the Quartz material we were looking at. Marco and Javier came out that afternoon to look at the kitchen and take measurements. We did not want to change the tile back splash so that already made things difficult, so we thought. They were great, there suggestions and experience gave us the confidence to move forward with the project. There work was excellent, clean, completed in reasonable time and looks great. They were able to remove the old tile counter tops without any damage to the tile on the walls. They were even able to save enough material to replace a counter and sink in one of the bathrooms.
If you are looking for a professional, quality installation give Marco and Javier a call.

When I was looking around to have some renovations done in two bathrooms and kitchen, I was lucky to get a recommendation for Inca Marble & Granite in Burlingame.
Javier and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very pleasant, most helpful, and very punctual.
When I got quotes from others, I thought I would never be able to afford it, and then came Javier with a reasonable price.

These guys Javier and Marco are the best. The fabrication work is awesome and they have really great competitive prices. I've heard nothing but great work from them and they are always doing projects involving Apartment Complexes and such. Give them a call and ask for a estimate. Even if you have a fabricator already it doesn't hurt to ask. Stop by and look at their beautiful showroom. It will make you jaw drop!

We were referred to Inca by a friend. When we initially called about a job, they quickly returned the call and seemed very friendly. Someone on their field team was supposed to us call back and get additional details about the job. It's been almost 3 weeks, and we still have not received a call back even though we have called several times asking for an update. The only reason we can come up with as to why they will not call back is that our job is too small. That's fine... but the professional response would have been to call back and say so.

However, they were either unable to reach anyone by phone, or never received the promised estimate after the initial conversation.
We want to emphasize that the lack of response or data does not necessarily reflect the quality of the company's work. Yes, according to our research, Inca Marble & Granite offers free consultations and project estimates — this is standard practice across the industry. Like most contractors in our ranking, the company provides free on-site measurements, advises on material selection and configuration, and prepares a detailed quote for the fabrication and installation of your stone countertop.

What is the fabrication and installation timeline for a countertop at Inca Marble & Granite?
Unfortunately, as part of our independent research, we were unable to obtain information about the turnaround time for countertop fabrication and installation from Inca Marble & Granite in San Mateo, CA. Acting as a mystery shopper, our analyst attempted to contact company representatives to clarify the timeframe for a standard 83.4 sq. ft. countertop project — however, either the calls and messages went unanswered, or the staff were unable or unwilling to provide an estimated completion time. It’s important to note that situations like this are not uncommon: contractors may be overwhelmed with work, prefer to discuss project details in person, or choose not to disclose information during the initial contact.
To get up-to-date information about the turnaround time for your project, we recommend reaching out to the company directly through our website — submit a request, call, or send a message via messenger to receive a personalized estimate and confirm the actual timeframe.
How long does it take Inca Marble & Granite to prepare a quote for countertop fabrication and installation?
Unfortunately, in the course of our mystery shopper research, we were unable to obtain information about the quote preparation time from Inca Marble & Granite in San Mateo, CA. Our analyst may not have been able to reach a company representative, or the quote was never provided after initial contact. As a result, we are unable to objectively evaluate the company’s quote turnaround speed. This situation is rare and usually related to temporary workload or internal processing specifics. It does not necessarily indicate a low level of service — it simply means that we didn’t receive a response within the research timeframe.
To get up-to-date information, we recommend contacting the company directly through our website — submit a request, call, or message them to receive a personalized quote and clarify current pricing.
Does Inca Marble & Granite offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Inca Marble & Granite performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Inca Marble & Granite provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Inca Marble & Granite, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Inca Marble & Granite in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
