Excellent Craftsmanship, Competitive Prices, Outstanding Customer Service I would like to thank Julianna for her dedication and outstanding customer service throughout my entire kitchen renovation. She is the type of employee that makes Impact Counter Tops a great company. Her pleasant demeanor, constant follow up and her ability to find the answers to my questions were exceptional. The Quartz I selected was exceptional in quality and the level of craftsmanship installing it even surpassed my expectations. Agosto the installer did an excellent job with the fit and finish. I have attached multiple photos of the finished project for those who are presently shopping for a worthy countertop company. The photos display what a great job they did with fit and finish and how well they were able to match the countertop marbling to the backsplash. From start to finish a job well done! We are very happy with our quartz countertops installed by Impact countertops. Staff is professional and courteous. Customer service is excellent!! Not only did they help us in finding the quartz countertop suitable for our kitchen, anytime we had any questions or concerns, they responded right away. Thank you, Impact countertops! We did good bit of research and found that compared to other companies, their prices are reasonable. We love our new countertops, sink and highly recommend this company.

They did a great job. Juliana was amazing working with us from start to finish. I had to keep pushing our install date out because our contractor was delayed in finishing the basement, and they were more than accommodating with us. We got 4 quotes, and they were the second lowest one. I’m very glad we chose them. We will be coming back to them for any of our needs for cabinets & countertops.

Such an amazing job on my quartz installation. Looks absolutely beautiful. Exceeded my expectations. I was worried about a full quartz backsplash given the size of the area but they were so careful and precise. Guys came on time and addressed all my issues. Impact was great to deal with. We were in a pinch time-wise and they fast tracked our order. Paloma helped us with picking out the counters and was a joy to deal with. We had 2 snafus with the templating but it worked itself out. Loved the material and very good pricing.

Updated: Impact came out again this morning and was able to remove the marks that were originally on our pricey quartz countertops this time. We are happy to report that we have beautiful countertops and Impact followed through with correcting any issues that we had.

Buyer's Beware - Worst home renovation experience ever with Impact Countertops ! From incorrect measurements which led to an inaccurate quote (which they didn't notify me of until after 50% had already been paid), unprofessional staff (that constantly rescheduled and gave me conflicting information), installers that installed two different colors of countertop where the seams met, damage to existing cabinets when removing old countertops, trash/debris left under the cabinet in my kitchen, & a rude, disrespectful, and incompetent owner that lied and made excuses the entire time, it seemed like everything that could go wrong did! This company's unprofessionalism and incompetence led me to go without a sink and running water in my kitchen for over 3 weeks! And once I showed them the damage to my cabinets that occurred during tear out of my old countertops, I was accused of lying and told the damage was already there and initially only offered $100 to compensate for the damage. Once I told them $100 was unacceptable they sent a "cabinet guy" out to glue a wood panel on top of the damaged cabinet instead of actually offering to fix the damage. I ended up with okay countertops, one side of the cabinet that is slightly a different color from the rest, missing cabinet trim, and extreme regret from not going with a more reputable countertop installation company. While I saved a couple hundred off the final total for the trouble, when you are paying thousands a couple hundred dollars doesn't come close to fully compensating me for the time I spent going back and forth with the owner, stress, difficulties, and additional money I spent while my kitchen was not in service. I'm not exactly sure how they earned a 5 star rating on google and I definitely would not recommend Impact Countertops to ANYONE I know!!!
